We should always be cognizant of those whom we may be in a position to assist and be ready and willing to do so when the opportunity avails itself even if we are not aware of such. Those who responsibility it is to run the more significant affairs that they were elected to carry out should do so and refrain from allowing themselves and their Nation’s business to become participants in the attempts by those who are intent on using one avenue or another in their nation to enable those of the “free loaders cause” to implement such methods at my expense. Whether it’s the cause of the civil servants or a performer identified with their nation who in her young life has managed to compile a “lifestyle-track-record” that leaves much to be desired, by using her “cause” as a cover to steal from me. This old and expired story associated with this individual, in reality can’t hold anyone responsible for the “manner in, which she is supposed to have spent resources”. It’s ridiculous and exhibits a trait of those of the “free loaders”, namely wanting much by doing very little indeed. If she indeed has no funds, who is paying for the cost of attorneys on behalf, in the “story” that’s been released on her behalf? Her cause has nothing to do with me, as I am NOT responsible for her presence in this Country. Those who are responsible should have been providing proper guidance to the very “young” adolescent that was permitted to be on the international “music” scene for about a decade (and who apparently is only 24), with no obvious direction. My only recommendation to this individual who in her lyrics is on record as stating that “II like the way you lie”, (about my experiences or as she “burn” none interceded on her behalf), which I interpret to mean that those with responsibility for her affairs, are lying publicly about her circumstances, is, to get another occupation. Had those in positions of authority been giving her proper direction, they would not have to: 1) lie publicly about her circumstances, 2) stand idly by as she is allowed to her to “burn” (or is abused) while none in positions to intervene and act on her behalf did so, 3) she would not be lacking the obvious guidance of a caring and concerned mother in her life such that 4) the need for attempting to divert my resources to address the lack of direction those with responsibility showed towards her circumstances would not even exist had such been taking place. Stealing from me does NOT address the wrong this very young performed endured (by her own words) while none intervened on her behalf. These continued thinly disguised actions are a demonstration of methods that are only “one step away from those used by thugs to extort resources from others in my case and the condoning of “abuse” in the case of this young performer. Therefore, what’s in the best interest of all is for those elected called “officials” to refrain from allowing their nation’s causes to be further dragged into matters that have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with them, dragging me into circumstances that have nothing to do with me as I bear NO responsibility for the “abuse” suffered by this young performer (in her own words). Where were these individuals when my cause needed an advocate and this then very young performer needed rescuing? Absent and nowhere in sight and in my case while helping those who knew and were closest to me to change their identities to become “Seales”, an Edwards and a “legendary band leader”* (see Footnote), in the case of my closest childhood “friend” forgetting (and/or ignoring the fact) that as my travel profile from my then employer from 1984 showed (see below photo) that I was in the land of my birth in 1983 and am aware that such is only fairy

The fact that my closest childhood “friend’s” identity was also changed has very far-reaching implications when the dots are connected as his family’s residence was across the street from family’s Chapel Street residence therefore, he Clement Armstrong, a Trinidadian by birth, lived there with his Aunt (Mrs. Graham) originally as far back as I can remember (probably starting in the early 1960’s). Junior as he called familiarly arrived when his Aunt’s lone child, a daughter Ursuline married an American and emigrated to the U.S. and she (Ursuline) not wanting her Mother to be there by herself made arrangements with her Aunt, (who had married a Trinidadian and had move there, was now known as Mrs. Armstrong), for her lone son to relocate to Barbados to stay with her Mother when she immigrated (because she was the proprietor or a very successful bar in its ideal next to the local fish market location in the Speightstown bay, which allowed her to offer her very popular fish sandwiches from the day’s fishermen’s’ catches. That bar/sandwich shop was later transformed into the restaurant entitled, Mangoes by the Sea (if memory serves me correctly). The transformation mentioned involved the ownership of the property (then two elderly spinster type sisters who would neither sell the property nor improve it but simply used it as their means of income generation and gladly collected their rental income, which for them was a form of pension. They eventually did sell and only then could the Armstrongs’ who had relocated to Barbados by this time upon the death of Junior’s Aunt (circa 1965) and was managing it for her (Mrs. Armstrong's niece, Ursuline after I left for my studies but was informed by junior of such either in letter or a visit he made and I met up with him while visiting with an uncle in the New York area). I contacted Ursuline at her Brooklyn residence and visited her/family upon my first arrival in the U.S. but did not remain in contact with her. This missing link here is that this is the residence in Chapel Street where Carol resided when completing her UWI Cave Hill law studies and how our acquaintance came about, (see included photo below),
which began while I still resided
at home in 1976 and worked as a clerical officer in the Customs and Excise office on
the Wharf Main office. Carol continued her studies after my departure to carry
out my own studies in 1978 and finished them at the then Sir Hugh wooding Law School
program at the St. Augustine campus of the UWI's, circa 1980/81. Carol's family, gained the Armstrong's acquaintance from the years spent in Trinidad where where she had married Mr. Armstrong and settled there. Therefore, in the final analysis, if this close link to Carol's and her family, identity was changed (to a legendary band leader), all her accomplishments/qualifications could be expediently "given away" to a "free loader cause" type wanting much by doing very little meaningful indeed to attain it as DID take place by in a Press Release. I do recognize that there is a difference in the name forms mentioned by you in communication on 12/27/2011 that should be explained to avoid confusion, because they are those who thrive on minute differences for their legitimacy without seeking to find out why differences exists. Since I am discussing a personal matter relating to my estranged spouse, her email address is being copied on this communication.
Apparently, there was some disagreement between her parents about her name, with her Dad, [being a military man, navy pilot, etc. and knowing what it took for him to succeed in training as well as survive after being shot down in the Pacific]; taking the position that he wanted his firstborn to be different and stand out (“so to speak”) and the name (Janice/Janis) was agreed upon. However, the spelling was a matter of contention as he wanted the spelling to be different and thought that the form Janis stood out instead of the typical Janice favored by her mother, who wanted her to be like everyone else. My understanding is that her mother verbally consented to the different format but since she took care of filing the birth certificate paperwork, it was filed the way she favored, Janice. Her Dad realizing that he had been “shafted’, told Janis, regardless of what is documented, always use the Janis format and that is what did & has always done throughout her career as documented in the attached file.

This was a significant event because whomever signed that document apparently assumed the heritage of a “Brazant/Harbin” as a “legitimate” ancestral lineage in contrast to what is accurately described in The Conclusion section of the post SUPPLEMENT TO THE CASE OF THE MISSING (AND MANGLED) RECORDS. As a result of this forgery has become the basis for fleeting “legitimacy” for an army of impostors and others who are relying on this payout to “demonstrate” that this forger is an “original”. Furthermore, it is also based on this obvious forgery that was validated by a Mogul type with a “fictional" empire to the tune of $5 billion in the midst of the financial crisis as documented in the post WHEN DISTRESSED CONDITIONS ARE ALLOWED TO OCCUR that he in addition to another entity that is RELIANT ON THE FUNDS GENERATED FROM THE UNTAXED “FREE LOADERS” CAUSE INCOME TO MEET ITS UNION PENSION OBLIGATIONS (that competitors were able to eliminate during bankruptcy proceedings, are “desperately” clinging to, come what may. Those who responsibility it is to run the more significant affairs that they were elected to carry out should do so and refrain from allowing themselves and their Nation’s business to become participants in the attempts by those who are intent on using one avenue or another in their nation to enable those of the “free loaders cause” to implement such methods at my expense. Whether it’s the cause of the civil servants or a performer identified with their nation who in her young life has managed to compile a “lifestyle-track-record” that leaves much to be desired, by using her “cause” as a cover to steal from me. This old and expired story associated with this individual, in reality can’t hold anyone responsible for the “manner in, which she is supposed to have spent resources”. It’s ridiculous and exhibits a trait of those of the “free loaders”, namely wanting much by doing very little indeed. If she indeed has no funds, who is paying for the cost of attorneys on behalf, in the “story” that’s been released on her behalf? Her cause has nothing to do with me, as I am NOT responsible for her presence in this Country. Those who are responsible should have been providing proper guidance to the very “young” adolescent that was permitted to be on the international “music” scene for about a decade (and who apparently is only 24), with no obvious direction. My only recommendation to this individual who in her lyrics is on record as stating that “II like the way you lie”, (about my experiences or as she “burn” none interceded on her behalf), which I interpret to mean that those with responsibility for her affairs, are lying publicly about her circumstances, is, to get another occupation. Had those in positions of authority been giving her proper direction, they would not have to: 1) lie publicly about her circumstances, 2) stand idly by as she is allowed to her to “burn” (or is abused) while none in positions to intervene and act on her behalf did so, 3) she would not be lacking the obvious guidance of a caring and concerned mother in her life such that 4) the need for attempting to divert my resources to address the lack of direction those with responsibility showed towards her circumstances would not even exist had such been taking place. Stealing from me does NOT address the wrong this very young performed endured (by her own words) while none intervened on her behalf. These continued thinly disguised actions are a demonstration of methods that are only “one step away from those used by thugs to extort resources from others in my case and the condoning of “abuse” in the case of this young performer. Therefore, what’s in the best interest of all is for those elected called “officials” to refrain from allowing their nation’s causes to be further dragged into matters that have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with them, dragging me into circumstances that have nothing to do with me as I bear NO responsibility for the “abuse” suffered by this young performer (in her own words). Where were these individuals when my cause needed an advocate and this then very young performer needed rescuing? Absent and nowhere in sight and in my case while helping those who knew and were closest to me to change their identities to become “Seales”, an Edwards and a “legendary band leader”* (see Footnote), in the case of my closest childhood “friend” forgetting (and/or ignoring the fact) that as my travel profile from my then employer from 1984 showed (see below photo) that I was in the land of my birth in 1983 and am aware that such is only fairy

This copy of my travel profile from The Kerite Company from circa 1984 showed when my passport was renewed and its then number, these are the types of details mentioned under item # 4 in ...The Background Details section of the post THE PREMISE BEHIND THE "FLAWED" LEGISLATION - UPDATED that were removed and were returned in the mailing of the replacement passport untouched, indicating that they NEVER LEFT IOWA. in the background while making such decisions in the lives of others to “prop”
up ways of living that cannot be maintained ethically and/or legally in these
modern days. As previously stated on the pages of this Blog, none can impede
the will of God for His chosen, (REGARDLESS OF STATUS) this is a
statement of fact not fiction, only “free loaders cause” types and their
supporters whose “empires” are built on the type of faulty foundation
“conditions” described in THIS post (referenced below), lead “fantasy” entities THAT
CAN’T BE TURNED OVER TO ANYONE and as a result, live "imprisoned” in the “fantasy”,
fictional worlds of their own creation and even these types (who remain in hiding
to carry out their “dirty” activities from afar affecting THE “REAL”
LIVES OF OTHERS) are seen by the God of creation, that’s
why none can impede His will for His chosen as He ALONE knows the

The fact that my closest childhood “friend’s” identity was also changed has very far-reaching implications when the dots are connected as his family’s residence was across the street from family’s Chapel Street residence therefore, he Clement Armstrong, a Trinidadian by birth, lived there with his Aunt (Mrs. Graham) originally as far back as I can remember (probably starting in the early 1960’s). Junior as he called familiarly arrived when his Aunt’s lone child, a daughter Ursuline married an American and emigrated to the U.S. and she (Ursuline) not wanting her Mother to be there by herself made arrangements with her Aunt, (who had married a Trinidadian and had move there, was now known as Mrs. Armstrong), for her lone son to relocate to Barbados to stay with her Mother when she immigrated (because she was the proprietor or a very successful bar in its ideal next to the local fish market location in the Speightstown bay, which allowed her to offer her very popular fish sandwiches from the day’s fishermen’s’ catches. That bar/sandwich shop was later transformed into the restaurant entitled, Mangoes by the Sea (if memory serves me correctly). The transformation mentioned involved the ownership of the property (then two elderly spinster type sisters who would neither sell the property nor improve it but simply used it as their means of income generation and gladly collected their rental income, which for them was a form of pension. They eventually did sell and only then could the Armstrongs’ who had relocated to Barbados by this time upon the death of Junior’s Aunt (circa 1965) and was managing it for her (Mrs. Armstrong's niece, Ursuline after I left for my studies but was informed by junior of such either in letter or a visit he made and I met up with him while visiting with an uncle in the New York area). I contacted Ursuline at her Brooklyn residence and visited her/family upon my first arrival in the U.S. but did not remain in contact with her. This missing link here is that this is the residence in Chapel Street where Carol resided when completing her UWI Cave Hill law studies and how our acquaintance came about, (see included photo below),

These conditions exists due to the fact that so called efficiencies have been “drained” from most of these large cooperation’s and/or existing businesses activities and as a result, since “real” innovation, etc. is non existent and/or most can’t await the long-term rewards that such activities (as old fashioned research and development can take to realize the types of returns such activities require that these corporations and those who shell out such sums to “gobble” up other businesses can't justify, especially when the large investment expenditures required for such actions, are considered, such avenues are being resorted to more and more by these entities). Sadly the activities of the “free loader cause” are becoming more and more relied on by these types s previously indicated and THAT IS THE REAL REASON WHY, FREE SPEECH RIGHTS WAS AWARDED THESE ENTITIES that in reality, needed no such cover to give donations to their favorite political causes, except to grant all those “corporate free loaders” hiding among their ranks, automatic “citizenship” at the expense of all those whose rights have been taken away to provide such with their “fleeting “credibility” for, and those legally awaiting their turn via the normal immigration process which two of those dear friends who suffered in this manner for this cause are being remembered in the Conservery Dedication as well as in Comment # 1 from 1/5/2013 on THIS Page, in addition to those identified generally in the listing documented in the above linked post WHEN SACRIFICING IS….

In reality, no business entity regardless of its status can vouch for the validity of any "free loaders cause" individual as being "legitimate" ESPECIALLY THOSE USING MY QUALIFICATIONS, HISTORY, ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS as being authentic without answering the question WHAT HAPPENED TO LOIS BRUNO AND THE REMAINDER OF THE "CHISHOLM FAMILY INCLUSIVE" AND ESPECIALLY WHY HAVE THE LIVES OF THIS ENTIRE AND THE NEXT GENERATION HAVE BEEN MADE "NON EXISTENT" AND NOTHING REMOTELY AS CONSIDERATE AS GRAVE SITES HAVE BEEN ERECTED TO RECORD THAT THEY EVEN EXISTED AND ARE NO LONGER FOUND AMONG THE LIVING?
