Conclusion:
The basis for my change in position to returning also takes into consideration all previous communication carried out regarding such an eventuality in 2003 up to and including subsequent actions referenced here for the record. The updated position documented in this post takes into account the following: serious enquiries dated March 1, 2003 with the Barbados Industrial Development Corp. (BIDC) and the subsequent preliminary inquiries recommended by that Agency in email communication from March 5 & 25, 2003. Subsequent correspondence transmitted to The Chief Immigration Officer, at the Careenage House Offices to whom detailed information was sent dated April 6 and 10, 2003. Communication made with Platinum Offshore Management Service regarding support for the establishing of offices, in addition to Attorneys offices at the Offices of Epworth Chambers and George Walton Payne & Co., all preliminary in nature. Follow-up plans were NEVER implemented and/or authorized by this Proprietorship as a result of these contacts and if any such plans materialized it would represent a grave miscarriage of the public trust against a national of Barbados with my passport information that was clearly listed in the information provided to the Immigration Office, about, which details linking my original Passport to that replacement were removed from the mail requesting the replacement and returned in the mail containing the "conditional" replacement Passport as documented in Comment # 1 from 2/13/2014 on the COMMENTS 2014 Page (indicating that mail fraud had taken place as documented in item # 13 from the listing in the post THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY", THIS STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED. Finally, the decision made in the passage of the "flawed" legislation described in the post THE PREMISE BEHIND THE "FLAWED" LEGISLATION - UPDATED has further caused me to seriously alter ANY consideration in this regard BECAUSE IT MY OPINION, SUCH A DECISION IS UNHEARD OF IN THE MODERN-DAY ANNULS OF ANY INDEPENDENT NATION, NAMELY THE SELLING OF ITS CITIZENS UNIQUE HERITAGE TO THOSE WITHOUT ORIGINS WHO ARE WILLING TO PURCHASE SUCH BY THOSE WHO HAVE "INVESTED" IN THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" METHODS AND OPERATIONS. HOWEVER, BY ACTING IN SUCH AN EXPEDIENT MANNER, THESE TYPES ARE PRESUMING TO TELL ANY WHO WILL LISTEN WHO GOD'S CHOSEN SHOULD BE, SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY ALL LOOK ALIKE (BASED SOLELY ON USING THOSE WHO ARE NOW RESIDING IN THE NATION THAT ADOPTED THE NAME, ISRAEL, AS THEIR "YARDSTICK"), WHICH IN ITSELF IS A DIRECT RESULT OF SUBTLE ENVIRONMENTAL EVOLUTION AS THE DEVELOPMENTS SURROUNDING THE TIGER SWALLOWTAIL BUTTERFLY'S DESCRIPTION IN THE POST UNMASKING THE TRUTH ABOUT GOD'S CHOSEN PEOPLE - UPDATED, CAREFULLY POINTS OUT.
