Similarly in our private lives we should always try to be respectful of others in our dealings because we can never tell when some unanticipated event will render us to be the mere “mortal” instead of the “mogul” or “titan” label heaped on us by those seeking favors and we are forced to come back to the realization that there is ONE greater than "me", who is really in charge otherwise “I would have managed the outcome better”. Just imagine, if a simple unplanned “looping” action can cause one of the most anticipated events to go “south” that was supposed to be the catalyst for the markets and everything else, what impact one or two simple unplanned actions would caused in a more complicated system upon, which many were relying for some essential function. (This excludes “coincidental” spectacular type events of the type depicted in items # 6 & 12 of the listing from the post THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY", THEIR STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED that are used expediently by those aimed at identity switching as a means of establishing "legitimacy" for an “army” of those ("without origins"), seeking a great deal from doing very little at the expense of others whose lives are sacrificed for the cause of “unimaginative thugs". These "free loader" types and their supporters are of the opinion that they are in control of this world and the lives of others to “alter” as they see fit only because they are knowledgeable of actual historical events - see the post WHEN SACRIFICING IS IMPLEMENTED BY DECREE - UPDATED, for a partial listing of those impacted because of the knowledge they possessed. On the contrary, when we develop respect for others and as a direct outcome of honoring God, instead of treating others as disposable cargo, solutions for issues even complex ones are approached in the manner documented in the post COMPREHENSIVE PROBLEM SOLVING AND CHANGING PATTERNS (EDITED AND UPDATED) because not every situation can be handled by the death and (see the post) destruction of lives whom none of us should be disrespecting because life was not created by us and it is not ours to take away as many things can go wrong as discovered in the case where the individual had events recorded by two different methods that upended the attempt to "blackout" his educational journey in this country by those implementing their replacement scheme for "easy wealth generation". Whoever concluded that destroying the lives of individuals because of the knowledge they possess, “covers-up” actual historical events should be subjected to the same action for an example of what such does to others? These “grand” schemes implemented in order that “shadowy free loader” types who have no real standards can be granted easily obtained existences, who in reality do little for those attempting to rely on the use of external numbers for their “credibility”, because a single action can render their “padded” existences bare or in total disarray as occurred at the IPO and as demonstrated in the post THE ONE THAT WAS OVERLOOKED, OR WAS IT (EDITED AND UPDATED)? to show how those attempts aimed at covering-up the questionable use of my material also was exposed for the farce it was to avoid respecting me and the use of my materials as would be attributed to any “legitimate” business by another, especially one that was in existence for over ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FIVE (125) years (as Coca Cola has been). Since there was no corresponding “looping” action to cause the entity to consider ownership rights of the material prior to use, such as seeking prior permission before using, (which would typically be enquired about before using but knowledge of some situation made this consideration not worth while (now proved to be an error due to the fact that the validity of the "shadowy free loader" types being relied on as "legitimate" owners of my history, identity, qualifications and accomplishments as supported by that known savvy types as documented in the Introduction of the the post THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY", THIS STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED. Such "free loaders cause" types are relying on a conveniently "named" James Brazant ("an American" which is an obvious "nameform" manipulation), as being a "legitimate" but PHOTO LESS individual (as highlighted in item #5 of the listing from the post ETHICAL TREATMENT OF OTHERS SHOULD ALWAYS BE PRACTICED - EDITED AND UPDATED, clearly depicts), in an effort to defraud me), IN A BLATANT CASE OF IDENTITY THEFT BY "FREE LOADER CAUSE" types in their attempts to assign "credibility" to at various levels, even at the courts as the use of this "nameform" appeared mysteriously, FRAUDULENTLY when the matter of the property transfer occurred "ONLY" in the Brazant Divorce CDDM #001632) and others as shown in item # 13 for the post THE "FREELOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY", THEIR STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED from, which the photo that has been posted below (after the Conclusion section of this post) to reinforce this fraudulent misuse that some who definitely know better are using conveniently to apparently avoid paying their "LEGITIMATE DEBT" THAT NONE WOULD BE PERMITTED TO OWE SUCH INDIVIDUALS as referenced in Comment # 1 from 5/24/2014 on the COMMENTS 2014 Page in the link to the ARMED FORCES DAY posting regarding the direction of this Country (USA). In the light of all that has taken place, what other conclusion can be drawn.
Regarding the use of my Proprietorship's material, due consideration should have been given to the question "do we (Coca Cola) have authority to use it from its originator?, but wasn't now has to be addressed. The principle behind the three (3) to one (1) concept used in the Conservery sample and its connection to what was used by Coke initially and later, the Disney organization (without permission) is shown below.

Here are the Details:
1. The central issue that occurred was a malfunction in
the trading-systems’ design for processing order cancellations that occurred,
which all the extensive testing ahead of the IPO failed to unearth.
2. The malfunction resulted in a 30-minute delay in
trading in the SN Leader’s shares and left NASDAQ indicating that is was
planning a redesign of the IPO system, which current and former NASDAQ
officials summarized as follows: “this isn’t our finest hour” and “this isn’t
good for trust”. The timeline for these developments were as described below:

Around 11:00 am, NASDAQ announced that there would be
a 5-minute delay in the IPO, (which in itself is not abnormal).
4. However, 5 minutes came and went and no announcement
was made about when the IPO would commence and at that point anxiety stared to
build.
5. Later NASDAQ indicated that it encountered a problem
it hadn’t anticipated, relating matching up buy and sell orders to pinpoint the
price of the first trade and as a result, it took 5 million seconds instead of
3 million seconds that it typically takes for such actions to complete.
6. Compounding these problems were anxious traders who
not being able get confirmation of their orders started canceling, which
resulted in a domino effect that interfered with the process and caused it to
reset. As a result, of this series of events, a loop was created that took
NASDAQ officials 20 minutes to resolve and then set the stock to open at 11:30
am.
7. This 30-minute glitch affected approximately 30
million shares and those who had attempted to place trades during that period
didn’t find out the status of those transactions until 1:50 pm.
The Outcome and Future Outlook:
This “black eye” for the NASDAQ OMX Group, didn’t help
bolster their reputation as the center for such tech IPO deals as they had
competed fiercely with rival NYSE Euronex for the chance to have this listing
and has left the officials promising a complete redesign of its IPO systems and
tried to highlight the outcome, namely the amount of investment funds raised
overall. In addition, it has left a host of questions about how Wall Street
carries out one of its most basic functions, raising capital for young
companies, since this was the second technical “issues-filled” public offering
in recent months for a major stock exchange boasting sophisticated
electronic-trading systems (at the time of the article’s publication). The
first was the BATS Global IPO that was botched on its own exchange, the BATS
Global Markets that occurred in March 2012 that was blamed on a software
glitch. These developments underscore the fact that regardless of how “well”
prepared we may be, unanticipated developments can cause the best-laid plans to
result in mayhem, because none of the NASDAQ’s pre-testing preceding the IPO
revealed the problem that occurred that resulted in the loop. A loop in
“software” circles is to be avoided at all costs, because when a loop is
accessed it results in a continuous cycling action from, which escape is very
difficult especially if not planned. As the SN Leader’s IPO fiasco demonstrated
that there is a significant difference between a planned versus an unplanned
loop in software as these tech self described “nerds” are very familiar with,
which in itself adds irony to these undertakings. For a software-related glitch,
(which an unplanned loop action can be described as), to circumvent (or “upend”) the “well
planned” lPO (or big moment) of this “specific” “nerd” who in my opinion thought like the
character on that Titanic movie that he was “on top of the world” in this
Blogger’s opinion, at least when I was an active FB user before closing my presence
there; must have been
a “blow” to “his perception of himself”. I wonder if the wedding was really
planned or if it was hastily thrown together to deflect from the fiasco?
because the picture released appeared as if the two participants just decided
to get married as a matter of fact (or better yet, after the fact). This is
what these types of individuals who are accustomed to getting their way (or who
have been led to believe that they can do whatever they choose), implement when
events do not work out as expected, they plan pseudo events to keep their perception of themselves in the
public’s “eye”. When we start to believe all the things (“praise”) others are
just “lavishing” on us who are typically after some favor, rather than (accept
who we are rather than assume the "complete background" of others and be "open-minded" enough to conclude that significant accomplishments can be undertaken by others and "I" don't have to "take over" everything belonging to another that "I" desire to make my "kingdom" larger and larger while pretending to be "all knowing"), such that "I" then have to resort to “publicity driven” events to “manage” those outcomes that don’t work out to show how “magnificent” "I" am; maybe this could then be a starting point for the development of "REAL" progress respecting others, the way in, which God intended as documented in the Conclusion section of the post THE AMENDMENT TO HONORING GOD AND RESPECTING OTHERS, PRACTICALLY - UPDATED. Furthermore, when complicated processes are planned, or are
involved there are many avenues for unanticipated developments to take place
and cause chaos to take place instead of the routine planned, similar to the
circumstances those plant operators faced on March 28, 1979 [as documented in

The Conservery root cause principle revealed that the causal factors for the unclear lines of responsibility was the overlapping decision-making assigned to various departments over the years and recommended the elimination of this redundancy (namely, multiple departments with the same responsibility), in order to speed decision-making and eliminate excessive costs as the Coke plan three-to-one plan copied (in my opinion) and stated by the soft drink giant (in the referenced article) was intended to do. If there wasn't unauthorized use here, there would be no need to OVERLOOK ADVERTISING as a bona fide area for making significant strides and be included among the years top ten (10) as documented in the list of KNOWN FACTS identified specifically as nos. 5 - 7 in the post THE ONE THAT WAS OVERLOOKED, OR WAS IT (EDITED AND UPDATED)?

The Conclusion:
If you ever have the
misfortune to end up becoming involved with those of the “free loaders cause”
in anything, this is one of the worst actions you would ever want to do. These types will go to any
lengths to be sure that you are so embroiled in (or overwhelmed) by their NUMBER ONE (1) AT ALL COSTS. “Free loader” activities as well as those of their supporters who are masters all types of “mimicking” tricks to make sure that you believe whatever they
think you want to hear to get you to believe that what they are “selling” you
is actually valid. All the while, they will be actually keeping you strung
along in the hope that you never become aware that you are just being
manipulated by their slick maneuvers and
claims of their types. This reminds me how those of the “free loaders cause“ were
duped into believing that they could ALL get away with hiding behind the identities,
histories, qualifications and accomplishments of mine and others in my sphere of acquaintance F-O-R-E-V-E-R, by the use of an unethical and "shameless Confidentiality Agreement" (depicted in item # 6 from the listing in the post THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY", THEIR STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED), supposedly intended for electric utility deregulation, which some knew would never take place and it did not as the Cosvry post summary ONE TOO MANY COINCIDENCES - THE FINALE UPDATED appropriately points out, such events DO NOT ALTER HISTORICAL FACTS BUT DO CHANGE INTENDED ACTION. Therefore, the premise for obtaining the "shameless Confidentiality Agreement" was bogus, especially when relying on it to keep me in a state of "financial imprisonment". IF THIS WERE NOT SO, MY TWELVE PLUS YEAR OLD DEBT OWED BY THE COCA COLA COMPANY WOULD HAVE BEEN PAID, AND IT HAS NOT. WHEN SUCH and their supporters "without origins" ENTITIES REPEATEDLY USE BLATANTLY UNETHICAL METHODS TO CONTINUALLY ATTEMPT TO DEMONSTRATE A CONNECTION TO ME AND ANYTHING I UNDERTAKE, EVEN IN SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS A PMB ADDRESS CHANGE SHOWN IN MY NEW PMB ADDRESS/INTERIM PHONE NUMBER PAGE, where those who have invested in the THEFT OF MY IDENTITY, ACCOMPLISHMENTS, HISTORY AND QUALIFICATIONS (or solid foundations) and sought to bring about my "financial imprisonment" to keep me in such a "limitless" state as items #4 & #12 from the listing in the post THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY", THEIR STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED demonstrates, and are themselves "imprisoned" BY THEIR EXPEDIENT ACTIONS, and repeatedly attempt to infiltrate my every action with their shameless "nameform" manipulations (see the below photo for some examples). Everything can't be covered up just because those of the "free loaders cause" are able to take liberties in the lives of others that they had no right undertaking and get away with it according to man's questionable standards (or lack thereof) as depicted in the post PUTTING ON YOUR BEST FACE (EDITED AND UPDATES)], such as by the introduction of complicated "loops" when they are least expected that has the potential to alter the best planned events, regardless of the scale (just as occurred in this IPO).
How we respond to such circumstances will determine whether or not we allow those of the "free loaders cause" to keep up their manipulations in our lives to make sure that we believe their "voodoo" claims of one specific Manipulator (who boasts that there is none like him) as introduced about the real ownership of some of the various business interests in today's society with one specific well known "holding" used as an example, as documented in The Reality of Living with an Awesome Reputation section of the post FINDING CONTRIBUTORS FOR A MOGUL'S CHARITY - UPDATED who has apparently deluded himself into believing that he is the one whom the prophet Nathan discussed with King David as outlined in the To Digress description included in the Consider the Following Scenario section of the post PUTTING ON YOUR BEST FACE - EDITED AND UPDATED, because he has brought untold shame to the unique heritage into, which he was born, that included the requirement for the tribes to observe his (God's) commandments, statues and judgments in the Promise Land as outlined in the Biblical book of Deuteronomy chapter 6. This also included the requirement for them "To cast out all thine enemies from before thee, as the Lord hath spoken," as documented in verse 19. The record already shows in the book of Judges how they responded as described in Comment #1 from 9/17/2015 on the Cosvry Investments COMMENTS 2015 Page, they disobeyed. Even though it was not included in the above referenced comment, Judah also failed to do as fully required as stated in verse 19 of the Biblical book of Judges chapter 1, as they "could not drive out" the inhabitants of the valley, because they got comfortable, after achieving the 1st objective, they then looked at the 2nd objective (the size of the problem, namely the chariots of iron that the enemy in the valley had in their arsenal of weapons) and procrastinated by allowing the fact that it was difficult, to keep putting off the task until they were satisfied with the status quo and the unintended consequence is that Judah ultimately became a separate nation until they were all scattered and driven out because of the initial mistakes made by all including the wise king Solomon.
The point being made is that God keeps his promises, as they: 1) were given the Promise Land; 2) they were cast out for disobedience; 3) the tribe of Juda (as documented in the Biblical book of Revelation chapter 5 and verse 5) was exalted by the reward that Christ received for overcoming his trials and succeeding, thereby receiving what was promised to King David. The word Juda is used here instead of Judah because this prophesy was fulfilled through his Mother and not Joseph, if it was through Joseph, Judah would have been used; 4) in the Biblical book of I Kings chapter 16 and verse 30 it's pointed out that king Ahab of Israel did more evil than all the rulers before him and in chapter 17 verse 1, God through his prophet Elijah predicted to king Ahab that there would neither be dew nor rain until His (God's) appointed time was fulfilled but in this course of events that are described in chapter 17, that did come to pass, that the needs of Elijah were taken care of for a period of three (3) years, when the rain again came as described in chapter 18 and verse 1; 5) the Biblical book of II Chronicles chapter 17 the activities of king Jehoshaphat of Judah are described after the death of his father King Asa. The account indicates that he tended to follow the 1st ways of David in seeking the ways of God. Chapter 20 and verse 1 indicates that in the years after disastrous activities with the evil king Ahab that Moab, Ammon and "other" besides them came up against him "to battle" and he along with all Judah sought direction from God about how to proceed. Verses 14 through 16 describes that through His (God's) servant Jahaziel it was pointed out to the assembly, "...Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not your's, but God's. To morrow go ye down against them...Ye shall not need to fight in this battle...for the Lord shall be with you." The following verses describes what took place such that in verse 27 the account points out that they returned to Jerusalem victoriously will riches in abundance just as was described; 6) In the book of II Chronicles chapter 21 and verses 1 through 7, it's pointed out that after the death of Jehoshaphat, king of Israel that his son Jehoram became king and he was evil as the kings of Israel but God "would not destroy the house of David, because of the covenant that he had made with David, and as he promised to give a light to him and his sons for ever." Furthermore verses 12 through 19 states that God through His prophet Elijah informed the King that he would be afflicted with a disease of the stomach that would become progressively worse and, which would eventually be fatal. Just as was predicted the King became ill and after a period of two (2) years he died and 7) when all of the descendants of Abraham were scattered throughout the kingdom of the Medes and the Persians and the wicked Haman manipulated the King to enact a decree to destroy all the Jews to target just the upright Mordecai, God used the courageous Queen Esther to intervene to save all the lives of her countrymen and women (including Mordecai's) as documented in the example No. 2 in the post NO SITUATION ENACTED (OR CONCOCTED) BY MAN TAKES GOD BY SURPRISE - UPDATED and by so doing, keeping His promise to protect the just.
Finally, all that's predicted in the 2nd of His 2 witnesses, namely the Biblical book of Revelation will come to past that has not yet played out, against those who dishonor His (God's) cause for the sake of man's oldest profession and that's no myth.
How we respond to such circumstances will determine whether or not we allow those of the "free loaders cause" to keep up their manipulations in our lives to make sure that we believe their "voodoo" claims of one specific Manipulator (who boasts that there is none like him) as introduced about the real ownership of some of the various business interests in today's society with one specific well known "holding" used as an example, as documented in The Reality of Living with an Awesome Reputation section of the post FINDING CONTRIBUTORS FOR A MOGUL'S CHARITY - UPDATED who has apparently deluded himself into believing that he is the one whom the prophet Nathan discussed with King David as outlined in the To Digress description included in the Consider the Following Scenario section of the post PUTTING ON YOUR BEST FACE - EDITED AND UPDATED, because he has brought untold shame to the unique heritage into, which he was born, that included the requirement for the tribes to observe his (God's) commandments, statues and judgments in the Promise Land as outlined in the Biblical book of Deuteronomy chapter 6. This also included the requirement for them "To cast out all thine enemies from before thee, as the Lord hath spoken," as documented in verse 19. The record already shows in the book of Judges how they responded as described in Comment #1 from 9/17/2015 on the Cosvry Investments COMMENTS 2015 Page, they disobeyed. Even though it was not included in the above referenced comment, Judah also failed to do as fully required as stated in verse 19 of the Biblical book of Judges chapter 1, as they "could not drive out" the inhabitants of the valley, because they got comfortable, after achieving the 1st objective, they then looked at the 2nd objective (the size of the problem, namely the chariots of iron that the enemy in the valley had in their arsenal of weapons) and procrastinated by allowing the fact that it was difficult, to keep putting off the task until they were satisfied with the status quo and the unintended consequence is that Judah ultimately became a separate nation until they were all scattered and driven out because of the initial mistakes made by all including the wise king Solomon.
The point being made is that God keeps his promises, as they: 1) were given the Promise Land; 2) they were cast out for disobedience; 3) the tribe of Juda (as documented in the Biblical book of Revelation chapter 5 and verse 5) was exalted by the reward that Christ received for overcoming his trials and succeeding, thereby receiving what was promised to King David. The word Juda is used here instead of Judah because this prophesy was fulfilled through his Mother and not Joseph, if it was through Joseph, Judah would have been used; 4) in the Biblical book of I Kings chapter 16 and verse 30 it's pointed out that king Ahab of Israel did more evil than all the rulers before him and in chapter 17 verse 1, God through his prophet Elijah predicted to king Ahab that there would neither be dew nor rain until His (God's) appointed time was fulfilled but in this course of events that are described in chapter 17, that did come to pass, that the needs of Elijah were taken care of for a period of three (3) years, when the rain again came as described in chapter 18 and verse 1; 5) the Biblical book of II Chronicles chapter 17 the activities of king Jehoshaphat of Judah are described after the death of his father King Asa. The account indicates that he tended to follow the 1st ways of David in seeking the ways of God. Chapter 20 and verse 1 indicates that in the years after disastrous activities with the evil king Ahab that Moab, Ammon and "other" besides them came up against him "to battle" and he along with all Judah sought direction from God about how to proceed. Verses 14 through 16 describes that through His (God's) servant Jahaziel it was pointed out to the assembly, "...Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not your's, but God's. To morrow go ye down against them...Ye shall not need to fight in this battle...for the Lord shall be with you." The following verses describes what took place such that in verse 27 the account points out that they returned to Jerusalem victoriously will riches in abundance just as was described; 6) In the book of II Chronicles chapter 21 and verses 1 through 7, it's pointed out that after the death of Jehoshaphat, king of Israel that his son Jehoram became king and he was evil as the kings of Israel but God "would not destroy the house of David, because of the covenant that he had made with David, and as he promised to give a light to him and his sons for ever." Furthermore verses 12 through 19 states that God through His prophet Elijah informed the King that he would be afflicted with a disease of the stomach that would become progressively worse and, which would eventually be fatal.
