because she was the individual with whom I had spent the much time over the
last approximate year of my studies in the U.S. A. She is Barbadian, by birth and had been visiting this Country after Mrs. Rawlins’

arrangements for Celia to visit the U.S. following her visit. Not only was Mrs. Rawlins in attendance at my 1982 wedding as the above linked ALBUM documents, but she was also my invited guest at the TCI Graduation on August 14, 1980 as depicted in the previously linked post and documented in the paragraph three (3) of the post THE ACQUAINTANCE WHOSE FRIENDSHIP WAS UNEXPECTEDLY CONSISTENT (EDITED W/INSERTS)!. Furthermore, because her home was my residence for much of the duration while I was a student, the Canon GL111 camera by default, was documented and etched among her possessions as # 18 (as described in the post THE CHANGES THAT FOILED THE "BLACKOUT"! In addition, also
included below are tidbits of activities/memories from the duration in question because she also often accompanied me while on my way to classes or some
related activity while on her way to participate in her own affairs and since she was at the time considering furthering her studies I gave her some of my English and  |

These concise descriptive details simply put, is my apology to my shy young "friend", not because of any mistreatment on my part, but due to the fact that I never really got to explain anything to her in great detail beyond the one phone call made to make her aware of my status (as documented in the post HOW THE RECORDING OF MY JOURNEY SAVED THE DAY (EDITED). experienced from the expedient Mrs. Rawlins, (away from my hearing, but not out of sight); I have to conclude that she (Celia), EVENTUALLY CAVED IN AND JOINED because of the treatment she received, which in hindsight in my opinion was aimed at ensuring the collaboration of my shy young "friend" as did take place.
In spite of her actions, I decided to apologize for the treatment she received at the "hands" of one who in reality turned out to be a "free loader sympathizer", who knew better, a cause (the "free loader's"), which was unknown to me at that time that ultimately led to her joining with them to mimic events in my life. What a terrible position in, which to place an unsuspecting young lass (barely in her late teens at that time) who never previously left her Mother's "arms" and entrusted with a callous perverted sympathizer on her first such trip. This says a great deal about her "Mother's" care and concern for the young life that she had been entrusted with.
I am now aware that she (Celia) found the courage to act honorably and apologized to an individual whom her actions had helped to compound the undeserved sidelining to, which she had been subjected as documented in the post OVERCOMING GROWING UP WITHOUT A PICTURE IN YOUR LIFE by the actions that she and others had on her. In reality, she found the courage to act honorably when it really mattered most as did some other courageous witnesses did as documented in the Conclusion of the post ONE TOO MANY COINCIDENCES - EDITED/UPDATED AND AMENDED.

This comment is being posted in two (2) parts due to its length.
Part 1)
Those of the "free loader's cause" should not play fast and loose with the facts as such types routinely do, to try to manipulate circumstances to suite their ends. Just as they searched high and low to find some type of intrigue in the relationship between my late consistent friend (Carol) and I they are attempting to do the same between my late good friend Lois and I. Expedient types of the "free loader's cause" are always attempting to determine outcomes for others, when they have no right to do so. I did not invite such types into my life to rearrange it to suite their purposes, they found, targeted and trailed me for many years, before then intervening (outright) to bring about their worthless, mindless, skill less and hopeless cause using my life, uninvited and on this same point it must be emphasized for the record that neither of my siblings possessed the authority then or now to alter the ancestral records of my family to suite their own devices for, to change her identity completely in one case and partially in the other for gain to aid those in this country of the "free loader's cause" and became "freeloader sympathizers", to assist those who can't account for their origins (at my expense while leaving me "stateless" as documented in the post THE ACQUAINTANCE WHOSE FRIENDSHIP WAS UNEXPECTEDLY CONSISTENT - THE CONCLUSION, because it has now been really made clear to me that A-L-L who were "placed' in my path for interaction were of the "free loader's cause". The only individuals who were not "plants" of their "cause", were those whom I knew before entering this country, and both have now met their untimely demise at the "hands" of this "shadowy consuming force"; THEY WERE NO EXCEPTIONS *(SEE FOOTNOTE)]. Please don't be so rude as to mention Lois' name and "free loader's cause" types in the same breadth. That late lady would never be associated with anything so repulsive. I never mistreated Lois nor was their a need to as we did not have such a relationship and furthermore I have always attempted to treat others as I would want to be treated, not expediently. There is no "smoking gun" there to expose and making idle insinuations to the contrary will not bring such about after the fact. Lois was not of the "free loader's cause" and would never have been, because such types have little regard for the feelings, rights and wishes of others.

Part 2)
I am attempting to outline facts for the record to honor the memory or a dear friend whose life was sacrificed (as was my late Mother's and consistent friend as documented in the above post THE ACQUAINTANCE..CONSISTENT - CONCLUSION and comment # 1 from 5/29/2013 on the COMMENTS Page) for a cause she had nothing to do with nor would she have had such, involvement with. I have learned from my involvement with the very young (in my volunteer outreach activities as documented in the post VERIFIABLE OUTCOMES, ALWAYS RESULT FROM SOUND DECISIONS - (UPDATED) long ago that impartiality when dealing with the very young is priceless in being able to effect proper outcomes a lesson learned along the way that was and is not forgotten and it is also very effective in generic relationships as it avoids much miscommunication and situations that need much input to resolve down the road when even the slightest of impropriety can be a cause for resolution to address the implications. Those who have proclaimed themselves "partial" critic should find other causes to be the receipt of their considerable "skill" where it nay be needed; such as addressing the blatant disrespect of one former empire towards the uniqueness of a former colony that chose to invade its former colony turn independent state by "cowardly" actions, in one of the worst cases of foreign involvement in the affairs of another by stealth, that is now coming to light. Obviously, with the title to be a self proclaimed critic in my affairs, there is little interest in such compelling matters by the "free loader's cause" politico types.
* FOOTNOTE: The case of Celia, is unusual, and further explanation is needed. While she was in my path because of the "freeloader sympathizer", Mrs. Rawlins, she herself was not a willing participant in any such activity. This would have made her a young lady of very high moral standards, as she "stood-her-ground", in spite of the repeated insistence at the "hands" of the expedience of Mrs. Rawlins to cast her lot with the "whatever works" types and remained true to her beliefs of showing respect for others, practically, even when under pressure to change her position and for that I have to commend her, in all fairness, because hers, is the type of example of what a reliable partner would be comparable too. (Who even attempted to alert me to what was going on via her much appreciated card, that I did not pick up on at the time), but it was more important for me to realize now that the picture is coming into focus, much more clearly. I hope she continues to demonstrate her principled commitment in her daily activities, [especially in the days of: a) "shadowy" pseudo identities - as documented in the entry for Oct, 4th 1981 as well as the applicable Finale/Outcome description from the post EXPEDIENT DECISION-MAKING, ALWAYS A MISTAKE (EDITED AND UPDATED)!, by those who use "whatever works" methods, b) name dropping" by "free loader-related plant" types etc., seeking much by expending very, very, very little and c) long-range stealth planning activities to convey one situation, when something completely different is the case,] as she examines every conveyed development through the critical lens she is known to adopt and is blessed appropriately for her selfless attitude!Note: all links are available on the COMMENTS Page.

As pointed out in this post [THE APOLOGY, THAT WAS LONG IN THE MAKING (EDITED AND UPDATED)] my ex spouse turned out to be a "free loader-related plant" type so by definition such are less than truthful when its expedient, and I wouldn't rely on her (or any of their kind's) word for what is was worth in a time of difficulty, because it just can't be relied on and don't expect, it because these types have a "story" for every situation; and apparently neither could their late Father rely on their kind, when he needed them most. The entry for November 9, 1984 from the post HOW THE RECORDING OF MY JOURNEY SAVED THE DAY (EDITED & UPDATED)!, documents the "condition" their late father was in on being admitted to North Shore Hospital, which should have been recorded (if the records can be found). He wasn't that old just 56 and only needed regular dialysis treatments, but his condition clearly showed that this war hero who served his country with distinction and survived being shot down, could not even get assistance to meet his REGULARLY SCHEDULED treatments from the home that his VA benefits helped to build. I can only conclude that these expedient types were so ashamed of his condition, that his Middle daughter "blocked" his own father and her grandfather, Fred, Sr. (from whom he had been estranged) and desired to reconcile with his only son before his passing, but was unable to do so as he was prevented from seeing him (and more importantly his condition) in the hospital. At this point, it must be added that the discord between Father and Son (previously mentioned) could have contributed to the circumstances relating to his Father's prevented visit, (however, since I was not privy to such drama in that family, it cannot be stated by me with any degree of accuracy). Later, the same Middle daughter and her Younger sibling neither attended his wake nor his funeral as I a son-in-law along with some of the other members of his family (including my ex spouse and his father, Fred, sr. whom I met for the first and only time and through whom, it was clear to see their Asian roots), WHICH INCLUDE ZERO CONNECTION TO THE BRAZANT FAMILY TREE, attended. His military styled send off, at, which he received full honor [see the post THE DECISION TO ALTER MY RETURN TO MY HOMELAND (EDITED AND UPDATED)] for a description of some of the events from that brisque November day from the viewpoint of Calverton National Cemetery, which was the only "bright" spot in the events associated with his very, very sad passing. Afterward, however, I only a son-in-law, on returning from his burial, then prepared the main course for the dozens of guests who came by at the residence, even though some of those closer to him chose to absent themselves, and remained away from all the events, [maybe it was the beginning of their as well as other select expedient types, (mentioned below) in need of identity links to justify the presence of certain select parental type's origin of their kind in this country and the need to "illegally", change their identities in part - as documented in the post THE CASE OF THE MISSING RECORDS 9EDITED AND UPDATED W/INSERTS that led them to act in the manner that they did]; however, whatever their reason, the word of such expedient "free loader-related plant" types, just as the actions of their kind may not be RELIABLY RELIED ON ETHICALLY, WHEN IT'S NEEDED MOST, I LEARNED THIS THE HARD WAY.
