WHEN THE LAW TURNS (UPDATED AND AMENDED 4/24, 6/13, 7/1 7/11 & 12/31/2013 as well as 1/1, 1/8, 3/12, 3/19, 6/9, 7/11, 7/25, 7/29, 8/11, 8/19 & 12/19/2014 in addition to 9/24/2015)!

Introduction:
The previous post WHEN TRUST TURNS! is being updated to incorporate circumstances that may not appear to be very fair, when these other individuals are involved in blatant miscarriages of the law but are protected in criminal acts while those involved in civil cases and accused of specific financial crimes are treated guilty before trial. This is a discussion of the circumstances that have resulted because of recent financial crisis for better or worse.

Here are the Background Details: 
In the aftermath of the financial crisis, any individual in anyway implicated in a crime connected to the financial industry may find sentiment working against him or her. While an individual is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, when accused of theft of clients funds as Florida’s Hedge Fund Mogul AN was, as reported in the April 2, 2009 edition of that Daily/Weekend Business Street Publication (A1/15), with his funds frozen he found it difficult to hire legal representation. One of the most important issues that those of the "free loaders cause" like to feign memory lapses regarding is that IF ONE ASPECT OF THOSE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" TYPES IS OFF, (SINCE THEY ARE CLAIMING THE "LEGITIMACY", HISTORY, IDENTITY/HERITAGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS OR SOLID "FOUNDATIONS" OF ANOTHER AS DESCRIBED IN THE POST GARBAGE IN, (SWEET SMELLING ODORS), GARBAGE OUT - UPDATED, ESPECIALLY SINCE THEIR CLAIMS OF BEING "ORIGINALS" INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

1. TAXES NOT REALLY PAID IN THEIR OWN IDENTITIES, AS DOCUMENTED IN THE POST SUPPLEMENT TO THE METHODS OF "FREE LOADERS" - THE ADDENDUM (CLAIMING TO BE "ORIGINALS" IS NOT THE ANSWER WHEN IDENTITY THEFT IS BEING CARRIED OUT), 
2. RELYING ON CRIMINAL ACTIVITY TO DEMONSTRATE "LEGITIMACY" AS GENERALLY OUTLINED IN THE POST CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR IS NOT THE PATH TO AUTHENTICITY, WHEN THEE WILL OF GOD IS INVOLVED and the more SPECIFIC METHODS outlined in the post THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY", THIS STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED 
3. THE ENTIRE ENGINEERING BACKGROUND EVEN WHEN THEY WERE UNABLE TO RECALL ANY ACTUAL ENGINEERING WORK THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE CARRIED OUT IN STATE OF CONNECTICUT, AS WAS CLEARLY DEMONSTRATED IN THE 42-DAY OLD CONSERVERY CHALLENGE, AS THE CHALLENGE RESULTS UNDENIABLY REVEALED and

RELYING ON THE TYPE OF OUTWARD "IDENTITY CRUTCH" TRAPPINGS DESCRIBED ON THE PAGES OF THIS BLOG AND OUTLINED IN THE BULLETED LISTING IN THE CONCLUSION SECTION OF THE POST WHAT DOES TREATING OTHERS AS PROPERTY AND THE LOTTERY HAVE IN COMMON - UPDATED AND AMENDED? ALONE TO DEMONSTRATE FLEETING "LEGITIMACY";  

UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES, ALL IS BOGUS, REGARDLESS OF WHOSE SUPPORT THEY HAVE.

What these types have done is to reduce that cooperative "spirit" displayed by those early "fairness seekers" as  documented in the post, A CLOSER LOOK AT AN UNUSUAL FORM OF EXEMPLIFIED COURAGE (EDITED AND UPDATED, and witnessed even in later generations of "actual Americans" who in the country of their ancestors that has now been lost in those more recent generations. This passion for that cause of "fairness" exemplified by those original "fairness seekers" is long lost in the Land of the "free" they helped found by their collective action is no longer evident and has been replaced by that pervasive attitude spread and made popular by those of the "free loaders cause" known as the "bystander effect" , who bear no responsibility in their chosen land of opportunity mainly because of the opportunity to "hide" as is not possible anywhere else because of this Nation's unique history. These non tax paying lot supported by those who obviously benefit financially from these willing to obtain much by doing very, very little indeed as depicted in the post HOW TO IDENTIFIED THOSE WHO CONTROL THE 'FREE LOADERS' - UPDATED, have little regard for any of the processes in this "Land of the Free and Home of the Brave" as the methods they use as generally documented in the post THE METHODS OF "FREE LOADERS" - UPDATED and more specifically in the post THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY", THIS STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED, depict.

The Implications of these Circumstances:
Treating the lives of those useful contributors to society as mere worthless "objects" to be discarded as these "unimaginative thugs" see fit for the cause of the oldest profession known to man, "wrapped in high priced "silken" sheets but glossed over with "fancy" airbrushed photos to convey that these higher "echelon" types carry "greater value", while disguised from the actual "free loaders" they really are,  "without origins" and possessing only hog "structures" as documented in the post GARBAGE IN, (SWEET SMELLING ODORS), GARBAGE OUT - UPDATED, simply hiding behind the accomplishments, histories and qualifications (or solid "foundations") of others in exchange for temporary refined circumstances to cover over the shameless existences they have chosen to subject themselves to, while one unsuspecting individual is held hostage (in a "financial imprisonment" posture) to cover-up the expedient decisions of "entitled" types as documented in the Here are Selected Examples for Consideration section of the post AT WHAT PRICE LOYALTY - UPDATED AND AMENDED. That CONTINUOUS game became ineffective long ago even though those of the "free loaders cause" continue to think that their hiding behind exact "nameforms" and other such outward trappings as documented in the caption under the final photo included in the Conclusion section of the post THE APOLOGY THAT WAS LONG IN THE MAKING - EDITED AND UPDATED will be enough to "win" the day (while "HOPING" for some development to prove them correct).  
When our society's halls of power, (including the boardrooms) of publicly traded companies have been reduced to "high priced", "low class" activities, that are "protected" on the one hand while others barely accused of specific actions in this environment are forced to face their "moment of truth at trial" without representation; there is no wonder that society's moral compass is adrift and "lost at sea" with no sign of land in sight [see the posts "ONE CASUALTY OF THE RECENT FINANCIAL CRISIS, TOO BIG TO CHANGE (EDITED)!" as well as "HOW YOUNG IS TOO YOUNG (EDITED)!"]. 
The "law" has truly turned when dear friends in possession of specific historical factual information are trampled over as documented in the posts

These examples above are a clear indication of the power of the "Shadowy Consuming Force" to determine outcomes with nothing to counter its destructive ability as documented in the post WHAT DOES TREATING OTHERS LIKE PROPERTY AND THE LOTTERY HAVE IN COMMON?  (UPDATED) as well as  PUTTING ON YOUR BEST FACE! (EDITED AND UPDATED). 

The Conclusion:
This shadowy power that has filled these publicly traded boardrooms is so pervasive that those who are controlled by it are of the opinion that their ability to "manipulate" "coincidental disasters" are a manifestation of their "might and power" to add or subtract as they see fit while determining the outcomes they determined best suites their end. Just as these pseudo acts don't in reality cover-up historical events as some would like to believe (as documented in the post THE LAUNCHING OF THE INITIAL CONSERVERY WEBSITE - UPDATED), neither will justice escape those who practice their own form of "reward" either in a "big picture" way or individually as appropriate, (discussed below), for those who seek the adulation this "Misguided Development" affords in exchange for skill less existences while carrying out unconscionable acts in return for the easily obtained lifestyles they lead, because what is impossible for man is possible for God* see Footnote. Such individuals look around and because all they see is:

1. their types "crushing" others in search of their end (easily obtained everything),
2. the making of deals with ethically challenged politicos to corrupt the Agencies intended to protect and abuse them in support or stealing from the very individuals such were tasked with protecting and
3. the realization that for doing very little, they are able to obtained "much" by living "shadowy free loader" existences at the expense of others, no wonder that such types conclude this is the "good" life and we will always be able to get away with such lives by taking from others (as long as kickbacks are provided to those through whom their new found "freedoms" were obtained (see the post WHO REALLY WAS GRANTED FREEDOM TO SPEAK? - UPDATED).

All will ultimately have to pay the price for the consequences of their actions, sooner or later , because GOD'S LAW is CONSISTENTLY applied to those who choose to ignore that their actions come with consequences in a "big picture" way and individually for those claiming to be His but are NOT HIS CHOSEN this is only fair and a fitting response for those who were "sacrificed" along the way to achieving much for doing "nothing meaningful", (see the post THE TWO GREATEST DIFFERENCES BETWEEN GOD'S LAW AND MAN'S).

What is impossible for man is possible for God, because all is His and function according to His discretion. The fact that evil takes place in the lives of those who we don't expect it to, doesn't mean that He is not in control in the lives of His chosen. Our shortcomings limit us from "UNDERSTANDING" (because this attribute itself is based on the continuous pursuit of God's perfect will for our lives as the post WISDOM, UNDERSTANDING , AND KNOWLEDGE - INSTRUMENTS FOR LIFE so clearly points out). How this spiraling out-of-control, "Misguided Development" enacted with no thought of how and what such a seemingly "harmless", wealth-generating concept could engulf and consume all in its path to the detriment of society's:

1. commerce and financial centers,
2. institutions of learning,
3. political structure and ultimately,
4. collectively continents, islands and all in between, 

because none can withstand it, (as it seemingly has taken on a "life" of its own); was given no consideration at the outset. However, this is where, ONE steps in to ensure that the "Shadowy Consuming Force" doesn't clash with His will for His chosen in the world we call home.

Even the best laid plans often go astray, however when a "shadowy virtual society" is created for the purpose of wealth-generation, with no controls, guidelines or regulations (because it's not even suppose to be in existence AND THEREFORE CANNOT BE TAXED), there is no telling what will be the eventual outcome; unintended consequences of the type so unimaginable that no individual, entity, country etc., would have been able to control the resulting "Uncontrollable Monster", because its existence was unknown in an unsuspecting Nation. One example of how its impact was felt was documented in the results of the FCICs Report into the crisis as depicted in the form of "the existence of a "shadow" banking system that helped trigger a more than ten-fold increase in financial sector debt, which surged from $3 billion in 1978 to $36 trillion in 2007, which crumbled" that significantly contributed to the worst financial crisis seen in the opinion of some ever (as the post THE FINANCIAL CRISIS INQUIRY COMMISSIONs (FCICs) REPORT IN ADDITION TO TIME ALSO VINDICATES A CRUSADER! UPDATED emphasizes. This is one of the outcomes when those of the "free loaders cause" types take the financial system for a bath, because this ever expanding (now uncontrollable) number PAY NO TAXES IN THEIR OWN IDENTITIES as they have no history and as a result take no responsibility for their actions and the financial system crumbled under the weight of this mushrooming apocalypse, irrespective of what other "self serving" entity types imply by pointing out that their company bring "thousands" of "good" jobs to the US by their outward "investments" in this Land of the Free and Home of the Brave (ONCE BLINDERS ARE USED TO COVER OVER THE TERRIBLE SAFETY TRACK RECORDS OF SUCH TYPES). Another way these types have impacted society is to enshrine the once unifying Land of "fairness seekers" and imperil in such a manner that this unifying thread has been all but lost and it has been turned into a Land consumed by the "bystander effect". Only God, who foresaw what would take place and already had in place the means to His end, that is why He used a lowly servant first of all to expose its presence. As a result, His will, will be enacted to ensure that this "Misguided Development" does not impede His will for His chosen by attempting to transfer my identity/heritage, history, accomplishments, qualifications (or solid "foundations") and those in my sphere of acquaintance to others, seeking much by expending very, very, very little in the pursuit man's oldest profession. However, vindication will ultimately take place when a new course is chartered, as documented on the CONSERVERY "HOLDING BASE" Site.
