THE FINANCIAL CRISIS INQUIRY COMMISSIONs (FCICs) REPORT IN ADDITION TO TIME ALSO VINDICATES A CRUSADER! - UPDATED (3/25, 5/6, 6/11, 6/25 ,12/2 & 12/31/2013 as well as 1/21, 3/3, 3/23, 4/14, 4/15, 6/16, 8/21 & 8/27/2014 in addition to 9/23/2015)

Introduction:

Taking time to be sure that I had not overlooked this subject Report, mentioned on the pages of this Blog, a further review of my records, revealed evidence that the 45-Page document was indeed issued but buried on page A4 of that Daily/Weekend Business Street Publication from January 28, 2011 (the day after its issuance). This outline examines the findings and attempts to place them in proper perspective, however, to understand this crisis, the implications of the accounting rule that required banks, securities firms and insurers to use market prices to assign values to mortgage securities and other assets that don't trade on exchange-to "mark to market," must be understood as carefully documented in the post HOW CAN THERE BE ANY DEGREE OF CONFIDENCE THAT THE STATE OF THE FINANCIAL FIRMS IS WHAT THEY APPEAR TO BE? This rule is the basis why many institutions were brought to the brink of insolvency because they were required to use market prices to value mortgage-related assets that resulted due to a set of unique circumstances described below and further expanded in some cases in the Outcome section, please follow the findings. 

The Highlights of the FCICs Findings are Described Here:

The sobering realities are as follows:

• Twelve (12) of the thirteen (13) largest Financial institutions in the Nation “were at risk of failure” in the midst of the 2008 financial crisis over a 2-week period.
• On the flip side, at least fifty (50) Hedge Funds tried to capitalize on the looming crisis (by betting that mortgage backed securities would fail).
• These Hedge Funds had a total of $45 billion of short bets (on failure) as opposed to only $25 billion in bullish positions, creating a $20 billion imbalance.
• In the days immediately following the Lehman collapse, there was a run on MS and during this time it became very exposed as Hedge Funds withdrew a staggering $86 billion from the investment bank over worries about it vulnerability.
• The existence of a “shadow” banking system that helped trigger a more than ten-fold increase in financial sector debt, which surged from $3 trillion in 1978 (the year of my entry into this "Land of the Free and Home of the Brave" to carry out my educational objectives that were completed as described in the post HISTORICAL FACTS CANNOT BE ALTERED BY CURRENT EVENTS - UPDATED) to $36 trillion in 2007 [THE YEAR THAT REPRESENTS THE OCCURRENCE OF ANOTHER ACCIDENT OF QUESTIONABLE CIRCUMSTANCES AS DOCUMENTED IN BULLETED ITEM # 7 FROM THE LISTING UNDER EXAMPLE 2 IN THE HERE ARE THE DETAILS OF IMPORTANCE SECTION FROM THE POST GOD'S DIRECTION IN THE LIVES OF HIS CHOSEN - UPDATED SUPPLEMENTED WITH THE DETAILS DOCUMENTED IN THE CAPTION UNDER THE PHOTO FROM THE POST THE TIME HAS COME THAT REPRESENT A TOTAL OF TWENTY-NINE (29) YEARS] that crumbled and yet no solution was recommended and/or was put in place by those with the ability to enact such and this remains an inconsistency given the scope of this problem, which is at the core of the "free loaders cause" concerns in my opinion, who pay no taxes in their own identities as documented in The Conclusion Regarding My Accomplishments and Qualifications section of the post  THE LAUNCHING OF THE INITIAL CONSERVERY WEBSITE - UPDATED.
• Conflicts of interests involving Wall Street Banks, Hedge Funds and Investors were commonplace (or were a “normal code of conduct”, see the post TIME PROVES A CRUSADER CORRECT!), created by pools of mortgage debt known as collateralized debt obligations (CDOs). The example used to typify this problem was a $1.5 trillion CDO called “NORMA” underwritten by then ML&C in 2007, in, which the assets backing the CDOs were to be selected and overseen by a 3-party “collateral” manager called NIR Capital Management. As NORMAs value crumbled some investors and others complained that Magnetar Capital - a Hedge Fund that had placed both bearish and bullish bets on the NORMA CDO played an “active role” helping to select NORMA’s assets, creating a obvious conflict because Magnetar, a ML&C client would have an incentive to select poor-performing assets and benefit from its own short bets against the CDO. Magnetar executed approximately $600 million in trades for NORMA while holding direct conflict-of-interest positions, which ML&C filed to disclose.

The Implications/Outcome:

The conditions summarized here as documented in the Report further underscores that the culture, which the Office of the Empire State’s former AG was bringing heightened awareness to as documented previously on the pages of this Blog, clearly contributed to the crisis and he was on the right path, which was described by some as being even worst in some ways than even the Great Depression. Not only were his efforts ignored but he was also ridiculed and eventually had to leave his work abruptly due to questionable events. Those who celebrated in triumph on his exit for the most part were not in such a celebratory mood when their institutions were teetering on the brink of insolvency and would have gladly welcomed a crusader then.

The existence of a “shadow” banking system puzzles me, from the point-of-view of how could it be allowed to function unless its awareness was condoned by some with the right type of connections and having personally experienced my financial history completely being taken over by “shadowy” types (with the assistance of those who benefit financially from the plight of such types looking for easy “credibility”), at the expense of others, I am beginning to wonder how significant a problem this is. For shadowy types to be able to contribute to the near collapse of the financial system and themselves emerge unscathed while others were and still are in peril, there appears to be more to this financial crisis situation than meets the eye. Probably many of those legitimately impacted will never be able to resume their “normal” financial affairs ever because their financial histories may have become useful vehicles for those types lacking historical legitimacy and needing a vehicle to assume normal financial accountability with the aid of those who will benefit from a system of perpetual wealth generation and with so many in peril no one really knows the full extent of the shadowy types involvement to secure “legitimacy” by their supporters for them at the expense of others by hiding in the shadows and relying on the outward use of either labels or numbers for legitimacy “while taking from the financial system for a bath”. These "free loaders" and similar individuals contribution's in reality are meaningless (because away from the public’s eye such types don’t really use their normal names in financial transactions due to lack of history, etc.) As a result, their borrowed existences relies on the legitimacy of others who are then "victimized" in order for such types to continue in their easily obtained lifestyles for, which they seek much while contributing very, very little as documented in the following posts SUPPLEMENT TO METHODS  OF "FREE LOADERS" - THE ADDENDUM as well as in the The Conclusion of my Accomplishments and Qualifications section of the post THE LAUNCHING OF THE INITIAL CONSERVERY WEBSITE - UPDATED  in addition to the Conclusion section of the post THE OUTSPOKEN PEN PAL, WHO BECAME A FRIEND (EDITED W/INSERTS - UPDATED/AMENDED. Who really knows the real reason for the crisis and why the effort of the former AG to bring awareness to a condition (that was being bet on wildly would occur to the tune of $45 billion) was “shoved” out of office in the manner he was? This question regarding the former top Prosecutor was answered in part in the post "IS THERE A CONNECTION BETWEEN THE TARNISHINGS OF THE FORMER TOP PROSECUTOR AND THE POWERFUL WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN (UPDATED)?". However, the extent to, which those of the"free loader's cause" are involved in the Financial/investment industry and the impact on the financial system due to the fact that the "one-sided" actions of their "Shadowy Consuming Force" only takes from the financial system and doesn't contribute has been summarized in the post THE METHODS OF "FREE LOADERS" - UPDATED.   

These "free loaderr cause" types are maintained by a well connected "shadowy virtual society" system instituted by a former defeated empire turned Trojan Horse implementer of a stealth alternate taxation scheme and a few "entitled" types", which was and is a "Misguided Development" and even though out of their direct control in one sense it still have its representative entities who control it as documented in the post HOW TO IDENTIFY THOSE WHO CONTROL THE "FREE LOADERS" - UPDATED and supplemented by details included in the Conclusion section of the post WHAT''S GOOD FOR THE GEESE IA ALSO GOOD FOR THE WIRELESS CARNDERS (EDITED AND UPDATED). These types have as their motto "whatever works" as its only motto to ensure perpetual wealth-generation at any price for the "free loader's cause", no matter the cost (in lives affected) along the way as demonstrated by their willingness to continually attempt to use whatever means necessary to attempt to attain fleeting "credibility", which never lasts, because I never agreed to contribute my identity, accomplishments, qualifications and history, (or solid "foundations" as described in the post GARBAGE IN, (SWEET SMELLING ODORS), GARBAGE OUT - UPDATED) for any such cause and neither my "dear" sister, brother nor the government of Barbados or any similar entity/organization were authorized to sacrifice me for this worthless cause as documented in item # 1 from the listing THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY", THIS STORY IS NOW TOLD! - UPDATED in addition to the post THE PREMISE BEHIND THE "FLAWED" LEGISLATION - UPDATED.. In reality, even if my siblings in one instance took on an altered identity, which she thought was more beneficial while parting with hers "wrapped in Asian garments" and shipped to this Country to assist a host of "shadowy free loader" types with questionable origins in need of new identities here at my expense, for gain in the case of my "dear" Sister and adopting a mangled Edwards identity in the case of my expedient Brother with the assistance of their connections as documented in item # 1 from the listing in the post THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY",... referenced and linked above as documented in the previously referenced post above THE PREMISE BEHIND THE....  or any other entity/authority made expedient decisions in my life without my input and clearly made decisions outside their authority to make, have ZERO bearing on my rights and nothing carried out by such types (who are known for manipulating whatever system needed and/or staging whatever action is needed to bring about their intended end no matter how unethical as the listings in the post ETHICAL TREATMENT OF OTHERS SHOULD ALWAYS BE PRACTICE - EDITED AND UPDATED indicate and then attempt to present these details as if the applications and subsequent actions were now different (after the fact, a method commonly used by those of the "free loaders case" who believe that current events alter historical facts, which the post HISTORICAL FACTS ARE NOT ALTERED BY CURRENT EVENTS - UPDATED, as well as the type of intense FACTS-checking documented in item # 6 of the listing from the Finale section of the WHEN TRUST TURNS - UPDATED that shows the claims of the those of the "free loaders cause" and their supporters aren't supported by the historical FACTS have clearly revealed to be the case), because such types and their supporters have historically been known to be ALWAYS NUMBER ONE, FROM THE DAYS OF HITLER (as the post NUMBER ONE (1) AT ALL COSTS demonstrates), and cannot explain the extent to, which my rights were completely and rudely denied up an down by those empowered to uphold the very circumstances they circumvented that have become a travesty. However, these types have long believed that eventually all would have been forced to accept them as "legitimate" just because  of their untold resources and ability to bring about any action, and manipulate any scenario no matter how apparently "incredible" by acting before the cameras as need be (even if it means having one of theirs "return" a school diploma obtained "expediently", which have little meaning to such types who saw nothing wrong with offering another $20,000 to complete assignment, who obviously have been led to believe that anything could be purchased, no matter how distasteful.  
When such types play original (FOR THE  CAMERAS) and use diversionary tactics to focus on another to avoid the difficult questions such as now coming to light to remove themselves from being associated with or involvement in the OUTRIGHT STEALING OF THE IDENTITY, HISTORY, ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS (or solid "foundations") OF AN UNSUSPECTING INDIVIDUAL, WHO ONLY SOUGHT TO FURTHER HIS EDUCATION & RESIGN FROM HIS THEN POSITION (BUT WAS ENCOURAGED TO A SEEK LEAVE OF ABSENCE BY ANOTHER WHO UNKNOWINGLY WAS BEING MANIPULATED AT THE TIME) WHO POSSESSED THE TYPE OF INFLUENCE TO MAKE THE PROCESS APPEAR "QUESTIONABLE" BY THE DIFFERENT "NAMEFORMS" USED IN THE PROCESS IN, WHICH I HAD ZERO INPUT EXCEPT TO BE THE WILLING PARTY, AS I CONCENTRATED ON

The Finale:

Since the purpose of this Blog is to bring CLARITY IN THE MIDST OF CHAOS and the extent to, which those of the "free loaders cause" contributed to the recent financial crisis was highlighted here, it is the responsibility of those charged with such authority to act on the information because this country is neither supposed to be a dictatorship nor was it created to be such because all dictatorships end in the same manner, history reveals this fact and none can change this date with destiny who so choose to act contrary to the express and documented will of those known collectively as that band of courageous "fairness seekers" If it were in my power to do so, I would certainly want to find out how could a stealth alternate form of taxation system "SHADOW BANKING COTTAGE INDUSTRY" could have been installed in this "Land of the Free and Home of the Brave" MILK THE FINANCIAL SYSTEM TO THE TUNE OF $36 TRILLION OVER THE "RANDOMLY CHOSEN" TWENTY-NINE YEAR PERIOD (REFERENCED ABOVE) AND YET NO ONE BE THE WISER, THIS IS A SERIOUS OVERSIGHT IN MY OPINION THAT CRIES OUT FOR A SOLUTION AS DOCUMENTED IN THE CONCLUSION SECTION OF THE POST WHAT STOPPED A CHAMPION - EDITED AND UPDATED, yet no one appears to have been concerned enough to follow-up on this compelling situation).
In this day and age when so much of what is carried out is being monitored in the name of national security, I find it difficult to believe that such is possible especially after having been exposed by the very Commission that was established to find out what contributed to the financial crisis as documented in this post. SINCE THIS COMMISSION DISCOVERED AND TOOK THE TIME TO QUANTIFY THE EXTENT TO, WHICH THIS SHADOWY BANKING SYSTEM CONTRIBUTED TO THE CRISIS, IT SHOULD BEHOOVE THOSE WHO AUTHORIZED THE COMMISSION TO SEEK ADDITIONAL ANSWERS BECAUSE FOR SUCH TO TAKE PLACE IN THIS COUNTRY EVEN IN THE WAKE OF THE 911 DISASTER WHEN SO MUCH OF WHAT TRANSPIRES IS MONITORED TODAY, INCLUDING UNUSUAL FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS IN ORDER  TO PREVENT A SIMILAR OCCURRENCE FROM TAKING PLACE IN TODAY'S ENVIRONMENT.

That at a minimum should be a starting point for such a ardent policy maker to start charting this puzzling situation that is crippling the financial system in this Country yet no one either wants to seek further answers to how such "free loaders" could operate unimpeded and none be the wiser while taking no responsibility for their actions. This is a cause waiting for a courageous individual since none appears to have the "desire" to seek further and demand answers to the very "perplexing" questions, where I cannot even obtain mail sent to me or be paid income for my services after spending years as a taxpayer, yet some who choose not to contribute and desire much while contributing very, very, very little that's "worthwhile "and "wholesome" can operate a shadowy banking system not contribute the the taxation of the Nation in, which they reside (in their own identities) and get away with it and none care enough to want to even investigate why and how, even though it was singled out at a major contributor to this Nation's worst financial crisis in approximately eighty (80) years. Nevertheless, it is for this reason that the offer was established and remains for a courageous individual to champion the cause of my dear friend Lois and the remainder of the "Chisholm family inclusive" who in my opinion paid too high a price for this cause, because not just one but two generations have been completely wiped out, yet none as those 38 onlookers in the Kitty Genovese case (as documented in the post "FREE LOADERS" AND THEIR EXAMPLES - UPDATED)) are even concerned enough to even want to find out how such could have occurred in this 21st century and allow the shadowy banking system activity to remain unimpeded and, NONE BE THE WISER, this too makes no sense when so much of what goes on in these days is monitored in the name of national security. None the less, the offer extended in the post THE QUESTION OF THE MONTH'S PREMISE stands awaiting a courageous individual who is unimpeded to want to discover how and why an event of such magnitude could take place in this environment because it would appear as if these two situations are linked to such an extent that "COLLECTIVE DISINTEREST" has replaced the "COLLECTIVE FAIRNESS SEEKING" upon, which this Nation was founded. This strikes me as a sad spectacle when not even A SINGLE INDIVIDUAL would be interested in the "COLLECTIVE DISAPPEARANCE" of an entire generation of a storied political family and none would be the wiser just as how the Nation's debt could suffer and "COLLECTIVELY DISAPPEAR" to the extent it did, such that it "shoved" the Country into the worst financial crisis since the great depression and yet collective disinterest remains about a very quantifiable aspect of the crisis that none appears to want meaningful answers for.

The Conclusion:
This remains a cause to, which I am committed because this is the least I can do for my dear friend Lois of that "Chisholm family inclusive" who made the initial part of my journey in this Country in 1978 so much more pleasant than it otherwise would have been, just because I took the time to do likewise for Lois when she visited the Country of my birth and citizenship, with no thought about whether or not the favor would be returned because it did not matter as I had no such plans at that time and Lois' very pleasant and "winning" personality was what made it all worth while and  for, which her cause will be on the Pages of this Blog in the Conservery Dedication. However, after the treatment my Country of birth handed me, it has caused me to wonder if I truly know this once "friendly" Country, my Homeland that, that Nation's 1st Prime Minister gave his life for the betterment of, (as he died in office), and worked so diligently on behalf of as documented in the post EXAMPLES OF COURAGE - UPDATED; if it still exists. 
It would seem that "collective fairness" no longer holds meaning to those seeking higher political office and/or none considers the cause of those no longer counted among the living to be worthy of the type of decent treatment to, which all are entitled, just as I am seeking payment for work used by another  REPEATEDLY and left unpaid for over MANY years (IN ALL THE KNOWN INSTANCES IDENTIFIED SO FAR), and not that those who did couldn't afford to pay but chose not to because it was expedient to do so. On the other hand, doing what's right when unpopular is not an easy path to proceed on, but surely had not those early "fairness seekers" traveled this path, where would those who have come afterwards would be? They didn't stop to think about whether or not it was expedient to act in a cause that was very unfair for the majority to enable a few to live lives of ease under the weight of an onerous taxation system that excluded representation to even make a case for their cause. They just acted and this Nation was born, with all its "best' years ahead as none then knew what type of Nation they were bringing into existing community of Nations but chose to act to do their best with what was then available to establish a system of checks and balances that has become an obvious mockery for the majority by the few who can intimidate others and permit a shadowy system not only to ruin the Nation founded on the principle of fairness economy but also its citizens and others who just happen to be useless "pawns" thought nothing of but worthy of sacrificing for a "better" "free loaders cause" as documented in the post WHEN SACRIFICING IS IMPLEMENTED BY DECREE - UPDATED. Where it will all end, ONLY ONE who knows future, knows for certain, but I am hoping that at some point in time at least one concerned individual will develop the courage to act to do what's right even though unpopular and demonstrate the willingness to be concerned enough to want to do better for this Nation that held so much promise but, which has apparently lost its way to a cause that none gave much long-term though to, about how it would impact the Nation as a whole collectively as well as to its citizens and others individually when in an apparently almost out-of-control state from, which there is apparently no turning back to what's fair, helpful, thoughtful and considerate that's all lost to a less than worthwhile cause that many have paid a very high price for its operating to continue and still are as I am, a lone voice trying to wake an apparently unconcerned public to the dangers that surround them but most caught up with their own cares and not wanting to "rock the boat" continue on their personal journeys without so much as the "blink of an eyelid" of concern for anything that's too "involved" just as most have been throughout history just prior to the onset of calamities that could have been avoided historically if more concern on the part of individuals for the cause of others were exercised because ethical treatment for all is the basic principle that all should strive to live by (as the post ETHICAL TREATMENT OF OTHERS SHOULD ALWAYS BE PRACTICED (EDITED) emphasizes because none really know what will happen such that they would want such treatment to be extended to them, instead of what takes place today, "collective concern with number one" that is depicted in the post THE SELF-CENTEREDNESS OF TODAY'S "ME-ISM" - A BY- PRODUCT OF THE "SOCIETY" or "bystanderism", which had as its focus one specific aspect but the larger principle can be applied generically. When the principle upon, which this Nation was founded, namely "ethical treatment for all" is again its unifying "thread", instead of collective scorn for others we know very little about, but yet have no problem joining on a "bandwagon" and standing idly by and adopting "bystanderism" as the rights of others are trampled on and even the lives others less fortunate are snatched from them and not even given recorded "rights" as having existed in some cases and this state of affairs is considered acceptable to those who have little regard for the rights of others and are self centered as they set this same example for all to follow or otherwise be thrown to to side as meaningless "ordered world" where puppets are desired instead of truly functioning, productive individuals who are capable of contributing what's right, and proper and caring for the cause of others that's based on true innovation rather than what passes today for success, the callous pursuit of financial gain at any price regardless of who or what is affected along the way, as long as it "shores" up the bottom line. In this environment, most turn a blind eye to what's taking place not too far from the public's eye (if the curtains are drawn back ever so slightly), as long as the profits to these entities are not challenged by any outward wisp of unethical practices all is well and good, irrespective of how the income generated in such an environment is derived. This so-called "bystanderism", (or "bystander effect" so named for those in the Kitty Geneovese affair who stood by and did nothing as documented in the post "FREE LOADERS" AND THEIR EXAMPLES - UPDATED) is so pervasive that it has crept into all aspects of our society such that it's impossible to find courageous leaders willing to take on a cause that not popular unless its expedient to do so (and some ulterior end result is desired and/or gain is involved). It is for this reason that it is my hope for better is relying on the God of creation who alone knows and holds all the answers, even thought we on occasion are impatient and would like to hurry Him along, but He is steeped in patience because he has had to put up with His creation that is completely the opposite of what He had intended for us, but being ONE  who  allows His creation to choose, unlike those dictatorial types who expect all to be puppets and blindly follow, He takes His time and slowly prepares His chosen for the tasks ahead as He knows what to expect as we don't and His molding and testing only serves to make us better prepared for what will be encountered. Therefore, when my belief is stated as being similar to that of the "Gipper's", its from the perspective of knowing that when it comes to His chosen and HIS WILL IS INVOLVED, WHERE HOPE EXISTS, THE PRINCIPLE OF FAIRNESS WILL ALSO BE BROUGHT ABOUT FOR (His chosen) WHO BELIEVE THAT THE EVENTUAL TRIUMPH OF "GOOD OVER EVIL" WILL BE VICTORIOUS.
