A clarification is in order, which Law is being described, that of our Creator (or ONE) as
oppose to man’s Law to get or obtain a true picture of the circumstances
involved. If this is not established initially, confusion will ensue because it
ultimately does come down to what we consider as priorities in our lives, those
things that are wholesome, thoughtful, considerate, honorable etc. as oppose to
“whatever works”. If the former things are chosen, then adjustment will have to
be made in the priorities in our lives and based on our experiences, the
sacrifices required would be the type of adjustments that will not be
burdensome to those whose lives have been lived out in a certain manner.
Therefore for me, having made critical voluntary adjustments when the pursuit
of a non-scripted path to assist others where a clear need existed, which was
not in the least bit about “me” (as documented in the post VOLUNTARY LIFE ALTERING DECISIONS BRING MEANING CHANGE); having made the discovery of the type
that was of clearly significant in a most meaningful way, made the decision to
alter my previous course all the more meaningful and less overwhelming because
of my life’s choices, which no one can take away from me because these were
clearly and unmistakably personally and ONLY experienced by me (regardless of
how many “free loaders” with outstretched hands are claiming to be original).
This discussion is about the two different types of law, please follow.
Here are the Background Details:
First of all it must be pointed out that God’s Law does not change and secondly man’s Law(s) is(are) always changing to address changing criteria, (that for some is an institution/way-of-life in Congress at the Federal level) and is the same at the State and local levels as appropriate. When made aware of an existing condition adjustments have to be made, not in the Law but in our lifestyles to bring us (His chosen) into “compliance”, regarding God’s Law. However, when it comes to man’s Laws enacted we have to also become compliant or face penalties, such as in the new “health care” TAX (Law) mandate that forces ALL to obtain health insurance whether it’s desired or not. Was this fair?, this is debatable, but compliance is required when it comes into affect in 2014 or face penalties, which I personally chose to opt out of for personal reasons, historically upon my decision to refuse all such benefits from my past “employer” that went to considerable lengths to even deny that I even worked at their facility and all the available Laws did not protect me (or for that matter, those acquaintances of mine who were aware of my accomplishments). This is man’s Laws that is why a distinction has to be made regarding, which laws are being discussed as the following discussion will show, man’s Laws:
The Outcome/Implications of These Competing Criteria:
Those who are made
aware of various facts (received wisdom) are held responsible for deriving
the applicable knowledge and acting on it appropriately only then can it be
truly stated that "understanding" has taken place, because understanding always
involves continuous action to implement. The reason quite often why we fail to understand
the various events in our lives is due to our inability to carry out the guidance provided for our benefit. On the other hand most follow their own priorities
and then expect to impose their will on others without seeking to understand if
what we are requesting of others is what is in the best interests of them,
because in our thinking, we conclude if its best for me it must also be what’s
best for the other individual as well, because my cause is much more important
than that of the other person. Where is consideration for the rights of others
in such actions? In the end, none of us have the right to tell any other how or
what path to pursue and furthermore, impede the ability of another from
pursuing their priorities because they may conflict with what has been
determined is in my best interest (for them). These are the types of tendencies that
definitely do not reflect kindness and thoughtfulness in our lives and the
possession of an "understanding" nature as the post referenced in the above
paragraph outlines. More often than not, our tendency to “call out” others is
usually an indication that there is something amidst in our lives personally
and such actions are a way of smoothing over those issues we don’t want to deal
with and furthermore, go to great lengths to point out in others what they are
in need of doing, when we ourselves pay little regard for those issues we
personally need to address, often because we lack the courage to make meaningful
changes in our lives but find it easier to attempt to point out in others where
they have “fallen short” in our estimation, when we have no right to do so. If
our personal failings were easy to address, we most likely would have made the
necessary changes to do so. On the other hand, by pointing out what we perceive
as the “boulder” out of the eye of another, which is in reality a pebble
“magnified”, satisfaction is derived from, knowing that we have shown another
their failing as we perceive it.
Man’s Law is imperfect as the above outline demonstrated as oppose to God’s Law, which is not. Some who hear but don’t really understand have misled others into misconceptions about how burdensome the latter is, when in fact such is not the case, because anything that is perfect cannot be at the same time be overwhelming, such may ONLY appear to be the case because we are viewing the scenario through an imperfect prism, (namely our lives marred by sin). Those without "understanding" have made it appear as if the Law of God, which really is intended to help to define that, which brings proper balance in our lives between what best for us and what’s not have misled many who choose to be so misled, because we all have the ability to choose, even when others seemingly have made decisions that are not in our best interest, at some point we will be given a choice and how it is used will determine even if we were really taken advantage of, (as the case may be), and if given an alternative, would have chosen appropriately. Man’s Law is imperfect because it is not fairly applied, on occasion it targets unfairly as well as can place undeserving individuals in unethical situations as the case may be because it is enacted and implemented by imperfect individuals with limited knowledge of all the unintended consequences their action will bring about regardless of how noble their cause is.

our lives but have no problem placing restrictions in the lives of others as
demonstrated by those who scream and shout at the minutest offense but then in
turn use "distress techniques" to target the property and lives of individuals
who are in possession of something desired, whether or not deserving of it.
There is a word for such actions it’s called selfishness and it is typically
characterized by being thoughtless about the lives of others. By this measure
if the Law of God was given the priority it truly deserved to “strike just that
right balance between what’s best for us and what is not, there would be no
such measures because those with resources “a plenty” would realize that I
really do not need this much and then go out of their way to imperil others for
the cause of wanting more, when they already have more than they could possibly
use, instead meaningful assistance would be provided to help others or would
stand down and allow others to acquire when in their ability to do so instead
of stealing from those with little in order to further the expansion of the
resources of those with plenty (see the post THE TIME FOR PAYMENT IS NOW, MR.BUFFETT (EDITED AND UPDATED W/INSTRUCTIONS/AMENDED). As it turns out that, which we resent the
most, is typically what is best for us, but because our natures are so far from
what or where they should be we resist the very measures that would help us
most by for example striking the proper balance in our lives to bring the type
of order, direction, and support needed to enable us to really understand what
is important and what is not, which typically involves “heart surgery of the "understanding"
and considerate kind” to help us realize and live out lives that are reflections of these
characteristics, namely contentment, fulfillment, enjoyment, etc. It is only
when such traits are a reflection of us as individuals that we can really
"understand" what being thoughtful, and what kindness, fairness and hopefulness
is all about, because man’s imperfect Law will never bring about the types of
“intrinsic“ changes needed to obtain such for all they are worth and no matter
how worthwhile the cause is, because that “proper balance” is missing, which is
only available through one avenue, our Creator, who is th only ONE capable of bringing about such changes but sadly few find
and then act on these to achieve the missing parts of our lives that are typically missing usefulness, purposeful,
helpful and honorable existences, but instead are fixed on the tracks of
“whatever works”, with no real goal in sight (beyond the next illegal and/or unethical activity
needed to prop up one of their "two faces" types). Where is the balance in your life
today, if at all? For without the proper balance that comes ONLY from God’s
Law, it’s impossible to achieve anything wholesome, thoughtful and kind etc.,
in an often broken society, where such traits are lost amidst the clamor of the
noisiest who are usually those with little meaning and purpose in their lives
and sadly many follow them to their demise.

- can be implemented retroactively (as the Health Care TAX Law clearly demonstrates and that is not considered dictatorial), how much more so should God’s LAW be complied with when made aware of it,
- can change to meet changing conditions, if that were not the case there would be no need for Representatives to amend, pass and/or enact laws appropriately (on the other hand, God’s Laws do not change (whether or not we are aware of them),
- on occasion can and do “grandfather” specific classes of individuals to exclude from compliance while targeting others as the case may be (with God’s Law there is no “grandfather” clause, we either meet the established criteria or we can choose not to follow, HE does not “force” us to comply and most do not),
- do not always treat all persons ethically because Laws can be enacted to target certain minority classes of individuals who may choose a certain pathway for personal reasons but compliance with the Law in such an instance unethically targets the conscientious objector who is being unfairly classified and thrown in (or considered) along with those who do place burdens on these services offered, especially when the objection does not place a burden on any of the entities who provide specific services, which the TAX Law’s enactment was intended to address just as the adult suffrage Laws adopted in the early history of the Country unfairly excluded females from voting and this was unethical, however, was it (man’s Law) considered dictatorial, no it was not, just misguided (just as for such a condition man’s Law wasn’t considered dictatorial how much less can adapting to meet a criteria that always existed be considered dictatorial for the individual who chose to comply when it was discovered,
- can be enacted to restrict freedoms when it is considered that this is the most appropriate path to pursue for the society generally such as “warrantless wiretaps”; while on the other hand God’s Laws never restrict. He give us the choice and freedom to act as we desire and most carry out their lives in such a manner as to dishonor Him by the expedient decisions that are made, such as whether or not to expose the most vulnerable members of our society to very adult type activity at younger and younger ages [as documented in the post HOW YOUNG IS TOO YOUNG? (EDITED)], even though there are Laws enacted by man to prevent us from carrying out such actions, but we decide, which Laws to follow and, which to ignore, often to our peril or the peril of those whose lives entrusted to our care, and
- can be ignored when it’s considered “expedient” to do so by some in the “Halls of Power” that this is the most appropriate course of action and none are held accountable as the post IS THERE A CONNECTION BETWEEN THE TARNISHINGS OF A FORMER TOP PROSECUTOR AND THE POWERFUL WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN? (UPDATED), so graphically pointed out.

This post is being provided in two (2) parts, to accomodated its length:
As previously stated, when we are made aware of information, we are held responsible for the information made available to us, and since God does not change, (as we do); His instructions (Laws) are as meaningful today as when they were initially given as it clearly states in Leviticus 10:9 the Instructions (Laws) He provided for His chosen, the Levites from among Israel, selected (to be His) instead of the 1st born (Numbers 3:12), and they (His Laws) were intended to be upheld throughout their generations. He specifically reminded His people that the Levites were not to be forsaken as long as they existed on the earth in Deuteronomy 12:19. On the other hand in Leviticus 21:7, He makes it clear who they could marry and whom they could not, even from among His people Israel, reinforcing the fact that He has established standards, which were clearly defined for them, who remain committed on their journey seeking UNDERSTANDING, which CAN ONLY RESULT FROM KNOWLEDGE OF THE HOLY (OR DIVINELY PERFECT ONE). These were examples for what He expected from His people, whom the Levites were to be examples for as His representatives in the role He "carved out" for them that after all has not changed, because it was intended to last throughout the generations of His people, no matter what shape, form or pattern they were represented by (or came in). It is true that today, it is almost impossible for individuals with our inherent limitations to really know who are God’s chosen and whom are not, because of superficial identities that can be stolen, switched and/or changed conveniently etc as the focus in the post WHEN ADOPTED NAMES MISLEAD (EDITED)! implies regarding those who use expedient actions to pursue easily obtain "credibility" rather than rely on sound decisions. However, if trust is placed in Him, direction will be made known for all things in every aspect of our lives because only ONE knows who really are His and whom are pretenders because He unlike us cannot be misled, and ultimately His will, will be done to provide the proper balance needed that comes only as a result of dependence on His Laws, guidance and continuous direction brings, even amidst the chaos and confusion that exists in our society. In the end only those who live lives by "whatever works" with little regard for anything or anyone "armed" with stolen identities (or adopted names as the above post suggests), cannot be His, that is a factual impossibility, as He who has provided specific standards (or guidelines) for the lives of His, does not condone such conduct and never will. It must be borne in mind that all are accountable for what has been made known to them including "free loader" and "free loader-related" types and resorting to expedient type actions does not alter this outcome as those who resort to "whatever works" methods conclude as they attempt to "slide" by throughout their "fictional" lives irrespective of whose rights, wishes and even lives are trampled over for their non existent "credibility" because some have concluded that their cause is more important than that of others. Obviously such thinking shows scant regard and no consideration for what's fair and respectful of the opinions of others as we would certainly like others to exercise on our behalf. It is only when we take into account what's fair and kind and thoughtful on behalf of others that we tend to realize the types of possibilities that are really before us and the extra mile that has been expended [such as included with regards a very worthy and deserving individual that's before us as depicted initially in the post THE CONDITIONAL PRICE OF VOLUNTEERING (UPDATED)], by one working within his limitations to accommodate; instead of what we doggedly attempt to forge ahead with that is perceived as best for "me" ahead of all else.
Based on the criteria outlined (in the 1st paragraph) above; my decisions were altered to comply with what was made known because of the details about my heritage as documented in the post THE MAKING OF A “GENUINE” HERO (EDITED AND UPDATED)!. It is also because of the fuller implications of these criteria, that my outlook from then to now was altered accordingly, while trying to be as considerate as possible under the circumstances (as indicated regarding the deserving individual in the preceding paragraph), to comply with what was always intended for me, though final granting of my caring Mother's intercession on my behalf, as documented in the post GOD DOES INDEED HONOR THE PRAYERS OF A CARING MOTHER!, was not revealed such that what had been related to me from a source I really had come to distrust, (implying that I was not ready to receive the results of the intercessory prayer), until this time because of the type of complications my "union", which I had on my own included in my life and had taken time to correct (via divorce) in order for final acceptance by me of the limitations my heritage imposed in order to in turn then act on and seek to inform those who may not have fully understood the changes in plans made; (as well as the restrictions now included in) my decision-making and choices accordingly. The criteria outlined above states what is expected of these to whom it applies, and with this knowledge I am expected to live by it accordingly and I choose to do so. There is no way for me to go on a type of pilgrimage and expect to find the type of criteria outlined, in any individual, that is not the purpose of possessing this knowledge. Since God does not change, and his Law extends for all generations; any individual who respects His will for their life would comply without attempting to determine what the future will provide them, this is not how this works. It is by His will that I am in this place in this time carrying out "Clarity in the Midst of Chaos" and have interacted with those in the circle, which I did and am still doing for His purpose and that's His will, nothing more and nothing less, which began in 1973 in the Customs Air Cargo Shed at the then Seawell International Airport in my Country of birth and citizenship as documented in the post THE OUTSPOKEN PEN PAL, WHO BECAME A FRIEND (EDITED W/INSERTS -UPDATED/AMENDED). This at first pen pan who would become a dear friend, then welcomed me into this Country, that has become my long-time residence. As a result, I have chosen not to forget her whose Iight along with that of another dear friend, who bade me farewell from my Country of residence and who became consistent in her friendship during the course of our studies carried simultaneously in distant lands [as documented in the post THE ACQUAINTANCE WHOSE FRIENDSHIP WAS UNEXPECTEDLY CONSISTENTLY (EDITED W/INSERTS)] who are both typified by the light depicted in the introductory photo on the Pages of this Blog, to, which cause this Site has been dedicated (see the Conservery Dedication, (and who like me were both unaware of their true heritages, which only goes to show, that it is not really possible for any individual to know with any great certainty who or where God's chosen really are).
I can only continue along the current path with that I have followed as best that my journey to determine what most appropriate under the circumstances has directed me towards to this point in time as indicated on the Pages of this Blog and carrying out those plans/activities committed to the best of my ability, without trying to determine if my life at some point in the future will be inclusive of the type of personal arrangement that many focus on having pursued such a course "on my own" unsuccessfully as the Pages of this Blog have included references to (that are documented in the Brazant/Harbin wedding Album in addition to the post STRATEGIC LABELS AND NUMBERS - THE FINALE, which documented the divorce). This may not be His will for me and He alone knows what's best, as I (not knowing the future and making no claims to be so gifted), certainly don't. Adherence to God’s Law is not something that can be turned to when convenient and then turned aside from when the criteria turns out to be uncomfortable, because consistency is the ONLY way forward. For such a situation, One of the best examples that can be studied is found in the Biblical book of Ruth. She, not only was persistent but also was consistent in following the instruction/guidance provided even when she didn’t fully grasp the significance of why she was being instructed in the manner she was, though given many opportunities to turn aside and return to her former lifestyle. It (the book of Ruth), provide a classic example of what God expects from us, and serves along with the books of Esther and Job as three of the more important Biblical books for practically living a life that’s in harmony with what is continually expected from us on a daily basis, because they can be easily understood for the lessons and practical experiences that they provide as oppose to the many other “teaching” (or theoretically instructional) type Books. It must also be borne it mind that God does reserve the right to test us on our journey, because these tests (or “forks in the road” type scenarios), are more for our benefit than His, since He already knows how we will respond as He ALONE, knows the future (as any other individual who purports to be in possession of such information, especially with regards the determination of another’s outcome is taking on God’s role via unethical and/or Immoral acts) and is by so doing in violation of His commandments. These guidelines, which the post “WHAT IS HONOR?”, points out, are centered on honoring God (nos. 1-3) and as a result, respect for others (nos. 4-10); reminds us of His standards for living and all are held accountable for violating these guidelines (regardless of status, because He alone is impartial). That’s why it’s important for individuals not to take it upon themselves to act as, judge, jury and the ultimate executioner of others by our methods as we are taking on His role and have deluded ourselves into thinking that we can act as we choose and all will be well as long as “acts” of humility are performed for the cameras. God isn’t fooled as He sees, hears and knows all, that is why our best laid plans can be upended instantly if He so desires. Therefore, because we may gotten away with the highly unethical and immoral acts in the past and concluded to ourselves, that “I can do as I please and no one can stop me”, it must be remembered that, it is when the plans by those who would be “god” conflict with the will and/or plans of GOD, that is where He will be victorious.
The main point to remember is that our tests are teaching moments for us and rather than react in disgust when confronted with a scenario (or scenarios) in, which we have choices that may appear to self defeating if followed and we in turn attempt to “steer” the ship according to the way in, which we may perceive is in our best interest, it should be remembered that it may be a test to help us realize where we may be in need of the greatest assistance in our walk with God. When we are in possession of such information, this should in turn prepare us for the challenges ahead, because reliance on Him in all areas of our lives should help us deal effectively with difficulties that are sure to come our way. Dictatorial types are those who “determine outcomes” in the lives of others and use whatever means is necessary to bring about those outcomes. Such types who cannot implement anything “original” of their own but find their way to usurp that, which belongs to others and use, intimidation, harassment, violence, and any type of “whatever works” methods are needed to bring about their desired end can always be found “taking over” something desired from others, even those who have very much less than they do (see the post THE ORIGINS OF "VIRTUAL" "TWO FACED" IDENTITIES (UPDATED) and then violate every law on the books of man to ensure that their objectives are implemented, with the aid of ethically challenged types “specifically placed in office” to further their cause”, whether “free loader’s cause” or some other. One crucially common factor in the pattern of all such types, is that they all demonstrate very little regard for the rights, lives and will of anyone apart from themselves, with age being no barrier from their reach as none are considered safe from the “shadowy consuming force” their cause leaves in its wake, imperiling the lives of all from the youngest” to the “oldest”, in their path for a “lifetime” if it suites their purpose to so enact. On the other hand, if the brutally destructive methods, (such as accident staging, genocide and check stealing as outlined in the posts IS THERE A CONNECTION BETWEEN THE TARNISHINGS OF A FORMER TOP PROSECUTOR AND THE POWERFUL WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN (UPDATED)? as well as THE FATE FOR THE METHODS OF DICTATORS WHO HOLS ON TOO LONG (EDITED AND UPDATED)! in addition to THE CRIMES OF THE "SOCIETY" BEING COVERED-UP - UPDATED), they so cunningly employ and cover-up are highlighted for the cameras for all to see these types have little trouble attempting to implement and call out others for wrongs they have attempted and/or planned for them (in what is known as “framing”), so that they can carry on their “merry” way with the “uncontrollable monster” that has been unleashed In an unsuspecting society by stealth methods. Those who have taken measures to protect themselves from such dictatorial tyrants and their supporters in their lives can hardly be referred to as such, when these types carry on without realizing that the ONE whose laws they are violating willfully even permit them to carry out His will on occasion, but who will one day be held accountable for their actions as all will have to. Name calling, and violating the right of an individual who has repeatedly said no (to those who has targeted such a person for his identity, history, qualifications and accomplishments carried out by reliance on the sound decisions made over the course of his life, as documented in the post VERIFIABLE OUTCOMES, ALWAYS RESULT FROM SOUND DECISIONS! - (UPDATED)); does NOT a dictator make, just as unconscionable actions consistently perpetrated with wanton regard for the rights of others and then pretending with “pope-like” postures when the cameras are rolling does not a “saint like” type in the mold of Mother Theresa, make. It is those irreconcilable actions cruelly implemented callously and continuously that dictators and all others great and small will have to be accountable for and the end of all dictators is the same, swift and definitive, this is only fair!
