This Proprietorship conceptual organization's structure will be established such that it will consist of distinct sections in, which the focus will be dedicated to the long-term operation and management of its (this Proprietorship's) primary assets, for well defined markets as opposed to the other involved in focusing on the purchase, management and successful turnover of many "larger", shorter-term investment assets on an on-going basis. This Proprietorship conceptual organization's structure will be established such that it will consist of two distinct sections in, which one group will be dedicated to the long-term operation and management of its (this Proprietorship's) primary asset, namely producing unique product(s) for a well defined market as opposed to the other group focusing on the purchase, management and successful turnover of many "larger", shorter-term investment assets on an on-going basis.  
As the plans for the business are conceived and various details are conceptualized the information will be made known. As a result, the personnel/positions needed and depicted below, with the number of staff required (for each position depicted, shown in parentheses), consistent with the outline previously described on the Pages of this Blog and are updated based on the detailed plans being developed for, which the exact duties/qualifications/skills will be made known as appropriate. The positions in the new organization, will be as follows, consistent with the organizational chart as shown:
  • General Comptroller - (1) - reporting to the Proprietor
  • General Office Consultant - (1) - reporting to the Proprietor
  • Product Consultants - (2) - reporting to the Proprietor
  • General Manager - Investment Products (1) - reporting to the General Comptroller
  • Production Manager (1) - reporting to the General Manager - Investment Products
  • Sales Manager (1) - reporting to the General Manager - Investment Products
  • Legal Consultant (1) - reporting to the General Comptroller
  • Business Investments Comptroller (1) - reporting to the General Comptroller
  • Office Assistant/Human Resources Consultant (1) - reporting to the General Comptroller
  • Business Consultant (1) - reporting to Business Investments Comptroller
  • General Consultant (1) - reporting to the General Comptroller
  • Volunteer Staff Assistant/Online Developer (1) - this is position that will be part of the Proprietorship’s long-term mentoring program in, which a student with promise, selected (based in part on staff members recommendations) gains valuable work experience in various aspects of the business operation, on a carefully limited basis (in order to avoid impacting on the selectee’s normal student course work load), while simultaneously working towards his/her graduation; in the hope that the practical experience gained will be counted towards their overall requirements, whether at the high school or post high school level. It is expected that the program will last for approximately three plus years to provide the individual with a well-balanced background in preparation for entry into the workforce.
  • Staff Consultant - Investment Products (1) reporting to the General Manager - Investment Products but working closely with the Office Assistant/Human Resources Consultant to ensure smooth interaction between the Proprietorship's various investment sections.
  • Staff Consultant - Business Investments (1) - reporting to the Business Investments Comptroller also working closely with the Office Assistant/Human Resources Consultant (as previously stated for the Staff Consultant - Investment Products position).
  • General Sales Consultant (1) - reporting to the General Comptroller.
