Introduction:
This follow-up to the previous post originally issued on February 10, 2013, but has since been updated and reissued on 3/4/2014.
This follow-up posting to ONE TOO MANY "COINCIDENCES" (EDITED) is intended to bring clarity to a sequence of too many unusual occurrences all surrounding significant events in my history, which in turn have resulted in my identity being "invaded" by those who are in the business of easily obtained, history, qualifications and accomplishments who take over the identities of the unsuspecting for a less than noble cause, that these types are so "proud" of that they have hide it behind the identity, history, accomplishments and qualifications of an unsuspecting individual as well as those in his sphere of acquaintance, (over time). These unimaginative thugs who are of the opinion that all they have to do is have impostors make contributions in my name from fictitious accounts to my former school and my identity will be covered-up permanently because of the use of certain numbers (explained later in this post), even applied to my former school's Alumni Association number (see the post ARBITRARY ACTION, OR IS IT?). This post, which is a follow-on to the previous description as pointed out is to bring these“coincidences” to a head and finally add perspective to the attempt by those who thought that my identity was a perfect target to be used to provide cover for a ring of international traffickers, by those who have little regard for the obvious rights of others along with all those involved (see the post THE CHANGES THAT FOILED THE "BLACKOUT" for a discussion of some of the far reaching implications of those potentially involved in what reads like a BADLY SCRIPTED DRAMA), but are in reality actual occurrences, please follow!
Here are the Events of Note:
As documented in the pages of this Blog in a series of posts under the title COINCIDENCES AND OTHER THINGS - UPDATED/REVISED, it has been clearly pointed out that coincidences in reality are very, very, very rare occurrences that seldom if ever take place and examples were used to demonstrate this position even taking into consideration the occurrence of the September 11, 2001 World Trade Center disasters“coincidentally” which occurred on the on the 21st anniversary of the official date of my Pratt Institute acceptance letter (as shown in the post COINCIDENCES AND OTHER THINGS. This in itself could be taken as an isolated incidence, however, when sequential disasters consistent with anniversaries of significant historical events in my life occur there is an opportunity for the dots to be connected to determine if:1) ANY BENEFITED FROM THESE DISASTROUS EVENTS AND IN WHAT MANNER, AND 2) FURTHERMORE, EVEN MORE SIGNIFICANTLY HAD THESE EVENTS NOT TAKEN PLACE, IS THERE ANY POSSIBLE LIKELIHOOD THAT DEVELOPMENTS COULD HAVE OR WOULD HAVE WORKED OUT IN THE SAME MANNER?
As documented in the previous post of this subject, a blackout of historic proportions occurred in the Northeast U.S.A. on August 14, 2003, exactly twenty three (23) years after my graduation from TCI’s Engineering Technology (T3) Program for, which witnesses can place me at in spite of the attempt by some to use perjured witnesses of "free loader plants" types to provide false testimony to the contrary for their own questionable origins (see the posts THE OUTSPOKEN PEN PAL, WHO BECAME A FRIEND (EDITED W/INSERTS - UPDATED)! as well as THE ACQUAINTANCE WHOSE FRIENDSHIP WAS UNEXPECTEDLY CONSISTENT - THE CONCLUSION (UPDATED W/INSERTS), in addition to ISN'T IT TIME For A DIFFERENT FACE - (EDITED AND UPDATED?), in spite of the demise of these dear friends [for whom this Site has been dedicated in the form of the Conservery Dedication], simply because, death and destruction are no consolation for those seeking to "whitewash" and cover-up historical facts as the evidence and knowledge they knew and possessed lives on and on and on and will continue to do so with me via the dual methods of recording as well as on the Pages of this Blog, which will continually uphold the facts as they come to light to C-O-N-N-E-C-TTHED-O-T-S as documented in the post HISTORICAL FACTS CANNOT BE ALTERED BY CURRENT EVENTS! - UPDATED in all fairness and some details I am still learning about, which will be continue to be documented in the post THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY", THIS STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED while leaving a trail of destroyed lives as documented in the listing WHEN SACRIFICING IS IMPLEMENTED BY DECREE - UPDATED.
These events should certainly teach those wiling to be thought that tampering in things beyond our control should never be undertaken. The lives of individuals are unique and cannot be replaced either by ad hoc, "comprehensive" OR EVEN "coincidentally occurring" disasters since not every unique facet of another's life can be "captured" because someone desired to "walk away with their most prized accomplishments" to cover-up illegal activities thought by some to be a cash cow money earner that just could not go wrong "forever" and at the same time provide impostors "hiding" in the utility industry and most likely all other businesses with "origin issues", with their desired "legitimacy" as documented in the preceding post ONE TOO MANY "COINCIDENCES" (EDITED AND UPDATED). That in itself is when the door to catastrophe is opened, because when this point is reached problems develop and they did, starting with the fact that on photo taking day, July 2, 1980 one student could not make it and the rest is history, because if one aspect of your recreated world is incorrect, everything else is a fallacy, regardless of who attempts to give such "free loaders" continuous accommodation to keep trying to make up for the "sink holes" that keep occurring in their fictional "make-believe" world, based on expedient actions. Therefore, the “doctored” official class photos from my 1980 Graduation Class to include all impostors with the exception of the English (Jamaican plant as documented in the Footnote to Comment # 1 from 2/13/2014 on the COMMENTS 2014 Page) from left from the class of 16 (even though only 15 were included in the official class photo), to “pretend that these impostors were "originals" (not realizing that there were in reality 16 graduates), was the start of a comedy of errors. However, this is what happens when those living in "fictionally" created existences and resources "aplenty" obtained from such sources attempt to ”whitewash” (and/or blackout) actual historical events via "coincidentally" occurring disasters and call the resulting fiasco (historical facts) with fictional accounts to suit their ends, with the willing support of all too eager ethically challenged types. In reality, things seldom go according to plan, I should know this first hand because nothing about the events surrounding my August 14, 1980 graduation went according to plan (as documented in the previous post THE ACQUAINTANCE WHOSE FRIENDSHIP WAS UNEXPECTEDLY CONSISTENT - (EDITED W/INSERTS), which my consistent friend can attest too. Therefore, when re-creating a fictional version of what took place, “for the cameras” it should be expected that “cracks” or gaping holes (for a better description) would occur if familiarity with the facts exists.
Compounding these developments are the“consistent" association of my history since relocating to Iowa with two specific numbers in almost every significant event “coincidentally”, which are22 and 33 that have ZERO meaning to me personally (see the the preceding post ONE TOO MANY "COINCIDENCES" (EDITED AND UPDATED) for an explanation of the significance.
However, when “creative” types go to work they can recreate anyone or anything whimsically from “nothing” by the associating of numbers and labels and other events (see the post THE SIGNIFICANCE OF LABELS AND NUMBERS IN TODAY’S“VIRTUAL” SOCIETY). The other events previously mentioned include the granting of “free speech” rights to certain corporate “free loader” types as documented in the post “WHO REALLY WAS GRANTED THE FREEDOM TO SPEAK?” and consequently a highly questionable real estate transaction involving “critical” states such as occurred in a state associated with the number 22 and documented in the postWHAT LESSONS HAVE BEEN LEARNED FROM THE RECENT FINANCIAL DISASTER UPDATED, to provide social security “credibility” to some “shadowy free loader” types associated with the number 33 in order to base the awarding of social security “credibility” toanother (high speed rail type) associated with the number 22 (or state of Alabama) based on the mangling of international birth/death records to provide "credibility" for "shadowy free loader" types with "origin issues" but, which has now been exposed for the "shameless" and "calculatingly sinister" act that such an action was intended with the cooperation of my Country of birth as documented in the post THE PREMISE BEHIND THE FLAWED LEGISLATION - UPDATED to provide cover to those wanting to introduce a "perpetual wealth/income generating" mechanism for a decaying system and of the opinion that it was "endowed" with the "right" to "roll over" the life, identity, history, accomplishments and qualifications of anyone to expand the implementation of their inherently corrupting method of generating revenue from the same colonists whose Founding Fathers thought it was so dishonorable that they went to "war" to oppose the "heavily taxation without representation" just centuries earlier but, which is now welcomed by their "free loader's cause" descendants (because of the widespread nature of the problem that those who are corrupted are so intrinsically hidden in the society, that it's hard to tell who is "legitimate" and who is not due to all the replacements hat have occurred. As a result, it now being subjected to the same type of mechanism but even more subtly destructive than the previous "taxation" ever was, in other cases because it is implemented over the hard work of others who are forced to PAY THE PRICE, regardless of how high it is (as collectively documented in the previous posts THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY"... as well as WHEN SACRIFICING IS IMPLEMENTED BY DECREE - UPDATED generically and specifically in the post SUPPLEMENT TO THE METHODS OF "FREE LOADERS" - THE ADDENDUM - UPDATED WHEN TRUST TURNS! in addition to the Conclusion section of the post THE OUTSPOKEN PEN PAL WHO BECAME A FRIEND (EDITED W/INSERTS - UPDATED AND AMENDED)! as well as THOSE WHO WOULD BE god (EDITED)!.
These “coincidences” by themselves are quite telling, however, when taken together with the issuance of NRC Information Notice (IN) 98-33, a clear message was being sent by some in positions of power, (regarding "protected activities" - the subject if the IN) especially using this number (33). Protected activities as documented in the NRCs code of conduct applies to the process of allowing employees in the industry the “freedom” to voice concerns without fear of retribution from employers, therefore the issuance of a Notice in this number (with, which I had been tagged since entering IA) signaled by those who use any means to implement their cause was the “green light” to proceed with the identity switching. However, even if I voiced concerns about what was taking place, it would fall on “deaf ears” and that did occur (as any question raised was met with such a response, even though at the time I was unaware of the identity switching taking place). See the included facsimile response dated 4/9/2002 from me to the NRCs James Heller below documenting the very type of issues discussed here. In addition, the same Agency whose mission includes the providing of an avenue for the rights of workers to voice concerns "freely", in addition to oversee the safe running of the nuclear industry was itself used to join in the subtle harassment through the issuance of “targeted" INs that specifically impacted my area of specialty repeatedly. The main objective here was to "cover all the bases" by making sure that even if questions were raised it would bring the appearance of being unable to handle the challenges, which "coincidentally" arise in order that the identity switching that was underway from the time of my hiring (as documented in the post AN EXAMPLE OF HIRING FOR THE PURPOSE OF IDENTITY TRANSFER), could take place incognito, but at my expense. AS A RESULT, IT CAN NOW BE CLEARLY SEEN WHOSE INTERESTS WERE NOT BEING PROTECTED, - NOT THIS ENGINEER/HOBBY ARTIST/HOBBY BLOGGER'S, BECAUSE THE SAME DAY I RECEIVED MY LAY OFF LETTER FROM THE COMPANY, I RECEIVED THE CLOSING OF THE SAME REGULATORY AGENCIES INVESTIGATION INTO MY ALLEGATION OF TARGETED SUBTLE HARASSMENT CARRIED OUT AGAINST ME (AS WELL AS SPECIFIC ACQUAINTANCES OF MINE WITH ITS DECEPTIVE CONCLUSION, NOTED BY ME IN THE RESPONSE (see the below photo). THOSE ACQUAINTANCES JUST AS I WERE NOT PROTECTED AND ARE CONTAINED IN THE LISTING IN THE PREVIOUSLY REFERENCED POST WHEN SACRIFICING IS IMPLEMENTED BY DECREE - UPDATED .
The Outcome/Developments:
These events culminated with my 2002 layoff and the escalation of the identity switching tactics of unparalleled proportions all using my address as their supposed base for “credibility”, as documented in the post (GIVING “LIFE” THE OLD FASHIONED WAY - UPDATED FOR AN EXAMPLE OF CONSISTENCY). This embolden state of affair continued to escalate with increased frequency to attempt to replace every aspect of significant event in my life and force me into accepting that my lot was what some who rely on death and destruction as their BADGE OF "HONOR"
to completely cover-up the “blacking out” of my identity figuratively, literally and politically, which some in the then administration is tied to even though in my opinion # 42 WAS NOT aware of what was taking place in secret at my expense.
“Whitewashing” an individual’s entire history thought to be a just outcome for me on the part of those who determined to play “god”in my life, while forgetting that events never go as smoothly as the “blackout”types would like them to be as the case of the missing graduate student from the Official TCI Graduation reminds us and the attempt to connect another individual to either the Brazant or Sobers' (my late Mother' maiden) name (mangled with "fictional" Harbin types aided by the "free loader Plant" type documented in the introduction of the post THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY", THIS STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED. However, at this point it must be stated that the only "legitimate" Harbin really was, the individual, who give his life for the "free loader's cause" as included in the entry for November 9, 1984 from the post HOW THE RECORDING OF MY JOURNEY SAVED THE DAY (EDITED AND UPDATED)!, as well as THE SAD PASSING OF A TRUE PATRIOT (UPDATED)!. All others have questionable origins relating to one or the other parent of the "free loader's cause" and most are simply outright frauds. These types all need either Brazant and/or Sobers' [my late Mother's maiden name shown in the post GOD DOES INDEED HONOR THE PRAYERS OF A CARING MOTHER - THE ADDENDUM (UPDATED)] mangled with Harbin fictional ties for legitimacy, which are in reality non existent because of the mangling tie needed by all others except the original (previously documented above) as documented in the post SUPPLEMENT TO THE CASE OF THE MISSING AND MANGLED RECORDS - UPDATED. Therefore, those pretends from: "hither, thither and yon" with their "origin issues", this is not a problem of my creation and it is not mine to solve, as all these unimaginative thugs have come to conclude because none of the types needing this "fictional" creation can explain their origins completely in this country for their "free loader's cause" activities and all in one manner or the other hiding behind my entry for their fleeting "legitimacy", have to fend for themselves. This single address, is now being used in various forms to "spawn" support for a host of "fictional" types, connected to various states, all of whose origins are questionable. Otherwise, who would be so bold as to then conclude that two (2) disasters on two (2) anniversaries could completely cover-up an individual's identity who spent years of hard work pursuing qualifications and goals, and achieving them, obtaining accomplishments, creating verifiable history by some whimsical action the entire history an individual would be transferred to "unimaginative thugs", whose methods of validation are documented generically in the post THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY", THIS STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED and supplemented by details in the post THE METHODS OF "FREE LOADERS" - UPDATED. Naturally, with a track record such depicted in these above posts, this 125 year institution, Coke felt comfortable that its actions would never be exposed, however, the amount owed my Proprietorship is documented in the post THE ONE THAT WAS OVERLOOKED, OR WAS IT (EDITED AND UPDATED)? , under the subject, the Breakdown Of Fees Owed The Proprietorship For Use Of Its Material Without Permission and is increasing daily as well as THE TIME FOR PAYMENT IS NOW MR. BUFFETT (EDITED/UPDATED W/INSTRUCTIONS W/INSTRUCTIONS AND AMENDED.
The Finale:
For defense in depth, the School went the extra mile to ensure that even if one copy of each graduating student's photo was lost, that this in itself would not erase each graduate's historical place in that significant event, as every single student who took part in that official photo taking ceremony was given not one or two but three copies of that official photo from that time period and duplications of today‘s making won’t suffice because a copy from the 2000’s era can be exposed compared to photos from the 1970's. Therefore, simply running around and brandishing the number 2 of 15 now shown to be a farce in itself is not the answer for those with easily obtained credibility at the expense of those who undertook the hard work involved in earning their undergraduate requirements by “legitimate” actions as documented in the posts THE FATE OF DICTATORS WHO HOLD ON TOO LONG (EDITED)! as well as THE FATE FOR THE METHODS OF DICTATORS WHO HOLD ON TOO LONG (EDITED).
Additionally, the "Shadowy Consuming Force" creation of the former empire (and other States added out of necessity along the way, see comment # 1 from /9/2013 on the COMMENTS Page) as well as those of the "Shadowy Consuming Force" types who saw my documents from Connecticut as an avenue to significantly expand this "Misguided Development" instead of putting an end to it, thereby following in the footsteps of earlier types who made similar expedient decisions and also expanded it, now to the detriment of many unsuspecting individuals who were sacrificed or were thrown to the wayside as meaningless as I was for this: worthless, meaningless, skill less and hapless cause (the history of, which is in part outlined in the Here are the Background Details section of the post THE ORIGINS OF "VIRTUAL" "TWO-FACED" IDENTITIES!), to continue the perpetrating of their illegal trafficking "free loader" ring for perpetual wealth-generation from those with seeking “exalting” for doing practically nothing “meaningful”, have to remember hiding behind “shadowy free loader” types with the aid of many including opportunistic politico types is not an indication of "legitimacy". Some elected to the highest office were also most likely misled by those who knew better into providing the needed support due to the circumstances as documented in the post A CLOSER LOOK AT AN UNUSUAL FORM OF EXEMPLIFIED COURAGE (EDITED AND UPDATED)], for the “free loader's cause”.
Conclusion:
However it is always possible to do what's right thing in this matter (as in my opinion, it's no longer possible to avoid doing the ethical thing), required in the matter of using another material and not reimbursing that individual for it as pointed out in the post "THE ONE THAT WAS OVERLOOKED, OR WAS IT (EDITED)?. Time is still there to complete the appropriate action even though there is less avenue of protection in place to avoid an admission of truth. This only goes to show, no matter how much “defense-in- depth" mechanisms are put in place by such types with the availability of resources to cover-up their unethical business practices and highly questionable “lifestyle” choices, which can be “stripped” away one by one until there is nothing left and shame of exposure of your own actions have to be dealt with in a manner not thought possible. This would be a fair conclusion to a matter of the proportions implemented here with my identity, boldly as documented in the post ISN'T TIME FOR DIFFERENT FACE?, and for, which actions such as this further CEMENTED my decision to change the Proprietorship's services offering as documented on the CONDUCT OF BUSINESS Page as indicated briefly in the current Rev (Revision 51) of the Administrative Policies of May 8, 2014. Such an outcome is the ONLY fitting outcome in this distasteful affair, since the record speaks for itself, but even that outcome can be avoided by the opportunity to rise above the past methods, because anyone can alter their behavior, if so desired by ethical action regarding the use of another's material without prior permission and refraining from their very questionable and exploitative "lifestyle" choices. With the decision to alter the Proprietorship's services offering going forward as of February 1, 2013; that represented a new chapter in my Proprietorship's history and while the door was left open to an offer made to any individual willing to champion the cause of the "Chisholm family inclusive" as documented in the post THE QUESTION OF THE MONTH'S PREMISE - UPDATED, for all intents and purposes, THE PRIOR SERVICES OFFERING IS CLOSED and moving on to the new chapter (services offering), will send a more powerful message, than "playing" the "game" of those without "understanding" left to deal with a "bed of their own creation" as documented in the post ETHICAL TREATMENT OF OTHERS SHOULD ALWAYS BE PRACTICED - EDITED AND UPDATED. Furthermore, as a result of these developments, it can be clearly stated that the outcome of the utility deregulation would have been completely different had the disaster consistent with the events on the twenty first (21st) anniversary of my acceptance letter from Pratt not taken place (as the Cosvry post ONE TOO MANY COINCIDENCES - THE FINALE UPDATED confirms), simply because CURRENT EVENTS of ANY type do NOT alter historical facts, ONLY upcoming events.
THE EVENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE AUGUST 14, 2003 ELECTRICAL "BLACKOUT" (SEE THE BELOW PHOTO) OF HISTORIC PROPORTIONS WAS SIMPLY ICING IN THE CAKE CONSISTENT WITH THE 23RD ANNIVERSARY OF MY GRADUATION FROM TCI TO COMPLETE THE "BLACKING OUT" MY HISTORY IN THIS LAND OF MY ADOPTED RESIDENCE, PRIOR TO RELOCATING TO IOWA IN 1991, WHICH LARGELY COVERED THE ENTIRE AREA THAT THE "BLACK OUT" SPAWNED, IN THE NORTHEAST INCLUDING VERMONT AND EVEN THE TRIPS TAKEN INTO CANADA IN 1985 AND 1990 THAT COULD BE TRACED VIA THE BORDER REQUESTS FOR VALID DOCUMENTATION TO DEMONSTRATE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO BE IN THIS COUNTRY, UPON RETURNING, JUST AS ALSO OCCURRED UPON RETURNING FROM MY 1983 TRIP TO BARBADOS), (SEE COMMENT # 1 FROM 2/13/2014 ON THE COMMENTS 2014 PAGE), WHICH WERE UNDERTAKEN [A PRIZE THAT THOSE OF THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" AND THEIR SUPPORTERS, VIOLENTLY CHERISH BECAUSE OF THEIR ORIGIN ISSUES AND AS A RESULT, PLOT AND CARRY OUT ALL AN FORMS OF DESTRUCTIVE ACTS (including "dry runs" in certain peaceful locations) TO GAIN EXPERIENCE FOR THEIR "BIG SHOW" NO MATTER THE COSTS TO OTHERS], TO OBTAIN FROM ONE SO UNSUSPECTING THAT THEY ARE OF THE OPINION ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS UNITE, KEEP INVENTING AND MANIPULATING EVENTS AND BECAUSE OF THEIR SIZE AND RESOURCES (NEVER MIND THEIR TERRIBLE TRACK RECORD FOR HANDLING OTHERS CONSIDERED "LOW" ON THE TOTEM POLE), ALL WILL BE FORCED TO BELIEVE THEM EVENTUALLY, THEY HAVE CONCLUDED. THESE THUGS WITH NO REGARD FOR THE RIGHTS, LIVES AND PROPERTY OF OTHERS, AND WHOSE "CREDIBILITY" ALMOST ALWAYS INVOLVES THE DEATH AND DESTRUCTION OF OTHERS, CLEARLY DEMONSTRATED ROUTINELY ON THE POSTS ON THE PAGES OF THIS BLOG SHOW THIS SIDE CONSISTENTLY (WHEN THE CURTAINS ARE DRAWN BACK EVER SO SLIGHTLY, TO REVEAL WHAT'S TAKING PLACE NOT TOO FAR FROM THE PUBLIC'S EYE, WHEN THE DOTS ARE CONNECTED, WITH THE AID OF THIS BLOG - THAT'S COMMITTED TO BRING CLARITY WHERE CHAOS EXISTS).

This in itself could be taken as an isolated incidence, however, when sequential disasters consistent with anniversaries of significant historical events in my life occur there is an opportunity for the dots to be connected to determine if:1) ANY BENEFITED FROM THESE DISASTROUS EVENTS AND IN WHAT MANNER, AND 2) FURTHERMORE, EVEN MORE SIGNIFICANTLY HAD THESE EVENTS NOT TAKEN PLACE, IS THERE ANY POSSIBLE LIKELIHOOD THAT DEVELOPMENTS COULD HAVE OR WOULD HAVE WORKED OUT IN THE SAME MANNER?
As documented in the previous post of this subject, a blackout of historic proportions occurred in the Northeast U.S.A. on August 14, 2003, exactly twenty three (23) years after my graduation from TCI’s Engineering Technology (T3) Program for, which witnesses can place me at in spite of the attempt by some to use perjured witnesses of "free loader plants" types to provide false testimony to the contrary for their own questionable origins (see the posts THE OUTSPOKEN PEN PAL, WHO BECAME A FRIEND (EDITED W/INSERTS - UPDATED)! as well as THE ACQUAINTANCE WHOSE FRIENDSHIP WAS UNEXPECTEDLY CONSISTENT - THE CONCLUSION (UPDATED W/INSERTS), in addition to ISN'T IT TIME For A DIFFERENT FACE - (EDITED AND UPDATED?), in spite of the demise of these dear friends [for whom this Site has been dedicated in the form of the Conservery Dedication], simply because, death and destruction are no consolation for those seeking to "whitewash" and cover-up historical facts as the evidence and knowledge they knew and possessed lives on and on and on and will continue to do so with me via the dual methods of recording as well as on the Pages of this Blog, which will continually uphold the facts as they come to light to C-O-N-N-E-C-TTHED-O-T-S as documented in the post HISTORICAL FACTS CANNOT BE ALTERED BY CURRENT EVENTS! - UPDATED in all fairness and some details I am still learning about, which will be continue to be documented in the post THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY", THIS STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED while leaving a trail of destroyed lives as documented in the listing WHEN SACRIFICING IS IMPLEMENTED BY DECREE - UPDATED.
These events should certainly teach those wiling to be thought that tampering in things beyond our control should never be undertaken. The lives of individuals are unique and cannot be replaced either by ad hoc, "comprehensive" OR EVEN "coincidentally occurring" disasters since not every unique facet of another's life can be "captured" because someone desired to "walk away with their most prized accomplishments" to cover-up illegal activities thought by some to be a cash cow money earner that just could not go wrong "forever" and at the same time provide impostors "hiding" in the utility industry and most likely all other businesses with "origin issues", with their desired "legitimacy" as documented in the preceding post ONE TOO MANY "COINCIDENCES" (EDITED AND UPDATED). That in itself is when the door to catastrophe is opened, because when this point is reached problems develop and they did, starting with the fact that on photo taking day, July 2, 1980 one student could not make it and the rest is history, because if one aspect of your recreated world is incorrect, everything else is a fallacy, regardless of who attempts to give such "free loaders" continuous accommodation to keep trying to make up for the "sink holes" that keep occurring in their fictional "make-believe" world, based on expedient actions. Therefore, the “doctored” official class photos from my 1980 Graduation Class to include all impostors with the exception of the English (Jamaican plant as documented in the Footnote to Comment # 1 from 2/13/2014 on the COMMENTS 2014 Page) from left from the class of 16 (even though only 15 were included in the official class photo), to “pretend that these impostors were "originals" (not realizing that there were in reality 16 graduates), was the start of a comedy of errors. However, this is what happens when those living in "fictionally" created existences and resources "aplenty" obtained from such sources attempt to ”whitewash” (and/or blackout) actual historical events via "coincidentally" occurring disasters and call the resulting fiasco (historical facts) with fictional accounts to suit their ends, with the willing support of all too eager ethically challenged types. In reality, things seldom go according to plan, I should know this first hand because nothing about the events surrounding my August 14, 1980 graduation went according to plan (as documented in the previous post THE ACQUAINTANCE WHOSE FRIENDSHIP WAS UNEXPECTEDLY CONSISTENT - (EDITED W/INSERTS), which my consistent friend can attest too. Therefore, when re-creating a fictional version of what took place, “for the cameras” it should be expected that “cracks” or gaping holes (for a better description) would occur if familiarity with the facts exists.
Compounding these developments are the“consistent" association of my history since relocating to Iowa with two specific numbers in almost every significant event “coincidentally”, which are22 and 33 that have ZERO meaning to me personally (see the the preceding post ONE TOO MANY "COINCIDENCES" (EDITED AND UPDATED) for an explanation of the significance.
However, when “creative” types go to work they can recreate anyone or anything whimsically from “nothing” by the associating of numbers and labels and other events (see the post THE SIGNIFICANCE OF LABELS AND NUMBERS IN TODAY’S“VIRTUAL” SOCIETY). The other events previously mentioned include the granting of “free speech” rights to certain corporate “free loader” types as documented in the post “WHO REALLY WAS GRANTED THE FREEDOM TO SPEAK?” and consequently a highly questionable real estate transaction involving “critical” states such as occurred in a state associated with the number 22 and documented in the postWHAT LESSONS HAVE BEEN LEARNED FROM THE RECENT FINANCIAL DISASTER UPDATED, to provide social security “credibility” to some “shadowy free loader” types associated with the number 33 in order to base the awarding of social security “credibility” toanother (high speed rail type) associated with the number 22 (or state of Alabama) based on the mangling of international birth/death records to provide "credibility" for "shadowy free loader" types with "origin issues" but, which has now been exposed for the "shameless" and "calculatingly sinister" act that such an action was intended with the cooperation of my Country of birth as documented in the post THE PREMISE BEHIND THE FLAWED LEGISLATION - UPDATED to provide cover to those wanting to introduce a "perpetual wealth/income generating" mechanism for a decaying system and of the opinion that it was "endowed" with the "right" to "roll over" the life, identity, history, accomplishments and qualifications of anyone to expand the implementation of their inherently corrupting method of generating revenue from the same colonists whose Founding Fathers thought it was so dishonorable that they went to "war" to oppose the "heavily taxation without representation" just centuries earlier but, which is now welcomed by their "free loader's cause" descendants (because of the widespread nature of the problem that those who are corrupted are so intrinsically hidden in the society, that it's hard to tell who is "legitimate" and who is not due to all the replacements hat have occurred. As a result, it now being subjected to the same type of mechanism but even more subtly destructive than the previous "taxation" ever was, in other cases because it is implemented over the hard work of others who are forced to PAY THE PRICE, regardless of how high it is (as collectively documented in the previous posts THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY"... as well as WHEN SACRIFICING IS IMPLEMENTED BY DECREE - UPDATED generically and specifically in the post SUPPLEMENT TO THE METHODS OF "FREE LOADERS" - THE ADDENDUM - UPDATED WHEN TRUST TURNS! in addition to the Conclusion section of the post THE OUTSPOKEN PEN PAL WHO BECAME A FRIEND (EDITED W/INSERTS - UPDATED AND AMENDED)! as well as THOSE WHO WOULD BE god (EDITED)!.
These “coincidences” by themselves are quite telling, however, when taken together with the issuance of NRC Information Notice (IN) 98-33, a clear message was being sent by some in positions of power, (regarding "protected activities" - the subject if the IN) especially using this number (33). Protected activities as documented in the NRCs code of conduct applies to the process of allowing employees in the industry the “freedom” to voice concerns without fear of retribution from employers, therefore the issuance of a Notice in this number (with, which I had been tagged since entering IA) signaled by those who use any means to implement their cause was the “green light” to proceed with the identity switching. However, even if I voiced concerns about what was taking place, it would fall on “deaf ears” and that did occur (as any question raised was met with such a response, even though at the time I was unaware of the identity switching taking place). In addition, the same Agency whose mission includes the providing of an avenue for the rights of workers to voice concerns "freely", in addition to oversee the safe running of the nuclear industry was itself used to join in the subtle harassment through the issuance of “targeted" INs that specifically impacted my area of specialty repeatedly. The main objective here was to "cover all the bases" by making sure that even if questions were raised it would bring the appearance of being unable to handle the challenges, which "coincidentally" arise in order that the identity switching that was underway from the time of my hiring (as documented in the post AN EXAMPLE OF HIRING FOR THE PURPOSE OF IDENTITY TRANSFER), could take place incognito, but at my expense. There are some who based their legitimacy on specific statements made by others as their starting point for their easily obtained "credibility", in the letter summarizing the outcome of an interview from 1998, dated December 29, 1998, it was pointed out that RELOCATION was being considered with respect TO HAWAII at that time, THIS EVENTUALITY NEVER TOOK PLACE. FURTHERMORE, MY EXPERIENCES MENTIONED AS THE BASIS FOR NOT TAKING PART IN FURTHER VERBAL TESTIMONY RELATES TO THE HIRING OF A LOCAL REPORTER FROM THE "BACKYARD" OF THE UTILITY TO BE THE OFFICIAL NOTES TAKER DURING THE NOVEMBER 5, 1998 INTERVIEW UNKNOWN TO ME, TO, WHICH I LATER POINTED OUT THAT HAD I KNOWN THAT THIS WAS THEIR PRACTICE, I WOULD HAVE NEVER PARTICIPATED IN THE INTERVIEW IN THE FIRST PLACE AND WITH GOOD CAUSE, BECAUSE MY REQUEST FOR A REVIEW OF THE TRANSCRIPT AHEAD OF ITS PUBLICATION REVEALED THE INCONSISTENCIES BETWEEN REPORTER'S "TRANSCRIPT OF WHAT WAS SAID" TURNED OUT TO BE DRASTICALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT ACTUALLY TOOK PLACE, HENCE THE REASON FOR DOCUMENTING MY OWN VERSION OF THE CONVERSATION AS WAS DONE IN THAT LETTER. SINCE MY REASON FOR NO LONGER HAVING ANY DESIRE TO PARTICIPATE IN EVIDENCE GATHERING USING SUCH METHODS WAS NOT MENTIONED, IN THEIR CONCLUSION IT WAS INVALID AND WITHOUT MERIT IN MY OPINION.

These events culminated with my 2002 layoff and the escalation of the identity switching tactics of unparalleled proportions all using my address as their supposed base for “credibility”, as documented in the post (GIVING “LIFE” THE OLD FASHIONED WAY - UPDATED FOR AN EXAMPLE OF CONSISTENCY). This embolden state of affair continued to escalate with increased frequency to attempt to replace every aspect of significant event in my life and force me into accepting that my lot was what some who rely on death and destruction as their BADGE OF "HONOR"
to completely cover-up the “blacking out” of my identity figuratively, literally and politically, which some in the then administration is tied to even though in my opinion # 42 WAS NOT aware of what was taking place in secret at my expense.
“Whitewashing” an individual’s entire history thought to be a just outcome for me on the part of those who determined to play “god”in my life, while forgetting that events never go as smoothly as the “blackout”types would like them to be as the case of the missing graduate student from the Official TCI Graduation reminds us and the attempt to connect another individual to either the Brazant or Sobers' (my late Mother' maiden) name (mangled with "fictional" Harbin types aided by the "free loader Plant" type documented in the introduction of the post THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY", THIS STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED. However, at this point it must be stated that the only "legitimate" Harbin really was, the individual, who give his life for the "free loader's cause" as included in the entry for November 9, 1984 from the post HOW THE RECORDING OF MY JOURNEY SAVED THE DAY (EDITED AND UPDATED)!, as well as THE SAD PASSING OF A TRUE PATRIOT (UPDATED)!. All others have questionable origins relating to one or the other parent of the "free loader's cause" and most are simply outright frauds. These types all need either Brazant and/or Sobers' [my late Mother's maiden name shown in the post GOD DOES INDEED HONOR THE PRAYERS OF A CARING MOTHER - THE ADDENDUM (UPDATED)] mangled with Harbin fictional ties for legitimacy, which are in reality non existent because of the mangling tie needed by all others except the original (previously documented above) as documented in the post SUPPLEMENT TO THE CASE OF THE MISSING AND MANGLED RECORDS - UPDATED. Therefore, those pretends from: "hither, thither and yon" with their "origin issues", this is not a problem of my creation and it is not mine to solve, as all these unimaginative thugs have come to conclude because none of the types needing this "fictional" creation can explain their origins completely in this country for their "free loader's cause" activities and all in one manner or the other hiding behind my entry for their fleeting "legitimacy", have to fend for themselves. This single address, is now being used in various forms to "spawn" support for a host of "fictional" types, connected to various states, all of whose origins are questionable. Otherwise, who would be so bold as to then conclude that two (2) disasters on two (2) anniversaries could completely cover-up an individual's identity who spent years of hard work pursuing qualifications and goals, and achieving them, obtaining accomplishments, creating verifiable history by some whimsical action the entire history an individual would be transferred to "unimaginative thugs", whose methods of validation are documented generically in the post THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY", THIS STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED and supplemented by details in the post THE METHODS OF "FREE LOADERS" - UPDATED. Naturally, with a track record such depicted in these above posts, this 125 year institution, Coke felt comfortable that its actions would never be exposed, however, the amount owed my Proprietorship is documented in the post THE ONE THAT WAS OVERLOOKED, OR WAS IT (EDITED AND UPDATED)? , under the subject, the Breakdown Of Fees Owed The Proprietorship For Use Of Its Material Without Permission and is increasing daily as well as THE TIME FOR PAYMENT IS NOW MR. The Finale:
For defense in depth, the School went the extra mile to ensure that even if one copy of each graduating student's photo was lost, that this in itself would not erase each graduate's historical place in that significant event, as every single student who took part in that official photo taking ceremony was given not one or two but three copies of that official photo from that time period and duplications of today‘s making won’t suffice because a copy from the 2000’s era can be exposed compared to photos from the 1970's. Therefore, simply running around and brandishing the number 2 of 15 now shown to be a farce in itself is not the answer for those with easily obtained credibility at the expense of those who undertook the hard work involved in earning their undergraduate requirements by “legitimate” actions as documented in the posts THE FATE OF DICTATORS WHO HOLD ON TOO LONG (EDITED)! as well as THE FATE FOR THE METHODS OF DICTATORS WHO HOLD ON TOO LONG (EDITED).
Additionally, the "Shadowy Consuming Force" creation of the former empire (and other States added out of necessity along the way, see comment # 1 from /9/2013 on the COMMENTS Page) as well as those of the "Shadowy Consuming Force" types who saw my documents from Connecticut as an avenue to significantly expand this "Misguided Development" instead of putting an end to it, thereby following in the footsteps of earlier types who made similar expedient decisions and also expanded it, now to the detriment of many unsuspecting individuals who were sacrificed or were thrown to the wayside as meaningless as I was for this: worthless, meaningless, skill less and hapless cause (the history of, which is in part outlined in the Here are the Background Details section of the post THE ORIGINS OF "VIRTUAL" "TWO-FACED" IDENTITIES!), to continue the perpetrating of their illegal trafficking "free loader" ring for perpetual wealth-generation from those with seeking “exalting” for doing practically nothing “meaningful”, have to remember hiding behind “shadowy free loader” types with the aid of many including opportunistic politico types is not an indication of "legitimacy". Some elected to the highest office were also most likely misled by those who knew better into providing the needed support due to the circumstances as documented in the post A CLOSER LOOK AT AN UNUSUAL FORM OF EXEMPLIFIED COURAGE (EDITED AND UPDATED)], for the “free loader's cause”.
Conclusion:
However it is always possible to do what's right thing in this matter (as in my opinion, it's no longer possible to avoid doing the ethical thing), required in the matter of using another material and not reimbursing that individual for it as pointed out in the post "THE ONE THAT WAS OVERLOOKED, OR WAS IT (EDITED)?. Time is still there to complete the appropriate action even though there is less avenue of protection in place to avoid an admission of truth. This only goes to show, no matter how much “defense-in- depth" mechanisms are put in place by such types with the availability of resources to cover-up their unethical business practices and highly questionable “lifestyle” choices, which can be “stripped” away one by one until there is nothing left and shame of exposure of your own actions have to be dealt with in a manner not thought possible. This would be a fair conclusion to a matter of the proportions implemented here with my identity, boldly as documented in the post ISN'T TIME FOR DIFFERENT FACE?, and for, which actions such as this further CEMENTED my decision to change the Proprietorship's services offering as documented on the CONDUCT OF BUSINESS Page as indicated briefly in the current Rev (Revision 51) of the Administrative Policies of May 8, 2014. Such an outcome is the ONLY fitting outcome in this distasteful affair, since the record speaks for itself, but even that outcome can be avoided by the opportunity to rise above the past methods, because anyone can alter their behavior, if so desired by ethical action regarding the use of another's material without prior permission and refraining from their very questionable and exploitative "lifestyle" choices. With the decision to alter the Proprietorship's services offering going forward as of February 1, 2013; that represented a new chapter in my Proprietorship's history and while the door was left open to an offer made to any individual willing to champion the cause of the "Chisholm family inclusive" as documented in the post THE QUESTION OF THE MONTH'S PREMISE - UPDATED, for all intents and purposes, THE PRIOR SERVICES OFFERING IS CLOSED and moving on to the new chapter (services offering), will send a more powerful message, than "playing" the "game" of those without "understanding" left to deal with a "bed of their own creation" as documented in the post ETHICAL TREATMENT OF OTHERS SHOULD ALWAYS BE PRACTICED - EDITED AND UPDATED. Furthermore, as a result of these developments, it can be clearly stated that the outcome of the utility deregulation would have been completely different had the disaster consistent with the events on the twenty first (21st) anniversary of my acceptance letter from Pratt not taken place (as the Cosvry post ONE TOO MANY COINCIDENCES - THE FINALE UPDATED confirms), simply because CURRENT EVENTS of ANY type do NOT alter historical facts, ONLY upcoming events.
THE EVENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE AUGUST 14, 2003 ELECTRICAL "BLACKOUT" (SEE THE BELOW PHOTO) OF HISTORIC PROPORTIONS WAS SIMPLY ICING IN THE CAKE CONSISTENT WITH THE 23RD ANNIVERSARY OF MY GRADUATION FROM TCI TO COMPLETE THE "BLACKING OUT" MY HISTORY IN THIS LAND OF MY ADOPTED RESIDENCE, PRIOR TO RELOCATING TO IOWA IN 1991, WHICH LARGELY COVERED THE ENTIRE AREA THAT THE "BLACK OUT" SPAWNED, IN THE NORTHEAST INCLUDING VERMONT AND EVEN THE TRIPS TAKEN INTO CANADA IN 1985 AND 1990 THAT COULD BE TRACED VIA THE BORDER REQUESTS FOR VALID DOCUMENTATION TO DEMONSTRATE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO BE IN THIS COUNTRY, UPON RETURNING, JUST AS ALSO OCCURRED UPON RETURNING FROM MY 1983 TRIP TO BARBADOS), (SEE COMMENT # 1 FROM 2/13/2014 ON THE COMMENTS 2014 PAGE), WHICH WERE UNDERTAKEN [A PRIZE THAT THOSE OF THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" AND THEIR SUPPORTERS, VIOLENTLY CHERISH BECAUSE OF THEIR ORIGIN ISSUES AND AS A RESULT, PLOT AND CARRY OUT ALL AN FORMS OF DESTRUCTIVE ACTS (including "dry runs" in certain peaceful locations) TO GAIN EXPERIENCE FOR THEIR "BIG SHOW" NO MATTER THE COSTS TO OTHERS], TO OBTAIN FROM ONE SO UNSUSPECTING THAT THEY ARE OF THE OPINION ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS UNITE, KEEP INVENTING AND MANIPULATING EVENTS AND BECAUSE OF THEIR SIZE AND RESOURCES (NEVER MIND THEIR TERRIBLE TRACK RECORD FOR HANDLING OTHERS CONSIDERED "LOW" ON THE TOTEM POLE), ALL WILL BE FORCED TO BELIEVE THEM EVENTUALLY, THEY HAVE CONCLUDED. THESE THUGS WITH NO REGARD FOR THE RIGHTS, LIVES AND PROPERTY OF OTHERS, AND WHOSE "CREDIBILITY" ALMOST ALWAYS INVOLVES THE DEATH AND DESTRUCTION OF OTHERS, CLEARLY DEMONSTRATED ROUTINELY ON THE POSTS ON THE PAGES OF THIS BLOG SHOW THIS SIDE CONSISTENTLY (WHEN THE CURTAINS ARE DRAWN BACK EVER SO SLIGHTLY, TO REVEAL WHAT'S TAKING PLACE NOT TOO FAR FROM THE PUBLIC'S EYE, WHEN THE DOTS ARE CONNECTED, WITH THE AID OF THIS BLOG - THAT'S COMMITTED TO BRING CLARITY WHERE CHAOS EXISTS).
