THE CASE OF THE MISSING RECORDS (EDITED AND UPDATED W/INSERTS 3/2,3/15, 3/24, 3/26, 3/29, 4/10, 6/11, 6/26. 7/5, 11/26, 12/3, 12/5 & 12/24/2013 as well as 2/15, 3/24, 4/15, 4/16, 6/27, 7/22, 8/7 & 9/28/2014) in addition to 8/29/2015!

Introduction:
This is an update of the post THE CASE OF THE MISSING DEAL-MAKER, and entry for day 33 of the Conservery Challenge that “coincidentally” fell on 10/26/2012 in order to clarify the most important and significant event previously lost in the entire situation. Had I known that my Sister’s March 21 through March 25, 1991 visit to New York to obtain MRI tests, which confirmed a condition she and her physician in Barbados were suspecting, would become the central piece of evidence in a whole slew of corporate “free loaders” and others claiming to have the same heritage, identical experiences and history as me (but with a twist), maybe I should have refused to pick her up from the airport on the 21^st, refused to drop her off and wait for her in the Office for her tests and drove her back to the same office on the morning of the 25^th to pick up the results of the x-rays and then to the airport for her return flight to Barbados. Those tests laid the groundwork for the delivery of the x-rays to my then Cedar Rapids, IA apartment address, (2040 Glass Rd, Apartment # 111), on October 26, 1991, and this description relates to the developments that occurred in the ensuing years.

Here are the Background Details:

The date of arrival of those x-rays belonging to my sister, that had been obtained from MRI specialists of Forest Hills, N.Y. have been a little perplexing until today (2/26/2013), and this post is intended to cast light on the true purpose of the arrival of the x-rays on what would have been the eighty-first (81^st) anniversary of my late father’s birth date on October 26, 1991, twenty years after his passing in 1971 [see the below photo and the post MY FATHER'S LEGACY, WHO FULFILLED IT (EDITED)? as well as the included copy of my birth certificate in conjunction with the "doctored" Scott County Records that were only released after my lay off]. These events in combination with the developments that occurred and documented in the post

The above envelope was the container for the x-rays received from her on 10/26/1991, less than one month after my later Mother's passing on 9/29/1991. However, the date being considered was 10/26/2012 as documented in the introduction of this post.





 



This is a copy of my birth certificate clearly showing my Father in Barbados and he has no Asian roots and neither does my Mother [shown in the post GOD DOES HONOR THE PRAYERS OF A CARING MOTHER - THE ADDENDUM (UPDATED)].

HOW TO VIOLATE FER PA AND STILL COMPLY WITH THE INTENT OF THE LAW (EDITED), as well as the Footnote of the post GOD DOES INDEED HONOR THE PRAYERS OF A CARING MOTHER - UPDATED describes how the records of deceased individuals are traded to bring about the needed heritages for those "without origins" and possessing only hog "manure" structure and whose lifestyles are based on “easily obtained” accomplishments, and lacking in meaningful skills and those willing to implement such at the expense of others.  In other words, my now ex spouse's late father were "wrapped around" those of my Mother’s to bring about just the correct mix to permit identity mangling, trafficking, etc. As documented in the above referenced posts in addition to HOW SHOULD AN INDIVIDUAL HANDLE THE EXPORTING OF HIS IDENTITY/RECORDS TO ANOTHER FOR DEAL-MAKING? CONSISTENT WITH MY COMMITMENT NOT TO ALLOW ANYTHING THAT CONTRIBUTES TO THE MANGLING/MISUSE OF MY IDENTITY TO REMAIN ON THE PAGES OF THESE BLOGS THE DETAILS RELATING TO THE JOINED BY A RIVER QUAD CITIES MEMORY PROJECT WAS REMOVED. HOWEVER, THE BELOW CAPTION WAS KEPT BECAUSE OF THE IMPORTANT DETAILS INCLUDED.  

This a copy of the "Scott County Doctored Records" discussed above with the questionable records highlighted and as pointed out in the post RECORDS MANIPULATION TO SUPPORT ID FRAUD UPDATED/AMENDED if these "free loaders" and other impostors are really legitimate, why do they have to resort to illegal and unethical methods to demonstrate "authenticity" as clearly occurred with the case of the stolen State of IA Tax refund check, for example and relying on my ex spouse to steal documents for "credibility" as the details from the listing in the post  THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY",THIS STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED  point out as long as they are using my name, no matter how subtle.


These actions in combination with the exporting of the x-rays and their arrival in Iowa on the above date was the swapping of records that symbolically left me "Stateless" (which my sister may not have been aware about the underlying reasons behind these inter-connected developments but my Brother certainly was) , [for those of the "free loaders cause" to exploit for my: identity, history, accomplishments and qualifications (as indicative of this fact is the inability of the TCI institution to issue an exact replica of the Associates in Occupational Studies (AOS) that the then Institution went to great lengths to explain to students who attended at that time why such a name was used that seemed unusual for the course, but it was all related to the manner in, which the process of attaining their accreditation and subsequent authority from the State Board of Regents at that time was obtained* (see Footnote), which neither TIME NOR THE FICTIONAL "EMPIRES" OF THOSE DESIRING MUCH BY DOING VERY, VERY LITTLE CAN ALTER and was issued on August 14, 1980, as paid for and requested of them as shown in their literature, and documented in the Conclusion section of the post GOD DOES INDEED HONOR THE PRAYERS OF A CARING MOTHER - UPDATED, regardless of what expedient types are saying today, (WHICH NEITHER ONE NOR TWO SPECTACULAR "COINCIDENTAL" DISASTERS SEVERED ME FROM, AS SOME MISTAKENLY CONCLUDED, - see the Cosvry post  ONE TOO MANY COINCIDENCES - THE FINALE UPDATED), because if my Father’s records were then symbolically placed in the U.S.A by the x-ray action to await those of my late Mother that would arrive later as documented in the post HOW SHOULD AN INDIVIDUAL HANDLE THE "EXPORTING" OF HIS IDENTITY/RECORDS FROM THE COUNTRY OF HIS BIRTH TO ANOTHER FOR DEAL-MAKING? for, which I could never figure out way, and by this and other to be discovered actions, anything could be taken from me because I now had no beginning and was left in “no man’s land” and only awaited the actions of certain political types to whom such was "entrusted" because those who knew better and "understood" of what such an action entail wanted no part in it and left it to those "callous" types without character to implement and/or validate via "historic" legislative achievement (and to obtain a view about how this was done, see the post THE PREMISE BEHIND THE "FLAWED" LEGISLATION - UPDATED). Suddenly, it dawned that my sister may not have been aware about my flower action but some impostor used by those of the "free loaders cause" to misrepresent her and carry out their intended action with my Brother's consent. See the below receipt for the details about the activity described on what would have been the occasion of the 90th 

anniversary of our father's birth when concerned by her action in unrelated issues the flowers were sent as a "peace" offering of sorts and by the impostors refusal to accept them, its was an indication 1) that I was not the individual that had communicated with and forwarded my educational funds that I had worked for and saved over the years for the most part and 2) that because my Brother had participated in the shipping of these records to this Country (in 1991 for gain for a whole army of "corporate free loaders" and other locals of ill repute) and in this way adopt some new found "Asian" heritage [borrowed from that of my late ex father-in-law, also taken away from him with little regard for anything meaningful and needing roots for those without origins, - see the entry for November 9, 1984 from the post HOW THE RECORDING OF MY JOURNEY SAVED THE DAY (EDITED)], as well as Comment #1 from 7/7/2015 on the COSVRY INVESTMENTS COMMENTS 2015 Page that had been wrapped around my late Mother's identity and shipped to the U.S.A., see the post HOW SHOULD AN INDIVIDUAL HANDLE THE "EXPORTING" OF HIS IDENTITY/RECORDS FROM THE COUNTRY OF HIS BIRTH TO ANOTHER FOR DEAL-MAKING?, to assist those in need of explaining their presence in this Country as well as those locally with no real identities of their own (as described in the description for "without origins"), because she had adopted an entirely new identity that could only have been derived from the tragic end of others, as there are no valid explanations for:

1. my Dear Friend Lois' son and my godson (whom my sister knew nothing about) raising as her own son Damien (that she had been manipulated into participating in) and
2. the Seales' whereabouts (see the post THOSE WHO WOULD BE god - EDITED AND UPDATED!).

Some obviously with my Brother's cooperation) had concluded that this Chisholm's identity was more worth the entire "destruction" of that entire family to assist those in this country without origins, for gain and in the process, threw me under the "proverbial" bus (as depicted below), thereby

disowning his own identity but what did he care about our late father whose last words to the three of us on the day of his passing, "DO NOT LIVE AS YOUR MOTHER'S SIBLINGS DO", as well as me! [see the post MY FATHER'S LEGACY, WHO FULFILLED IT - UPDATED)], what an indictment! This is the second occasion on, which gifts sent by me were rejected by the recipient, but for two vastly different reasons. The first was a principled stand, objecting to a union and any specific influence to her young child by a very caring mother. In the other scenario, the situation was the complete opposite, that of an impostor posing as my "sister" to whom the "free loaders" had directed the flowers in order to achieve the intended objective, an individual disowning me and pretending to be my sister. who had ably assisted over the years but was now denying me as well her own Father unique heritage and in this way imply that she (my sister) had never attended business school in New York from 1967 through 1968, (which enabled those whose cause she adopted to combine with my educational journey to assist those "without origins") and by so doing was denying my heritage for some new contrived and  mangled "Chisholm Family Inclusive" fictional heritage with sprinklings of "Asian dust" for gain when combined with the action of my vindictive now ex spouse serve to mete out to me the same outcome as attributed to one labeled a "terrorist" as documented in the Conclusion section of the post WHAT DOES TREATING OTHERS AS PROPERTY AND THE LOTTERY HAVE IN COMMON - UPDATED AND AMENDED) 

It is for these reasons in my opinion, that my dear friend Carol was sacrificed, namely because of her knowledge of actual historical events as documented in the post THE CHANGES THAT FOILED THE BLACKOUT - UPDATED AND AMENDED and knew my family as they really were (as the post THE ACQUAINTANCE WHOSE FRIENDSHIP WAS UNEXPECTEDLY CONSISTENT - THE CONCLUSION - UPDATED describes) and NOT the recreations meant to provide fictional types with mangled identities to demonstrate "legitimacy" via "flawed legislative coercive methods" that the post THE PREMISE BEHIND THE "FLAWED LEGISLATION" - UPDATED as well as item # 18
from the listing in the post THE "FREELOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY", THIS STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED describes.
However, with the aid of my Brother and an impostor "posing" as my Sister, the "free loaders" had achieved their objective, sacrificing me leaving me with no records of my Father remaining in Barbados, I had no heritage and as a result, these “unimaginative thugs” could then steal my history, identity, qualifications and accomplishments (or solid "foundations" as described in the Here are the Facts section of the post HOW TO VIOLATE FERPA AND STILL COMPLY WITH THE IN TENT OF THE LAW - EDITED/UPDATED AND AMENDED and they embarked on it in grand style as documented on the pages of this Blog with the assistance of political types as described in the Comment #1 from 8/2/2015 on the COSVRY INVESTMENTS COMMENTS 2015 Page as well as other entitled (alluded too in the same comment) who benefit financially from this worthless patronage system for those without skills but willing to do "anything" for their new found identities (see the post “THE QUESTION OF THE MONTH'S PREMISE - UPDATED”, in addition to “VOLUNTARY LIFE ALTERING DECISIONS BRING MEANINGFUL CHANGE - UPDATED" for related details in addition to Comment # 1 from 213/2014 on the COMMENTS 2014 Page). When I enquired about the house, at some later point she (the impostor posing as my sister) just said a former schoolmate of mine purchased it and the matter ended there. because she had informed me that the family residence at Chapel Street was being sold and she needed my input to sign off on the paperwork, this did not make any sense because my name was never on the Chapel Street, St. Peter, Barbados residence (since it was in my father’s name) and why in turn would a signature of any type be needed from, me.], My father had left the residence to my sister in its entirety and the need for a signature from me was nonsense. Furthermore, my father had left an alternate (0.5-acre) property to be divided between my brother and I, where my mother in later years had turned into her fruit and vegetable garden. Therefore, when the plans for a new government Highway landed directly through this property it was sold/taken over for this purpose and the proceeds divided between my brother and I. This is where my down payment for the Branford, CT condo in 1983 originated mainly (see the entry for January 21, 1983 from the post HOW THE RECORDING OF MY JOURNEY SAVED THE DAY -  EDITED AND UPDATED as well as HOW STONEGATE THROUGH 140TH AVE., OLIN ARE CONNECTED?), therefore, these developments did not make any sense to me.
However, for those bent on bring about the mangling of international birth and death records by those who seek such things, the easy way at the expense of others should come as no surprise because there are entire Countries willing to base their economies on a modern day form of high level trafficking in the cause of one of the oldest professions known to man and some who for want of easy accomplishments while contributing nothing meaningful to society are willing to “sell themselves” for these causes and the “inner” destruction, which they bring to a society such as the "bystander effect", which in most cases is even more damaging and destructive to the moral “fiber” of a society that outward forms of decay, (which can be repaired if the will exists). The opposite is true for inner decay in a society, history is full of examples of the damage that can and does take place when the grand traditions have become nothing more than a facade to cover over declining standards, pompousness that is nothing more than sale of individuals cloaked in superficial titles for a price to the highest bidder. However, once bought into this wretched system, there is no escape for those who thought that this pomp and revelry was a pathway to a life of ease and frivolity. The Outcome and Implications for the Future:
I have never agreed to become any pawn in an international identity ring for those seeking a means of generating income for an entire society because of decision made to pursue educational accomplishments and those seeking to establish a new economy for their “dying” society and the forms of enterprises they chose to pursue. My activities should never have been targeted to remake my life over just because of my place of birth and replace it with those seeking much in exchange for doing very little and to prop up their society in the process. I have made no such agreement like those who have made such and are enslaved to these methods. Those who think they have the right to make such decisions and that their actions are justified for the larger “good” of their society’s cause are selfish and cowardly, because they have to implement such via “shadowy force” methods for, which they themselves are ashamed to be associated with openly otherwise there would no need for such innuendo, intrigue and international “cloak and dagger” methods. Even the implementation of this new order is “laughable” because those perpetrating it are using only those primarily of a certain “make-up” to be the international standard-bearers of this “new found” income generation source that is based on bartering for “high priced” services on the part of those willing to outlay funds for such meaningless activity with the higher the position attained the higher the price charged for the “services” rendered. Therefore, for the services of the equivalent of a "Lady" (or CEO) would be ($xxxxx), a “Baroness” (or Board of Director Member, depending on the status of the organization) would be such ($xxxxxx), and if you are in a position to be able to afford a “princess” (or the President of some educational institution with the equivalent of  a "doctorate", the price skyrockets to ($xxxxxxx) on either side of the Atlantic, as appropriate, in my opinion. This is what our society has been reduced to by those who see these practices as a bona fide avenue for perpetual wealth/income generation and would impinge the lives of those who get in their way and hold them hostage and crush them if need be to ensure that this easy avenue for wealth generation is not disturbed, in the implementing of a highly questionable lifestyle practices by unilateral action and highly unethical methods of the type described in the post THE "FREELOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY", THIS STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED as well as in the Here are selected Examples for Consideration section of the post AT WHAT PRICE LOYALTY - UPDATED AND AMENDED, to eventually take over and replace the life of an individual (or individuals) for their vicious income-generating method to cover-up the criminal actions of "entitled" types who decided this was the path and too bad for those who got caught in their way, (see the post WHEN SACRIFICING IS IMPLEMENTED BY DECREE - UPDATED for examples of some of those sacrificed for this cause) as described in Comment # 1 from 213/2014 on the COMMENTS 2014 Page.

It is no wonder then even younger and younger members of our society are now the targets of this all consuming and morally decadent practice, which has ruined many a civilization in its wake as emphasized in the post AT WHAT PRICE LOYALTY, UPDATED?. As pointed out in the post HOW YOUNG IS TOO YOUNG (EDITED)? in addition to ONE CASUALTY OF THE RECENT FINANCIAL CRISIS, TOO BIG TO CHANGE (EDITED)!, our society has lost its moral footing, when those who participate in such methods feel a sense of accomplishment at the “superficial” positions they are elevated to in exchange for doing (or contributing) very little to society whether via the “free loader” pathway for gaining "entry" into  the U.S.A. or the more landed gentry (or aristocracy) practices in the older societies, if the curtains are drawn back ever so little, just a short distance from the public’s eye.

Conclusion:
Since I have been made an unwilling participant in this nonsense by a Brother who thought nothing of his heritage than to trade it away for the cause of "free loader sympathizers" (as documented in the post THE ACQUAINTANCE WHOSE FRIENDSHIP WAS UNEXPECTEDLY CONSISTENT - CONCLUSION (UPDATED W/INSERTS). I am FORCED TO highlight the true purpose because of the manner in, which these practices impinged on my life and they have sought to alter with the aid of those whose "work" is based on repeating "whatever works" desperately for a "price" at my expense, when all I sought was to further my educational objectives and assist others along the way (if in a position to do so).
By highlighting these methods, it is my hope that a correction can and will be enacted to redirect what has been implemented by those who think nothing of using others as pawns in a game of easy wealth generation regardless of whose lives are impacted in the process, in order that those who thought that the easy way was always the best way can realize that when making decisions that impact the lives of others, CARE ABOUT WHOSE LIVES ARE BEING AFFECTED SHOULD BE TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION (RATHER THAN ATTEMPTING TO ACHIEVE MUCH BY DOING VERY LITTLE THAT'S MEANINGFUL AND THEN RELYING ON EXPEDIENT TYPES TO PROVIDE SUCH TYPES WITH THE ALTERED FORM OF WHAT TOOK PLACE THAT THOSE OF THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" IS DEPENDING ON FOR THEIR "LEGITIMACY", EVEN THOUGH THE HISTORICAL RECORD IS SUPPORTED BY NOT ONE BUT TWO METHODS OF RECORD KEEPING AS DOCUMENTED IN THE SERIES OF POSTS THAT INCLUDE THE CHANGES THAT FOILED THE "BLACKOUT" - UPDATED AND AMENDED. THOSE OF THEIR CAUSE HAVE "CHOSEN" TO FORGET (A SCENARIO THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO TRANSFER TO ANOTHER), NAMELY THAT IMPORTANT PRINCIPLE, WHICH IS ACCURATELY DOCUMENTED IN THE COSVRY POST, ONE TOO MANY COINCIDENCES - THE FINALE UPDATED THAT HISTORICAL FACTS ARE NOT ALTERED BY CURRENT EVENTS NO MATTER HOW MUCH THOSE WITH PLENTY OF RESOURCES MISUSE SUCH TO MANIPULATE THE HISTORY, IDENTITY, ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS (OR SOLID "FOUNDATIONS") OF AN UNSUSPECTING INDIVIDUAL AS HIGHLIGHTED IN THE CONCLUSION SECTION OF THE POST THE STRANGE DEATH OF AN ICON - EDITED AND UPDATED; IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE "CREDIBILITY" FOR THOSE OF THEIR CAUSE USING THEIR BRUTAL METHODS AS GENERALLY DEPICTED IN THE POST THE METHODS OF "FREE LOADERS" - UPDATED, POINTS OUT).
If such types want to impact their own lives that is their right, but to make such destructive decisions where others are involved is the height of irresponsibility and selfishness and "GALL". IT IS MY HOPE THAT NOT ALL HAVE BOUGHT INTO THIS "EASY OBTAINED" LIFESTYLE APPROACH AND THAT CALMER HEADS WILL PREVAIL IN THE RIGHT PLACES TO REVERSE THESE IDENTITY SWITCHING ACTIONS OF CALLOUS PERSONS IN THEIR "WHATEVER WORKS" APPROACH, OF, WHICH THEY ARE PLENTY SUCH INDIVIDUALS/ENTITIES! By such actions, it will be a clear demonstration that there is still hope in this society, where the will of God for His chosen is concerned, where it otherwise appears that it has lost its "moral footing", and maybe by this action those genuinely seeking direction, WHERE THE WILL OF GOD IS CONCERNED, FOR HIS CHOSEN, will find hope, BECAUSE NONE CAN IMPEDE HIS CAUSE FOR HIS CHOSEN. This will be a true,  and fitting outcome for such individuals.



* Footnote:
At the time of my attending Technical Career Institutes (TCI), the school essentially was owned by the Instructors who had taken it over when RCA decided to get out of that business and much emphasis was placed on keeping the student body knowledgeable of on-going developments that could impact them, (in other words it was in my opinion a more personable environment). For example, when on February 20, 1979 the New York Post ran an article about Trade and Vocational School and the problems associated with such establishments in, which TCI was mentioned and this was followed by Rosemary Pooler of Consumer Protection Board of N.Y. bringing charges against the school, an administrative representative took the time to explain to the student body in their classrooms what was taking place to allay any concerns. Furthermore, when the Engineering Council for Professional Development (ECPD) visited the Institution on December 13, 1979 as part of their routine activities, all were made aware of the importance of what was taking place. This was the type of institution that TCI was at the time of my attendance, and that is why they also took the time to explain the significance if the Associates in Occupational Studies (AOS), because it could appear to be different from the subject matter of the T3 program, (if unfamiliar with the course). Essentially, when unique situations exists and the applicable organizations go through multiple changes as occurred with TCI, to essentially end up in its current ownership, some of the old (or odd in a positive vein) situations can become lost in the shuffle as appears to have taken place with this Institution because THE ASSOCIATES DEGREE AS I RECENTLY DISCOVERED IN COMMUNICATION WITH ONE OF THE SCHOOL'S STAFF, IS NOW OFFERED IN THE COURSE FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, NOW THE SCHOOL'S LARGEST DIVISION AND IT WOULD APPEAR TO THE UNSUSPECTING, THAT THIS WAS ALWAYS THE CASE, AN OBVIOUS INCORRECT POSITION TO ARRIVE AT, EITHER BY DESIGN OR A DELIBERATE ATTEMPT TO MISLEAD? THIS QUESTION IS THE ONLY CONCLUSION THAT CAN BE DRAWN, SINCE MY REQUEST FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE AOS DEGREE EARNED IN 1980 WAS MET WITH A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION, WITHOUT EXPLANATION, WHICH IS BY NO STRETCH OF THE IMAGINATION, IS A COMPARATIVE REPLACEMENT.    
To the best of my understanding the uniqueness surrounding the AOS degree, was worked out with the then existing administrative personnel who were familiar with the developments ensuring its continuance from RCA with the Engineering Council for Professional Development (ECPD) recommending that such a degree be offered with the level of existing instructors, (headed by the highly regarded instructor Abelew), and based on this recommendation, the New York State Board of Regents then granted the school the authority to confer the AOS degree. These are the type of unique details that can be “overlooked” and/or become lost when successive changes occur without taking steps to preserve the critical features, which made an institution “stellar” at a point in time, when the focus is shifted to other things that those who come later are more concerned with at the expense of what made the facility standout in the first instance.
