If the history of the original entity can even be found, it would not show that its officers were (installed for life). If this “Board” was not powerless in the face of this dictatorial style, it would have the courage to institute “real” corporate governance style limits for its officers instead of co-opting is fiduciary responsibility to the other shareholders of the Company in favor of ceding decision-making to its real "Controller".
The Implications for this Style of Operational Leadership:
As occurred in this Nation’s history at the FBI, even J. Edgar Hoover (who also operated that institution) in a dictatorial style had to be told eventually it was time hang up his “holsters” and since no individual is irreplaceable, the “Board” of BHI is putting off making the tough decisions that it has to be faced with sooner or later, no matter how long it’s put off or kicked down the road as dictatorial style operations often do, (circumvent their real decisions and) rely on short term “fixes” to please those (or the individual) who has taken on a dictatorship style operating mantra most likely because of the manner in, which his "empire" was assembled as discussed in the "How we respond to such circumstances..." paragraph in The Conclusions section of the post THE LOOP THAT CAUSED TOO MUCH OF A "GOOD" THING TO GO BAD - UPDATED. They (or he) are (is) pacified until it’s too late for the best overall interest of the organization in favor of one Individual; history is full of examples of such leadership styles and their outcomes are always the same and it’s not positive because any individual is replaceable whether he considers himself to be "larger than life" and UNSTOPPABLE or "TINY" and "presentable".
This is purely unethical conduct at its worst, however, even a Dictator can give up before its too late if he recognizes the handwriting on the wall and avoid the fate of Mubarak types, because if your "empire" is based continually on finding the "perfect fit" (or the right combination of LIES called "thruth" below in the Conclusion section to remain functional then in reality your "global empire" is in reality non existent, no matter how much you have to remind yourself of how UNSTOPPABLE you are to force yourself to believe the lies continually being spun, that eventually will implode because such a path (ERECTING ANYTHING WITHOUT PROPER FOUNDATIONS), is unsustainable no matter how many "legions" are deployed to "support" your cause. Unfortunately though such types more often than not always make the wrong choices because they do NOT learn from history that they in reality for all the power at their availability are powerless regarding the future (this excludes pseudo events manufactured by such types as demonstrations of their ability to control); but the "real" future against, which even dictators are unable to stand!

On occasion in an effort to move forward some look back in an effort to find the missing solution needed to fix what is perceived in their opinions as being out-of-step (or non-functioning) with existing conditions, instead of examining those available up and coming leaders to determine who among them is best suited to move forward with what’s currently needed to address the issues of the day. Those who have served “well”* (see FOOTNOTE) should allow active future leaders to move forward with the current issues at hand, who are in better positions to be knowledgeable of the on-going needs in order that “real” progress towards solving actual needs as well as preparing up and coming individuals with potential to be groomed for and placed in leadership positions, can take place. Furthermore, such situations should NOT be toyed with especially since the entities are public companies and holding such information "close to "vest" of any individual (to be "toyed" with) is not the best way forward in a publicly traded entity. Relying on dictatorial styled solutions is hardly the path to pursue when so many other pressing needs are before those who have truly found themselves in positions of leadership and have come to believe that the power that comes with such positions is theirs to be used at will in the lives of all whom they target for their own self interests and the economic benefits to be gained from supporting the "legions" * see FOOTNOTE1 of skill less "free loaders cause" types willing to do anything to obtain "resources" with, which they always have plenty at their availability as the post ELECTRONIC NETWORKING RECORDS FRAUD ON A SIGNIFICANT SCALE documents, in exchange for a free ride on the backs of the accomplishments, histories, identities and qualifications (or solid "foundations" of an unsuspecting individual as documented in the post GARBAGE IN, (SWEET SMELLING ODORS), GARBAGE OUT - UPDATED) while relying on the continuous "whatever works" "support" such vindictive providers with "questionable knowledge" can provide. IN SUCH SITUATIONS IT MUST BE REMEMBERED THAT TRUTH NEEDS NO CONTINUOUS "MASSAGING" IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN ITS VALIDITY. If you ever find yourself in a position to choose between competing interests where only one can be the original, remember all individuals regardless of how awesome (a “Goliath” type) or how seemingly insignificant (a “David” type), should answer the question for you, am I representing the authentic individual and if confident that you are supporting the legitimate individual; then be confident that you will be bringing this saga closer to finally correcting an inequity sadly in need of addressing for sometime, and carry out your part, nothing more or nothing less and allow the in place directions to sort out the issues as they are intended to.
