THIS IS THE STATE OF IA RE-APPLICATION FOR A BIZ PERMIT, DATED 4/29/2014, WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS THAT ONLY JAMES F. BRAZANT IS ON THE RE-APPLICATION AS WAS ON THE ORIGINAL, NOW OUTDATED AS SHOWN BELOW. IN ADDITION, IT SHOWS THE OUTCOME OF THE PROCESS, NAMELY THAT A PERMIT IS NOT NEEDED FOR THE OFFICE NOW ESTABLISHED @ THE NEW ADDRESS. HOWEVER, AS POINTED OUT IN THE POST THE SALE OF CONSERVERY'S ASSETS, THIS BUSINESS WITH ITS ASSETS AS LISTED, IS NOW FOR SALE.

This is the copy of the check that was used to pay for the Copyright Registration by me. It is illegal and unethical to close the accounts of former account holders for non existent reasons and then used their records to provide "free loaders" who can't explain their presence in this Country, "credibility" with the support of "ethically challenged" politicos; [see the highlighted section of the post THE CHANGES THAT FOILED THE "BLACKOUT" (UPDATED 3/5/2013)], and even these states-of-affairs are based on the "magical" appearance of my Father's records in the U.S.A., mysteriously as documented in the footnote of the post FINDING CONTRIBUTORS FOR A MOGUL'S CHARITY - UPDATED.

ATTACHMENT 4 - WAS A LETTER FROM THE SENIOR U.S SENATOR FOR THE STATE TO CONSERVERY INDICATING TO KEEP HIM ABREAST THE PROPRIETORSHIP'S PROGRESS. This recommendation is simply "lip service" and insignificant for the reasons documented in the post ETHICAL TREATMENT OF OTHERS SHOULD ALWAYS BE PRACTICED - EDITED , because if it were meaningful, the treatment received as documented would not be carried out by those who know that expedient political types are placed in office to provide such with cover.
ATTACHMENT 5 - Was The Conservery Alternative Education Methodology Guidelines, which are OUTDATED and no longer valid as education was dropped as a service offering and as a result no longer available.
ATTACHMENT 6 - Was The Conservery Fee Structure, as referenced is OUTDATED no longer valid as the services offering is completely changed and as a result no longer available.
Supplement to the Conclusion:
In my opinion, these documents above (the status of, which many can be confirmed on the CONSERVERY CONDUCT OF BUSINESS PAGE) as well as those in the previous post (in total) were assigned to be the responsibility of impostors by expedient types for their own self interests who had already used "flawed" legislation to provide such "free loaders cause" types with "legitimacy" at my expense as documented in the post THE PREMISE BEHIND THE "FLAWED" LEGISLATION - UPDATED (associated with the numbers shown in the post referenced to gain that, which is sadly lacking, "credibility"). These documents should not be used as "identity crutches" to provide "credibility" to any individual as stated by me, their author. Those who participated in these activities justified their actions by coercive means as described in item # 18 from the listing in the post THE "FREE LOADERS CAUSE" "CREDIBILITY", THEIR STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED and "throwing me under the proverbial bus" by trampling over my rights expediently, without so much as the blinking of an eyelid by those involved, whom no one chose to communicate with or inform what was taking place, (which is what should have occurred at a minimum if what was going on was indeed ethical). Length of years away from one's homeland does NOT justify being denied rights due all citizens. I guess in the "free loaders" world any avenue that presents a path for "legitimacy" for such "business-minded" elite individuals is worth the sacrifices required regardless of whose lives and rights are affected along the way as depicted in the post WHEN SACRIFICING IS IMPLEMENTED BY DECREE, UPDATED. These types are obviously of the opinion that as long as others involved in their cause are either in agreement and/or are providing them with ANY reason to continue their unjust actions as documented in the Introduction as well as in item # 1 from listing in the above post "FREE LOADERS" AND THEIR..., this is all they need. However, since the actions participated in the further expansion of a questionable revenue source instead of ending it once again when at a critical juncture, as documented in the second part of comment # 1 from 6/9/2013 on the COMMENTS 2013 Page, for expedient types to gorge on their "cash cow", it would appear that all involved considered the potential financial opportunities available far outweighed issues so mundane as: a) the lives of worthwhile, upright contributors to society as previously mentioned and documented in the listing included in the post WHEN SACRIFICING IS IMPLEMENTED BY DECREE, UPDATED, b) what so many "fairness seekers" courageously sacrificed for, namely, not to be included in this tyranny as documented in the post AN UNUSUAL FORM OF EXEMPLIFIED COURAGE (EDITED AND UPDATE) that a "few" dictatorial types simply walked headlong into for the sake of financial benefits (or expediency) and c) not to mention my rights as an individual as documented in the Conclusion section of the post THE STRANGE DEATH OF AN ICON - EDITED AND UPDATED, well as others who fell victim to "operation replacement" as outlined in the post PUTTING ON YOUR BEST FACE - EDITED AND UPDATED and who in part are listed in the previously mentioned post WHEN SACRIFICING IS IMPLEMENTED..., who never even knew what a meaningless cause they were "giving" their lives for. HOW SOON WE FORGET as highlighted and examined in detail in the post THE METHODS OF "FREELOADERS" - UPDATED; IT WAS CONSIDERED TO BE WORTH THE RISKS OF NOT BEING ABLE TO BE "TIED" TO THE RESULTING TRAIL OF DEATH AND "DESTRUCTION", WHICH OCCURRED THAT WAS OBVIOUSLY THE "FOCUS" OF THOSE WHO TOOK ON THE MANTLE OF MAKING EXPEDIENT DECISIONS ABOUT THE LIVES AND RIGHTS OF OTHER UPON THEMSELVES FOR THE TYPE OF "CREDIBILITY" DESIRED FOR THEIR CAUSE! THIS IS THE ONLY CONCLUSION, WHICH CAN BE DRAWN FROM WHAT HAS TAKEN PLACE IN THE LIVES OF THOSE SACRIFICED IN THE PARTIAL LISTING OF THOSE SHOWN IN THE POST WHEN SACRIFICING IS IMPLEMENTED BY DECREE, UPDATED, FOR WHOM NO OUTCOME, DOCUMENTED DESCRIPTION AND/OR JUSTIFICATION CAN BE FOUND TO DATE, FOR WHAT TOOK PLACE IN THEIR LIVES AND IN SOME CASES THAT THEY EVEN EXISTED!THESE ARE THE TYPES OF METHODS PURSUED AND CARRIED OUT BY THOSE WHOSE ONLY AVENUE TO DEMONSTRATING THAT THEY ARE ORIGINALS, IS THROUGH THE PURSUIT OF "WAR", BLOODSHED AND DEVASTATION IN THE LIVES OF THOSE WHO THIS BLOG ARE SHEDDING THE LIGHT ON, AND ARE PAYING THE ULTIMATE PRICE FOR THE "LEGITIMACY" OF THESE IMPOSTORS.
