LOCUST TREE BEHAVIOR - UPDATED 5/30 & 7/23/2014

 Introduction:
This is a description that has been previously documented in posts such as THE FATE OF DICTATORS WHO HOLD ON TOO LONG - UPDATED in, which the action of the Locust tree in the face of the maple tree to its north was quite striking but this was only half of the story. The purpose of this post is to complete this untold story to demonstrate the importance of knowing when to retreat as oppose to move forward regardless of the “hindrances” that are faced by any who seek to uphold those wholesome principles such as: thoughtfulness, consideration, respect for the rights of others (as oppose to respect for the “powerful” ONLY) and doing what’s right even though unpopular. These intrinsic qualities are often lost in our society today, with its emphasis on “whatever works”, but upon closer examination, it can be seen that when the “going” gets tough, this is when we really see who our real supporters (“friends”) really are, as such types tend to disappear under these exacting situations. Please follow this discussion to see if there is (are) a lesson(s) to be learned from the Locust tree’s action.

Here are the Details of Importance:

As previously pointed out, in the referenced post Locus tree did an about face and went 180 degrees in the opposite direction when confronted with its northerly maple tree neighbor as shown in the below photo. Much larger Maples surrounded this Locus tree to its north (as previously mentioned), and also to its south, as shown in the composite photo below, taken a
few months apart. In the different time periods composite, it’s clear that the Locus reacted differently in this instance by continuing on in its southerly pointing direction

regardless of the presence of its also much larger southerly neighbor. This dramatically opposing behavior gives us much to consider, noticeably in an effort to determine what could have caused such a change from the previous action depicted. It is a fact that plants will always lean towards the sunlight once given the opportunity and in this instance, the Locust once confronted with what path to place its greatest emphasis on, appropriately chose the direction of the strongest sunlight combined with the typical challenges faced by all, namely to compete for the same resources such as all plant life require, the Locust struggled to and succeed in gaining access to a source of steady water as well as strong sunlight to overcome the obstacles it faced to enable it to grow past its much larger southerly neighbor in reaching for the needed sun obviously having started its growth much later than either of its two neighbors.

What lessons can be learned from this example of the Locust tree’s behavior? First of all knowing what’s important and focusing on it in spite of the obstacles (or hurdles) we face in life often at hands of callous types who would rather obtain the object of their desires easily or at the expense of others and the carry on as if their conduct in such matters is something to be brandished for all (who will listen and on occasion to force their wishes on others who choose to ignore such actions), to take note of. This adolescent type behavior would be “cute” if it were not for the fact that such types are supposed to be adults who should know better but who have obviously been exposed to bad examples that many flaunt as “successful” conduct because they can evade taking any responsibility for their actions, which may be considered innovative to some who have been exposed only to such actions but insolent, unethical and downright illegal and/or criminal behavior is just that and nothing more no matter how much it's dressed up in “silken” (exterior) garments. Meaning, demonstrating the ability to commit vandalism, terrorism, etc., from a distance (or in stealth) and then using the naturally occurring changing weather conditions (known as storms), to attempt to attribute such to our Creator by calling such “acts of god” and/or blaming others for those actions considered spectacular by some. Not only are such situations insulting and terribly wrong but are also gross miscarriages of justice by providing terrible examples for others to take note of in the pompous attempt by these “free loaders cause” types to show how impressive they are in their ability to carry out criminal acts and avoid taking any responsibility for their actions, who have obviously never learned that CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR IN NOT THE PATH TO AUTHENTICITY, WHEN THE WILL OF GOD IS INVOLVED - UPDATED, because of bad are very, very disgraceful examples of what “spiritual” should be by those who know actually very little about God’ s methods or God Himself and bring dishonor to the cause of His name as documented in the post THE DAY THAT ENABLES ALL TO HIDE - EDITED.

The second lesson to be learned is that not every battle has to be fought. By placing its “energy” on the southerly direction instead of attempting to be everywhere, such as “staging” a northern “offensive” in its standoff with the northerly Maple, the Locust was able to harness its available energy and “march” past the much older southerly Maple to its credit. Its action was carried out so well in this regard that the Locust tree is now on par with or has surpassed the Maple in height in this direction. This is an excellent example of knowing when to retreat as oppose to stand your ground, dig in and place available resources in a specific cause because it’s the most strategic action to pursue.

The Conclusion:

It is a sign of maturity in knowing when to retreat as oppose to marshaling one’s resources in an action or cause, because it could be the difference between emerging victorious as the Locust tree did or squandering one’s resources while attempting to meet every challenge with a full counter attack in a useless exercise often initiated by those of the “free loaders cause” with their resources aplenty (as documented in the post ELECTRONIC NETWORKING RECORDS FRAUD ON A SIGNIFICANT SCALE - UPDATED), just because their methods that have gained them success such as: intimidation, vandalism, harassment, etc. as discussed in the Conclusion section of the post HOW THE RECORDING OF MY JOURNEY SAVED THE DAY - EDITED AND UPDATED are repeated, even though the specific actions may be different but in principle the methodology remains because they are able to rely on many at their beck and call wanting much by doing very little meaningful activity, to implement their desires. The spiritual maturity described can only be attained through the type of continuous journey discussed briefly in the post WISDOM, UNDERSTANDING AND KNOWLEDGE INSTRUMENT FOR “LIFE” - UPDATED AND AMENDED, which VERY few ever reach and find. It is for this reason that so few are able to exhibit such a trait because it is rarely attained by any and as a result, resources are expended in actions that are a waste of time that should be ignored especially when faced with repeated actions aimed at bringing about expedient reactions in return. These are vital and critically important life’s lessons that are exhibited by the Locust tree that should give us meaningful examples to apply to the obstacles encountered and how we deal with them could be the difference between eventual success and failure in the tasks we undertake. However, it is clear that such lessons are only possible where God working with His chosen is the case as it’s NOT possible for any to achieve the level of spiritual maturity being described to even exhibit these traits without His molding, it’s not remotely possible in our human natures to attain such a level when faced with repeated harassment, this is why this approach is rarely if ever seen in this context, clearly demonstrating that it's important to observe important life's lessons in nature (and even from a tree).

 

HOW DO YOU GO FROM BEING A SMALL TOWN COUNTRY STORE TO BECOMING THE BIGGEST CORPORATION OF ITS TYPE IN THE WORLD? - UPDATED AND AMENDED 5/2, 5/9, 11/3 & 11/4/2014

Introduction:
This is a "fictional" account about how a small town country store and by extension a dictatorially styled entity went from "humble" origins to becoming the world-class behemoth conglomerates and in the process, destroying and/or displacing the idea of owning a small town “mom and pop” type store and similar family structures of, which many existed in the US prior to the late 1980s/mid 1990s. With the "success" of this mega store and another depicted/styled operation many previous myths went by the wayside, such as the idea that “one family’s” store could ever expand at such an unprecedented pace* (see Footnote), such that no other can stand in the wake of such an operation and all are forced to play by its “rules” or otherwise close doors and cease to exist because of the scale of their collective “buying power” and methods, which none can match. this model also holds true for the other dictatorially operated entity mentioned that became known for the "awesome" practices employed its fictional dictatorial Mogul, please follow.

Here are the Background Details:
What if you were the “Elite Types from A Certain Dynastic Historical “House” in the Former Colonial Power” who were accustomed to having things go their way and were disgusted with the results of the American war of INDEPENDENCE and wanted REVENGE, but not able to match the collective might of the new independent former Colony's military power, WHAT ARE SUCH TYPES TO DO ABOUT IT? With this backdrop, these types devised a plan to recapture “their’ former colony and set about implementing a sneaky Trojan Horse alternate taxation without representation method in the former colony turned successful independent Nation after a power struggle that resulted from the unfair manner in, which the settlers were treated during, which the colonists banded together in such a unified manner that a comparable effort had never been seen prior to this, such that their exploits are still recognized as the best example of collective heroic action that was ever seen up to that time and even since as outlined in the post “A CLOSER LOOK AT AN UNUSUAL FORM OF EXEMPLIFIED COURAGE - EDITED AND UPDATED”; and the scheme of those cowardly types previously mentioned in conjunction with a few "Entitled Types” in the Former Colony devised a master plan, which was followed to retake control of the Independent Nation. This plan was so successfully implemented that after approximately 100 years or half of this Nation's short history it's impossible to tell who are real citizens as oppose to "free loader cause" types with their "origin issues" as specifically described in the To digress outline in the Consider the Following Scenario section of the post  PUTTING ON YOUR BEST FACE - EDITED AND UPDATED and supplemented by details generally discussed in Footnote1 of the post DICTATORIAL STYLE OR NOT -ED AND UPDATED as well as in the "These types who can be found..." paragraph of the Here are the Background Details section of the post THOSE WHO WOULD BE god - EDITED/UPDATED AND AMENDED in addition to The Finale section of the post THE METHODS OF "FREE LOADERS" - UPDATED who have concluded to themselves that their secretive Trojan horse "cash cow" scheme is “innovative” and is THE MODEL to be followed for “furthering” the finances of the corporate and other business "structures" that pattern themselves after their example, which is the ONLY path allowed for ANY wanting to exist in the business of the society, as no other model is allowed by these dictatorial types.
After having successfully regained control of  the former Colony by stealth action these “Elite Types from A Certain Dynastic House” and their co-conspirators who possess blatant disregard for the obvious rights of others with their well documented methodology as demonstrated in the various  post on this Blog to, which the term “free loaders cause”, has been appropriately assigned because its a fitting description of their modus operandi. These types then asked themselves, how do you go about “hiding” all the illicit profits gained from this method, [which became such a lucrative “cash cow” for them [that they are so proud of that it's been hidden behind the identity, history, accomplishments and qualifications (or solid "foundations)" of an unsuspecting individual as documented in the post THE STRANGE DEATH IF AN ICON - EDITED AND UPDATED as well as those in his sphere of acquaintance, who has been forced to pay the ultimate price for a cause none would ever condone as the continuously growing list of those impacted bears witness to as the post WHEN SACRIFICING IS IMPLEMENTED BY DECREE - UPDATED] depicts]? They finally concluded if it’s “invested” in various monopolistic and/or dictatorially run entities such as a "family" controlled country store focused on helping consumers “save money” by providing them with low cost goods made in the distant shores of a Far East Asian Country with a knack for making goods inexpensively because of its focus on providing work for its large population without the constraints of labor unions, no one would ever suspect. The other type of "similarly" run dictatorially styled "entity", used as their "investing" example, is a then little-known New England entity that bore no resemblance to the behemoth "investing" vehicle it's known as today. These “made-in-heaven” type arrangements provided them (its "innovators") with the “best-of-both-worlds”, because it enabled the small time country store from Breakingtonville, Parkingsaw and the then New England haberdasher to deliver on their “core business” concepts, and these catch on with the public as they both "succeed" by either underselling and/or out-maneuvering all their competitors and go on expansion models based initially on:

1. the placing of its stores in small to medium sized towns where its goods were welcomed by the “middle to low income” consumers/population centers being served and the “low” income jobs provided correspondingly aided the initial communities it served and/or
2. initially "gobbling" up smaller entities and then adding larger and larger operations to its fold of company's taken over and managed by this once unknown haberdasher.

Along the way, the fast growing country store developed a reputation for treating its workers less than stellar while the Haberdasher gained a reputation for using its "awesome" techniques to subdue and take over any that it set its "sights" on or targeted. However, their rapid growth and ability to "deliver" on their "business" promises but their rapid growth was aided by the “non existent” cash obtained from their stealth "cash cow business" and since they produced financial results this avoided unwelcomed scrutiny from their real avenue of deriving their piles of cash via the stealth Trojan Horse method placed in an unsuspecting nation by the former Colonial power's Elite Types" previously mentioned, with the knowledge of only a very few "Entitled" types, previously identified in part in the Here are Selected Examples for Consideration section of the post, AT WHAT PRICE LOYALTY - UPDATED AND AMENDED. This approach "of last resort" was turned too, to avoid the detection of moving around the “piles” of cash gained from this “non-existent-money-earner” and since success "breeds" admirers, who treat such types with "reverence" and follow their every move with "mystical awe", "throngs" of followers result, and their exploits were and are treated with "legendary" fervor.
All involved think these are the “perfect-financial-creations”, except one individual considered so meaningless that all thought he could be “thrown-under-the-bus”, by the outright stealing of his identity, history, accomplishments and qualifications (or solid "foundations") as discussed in the previously referenced post GARBAGE IN (SWEET SMELLING ODORS), GARBAGE OUT - UPDATED, all for the cause of “furthering business” as is documented in the post “THE PREMISE BEHIND THE "FLAWED" LEGISLATION - UPDATED”.

The Implications/Outcome of This Scenario:
Well, the servant considered so meaningless that he could be sacrificed and thrown under the proverbial bus and left “stateless”, who was essentially “overlooked-by-all” except ONE, exposed this wannabe “made-in-heaven” model that was considered by some involved to be “innovative” as well as “furthering” the cause of THEIR businesses at the expense of others and by default, the perfect situation for “ALL (who wanted to achieve success in business)”; that at its core is based on man’s oldest profession, “sugar-coated”, dressed up in frills and hidden in an unsuspecting nation and wrapped around the “neck” of an equally unsuspecting individual who only came to this “Land-of-the-Free-and-Home-of-the-Brave” to further his education as documented in the post “GOD DOES INDEED HONOR THE PRAYERS OF A CARING MOTHER - UPDATED”.
The profits derived by the Former Colonial Power’s Dynastic House and their "Entitled" co-conspirators in the "Land of the Free and Home of the Brave" were then “invested” as documented in monopolistic and another dictatorially "styled" operations with little or no solid "foundations"  that enabled such to become the world’s largest behemoth “mega store”, and other similarly styled mega conglomerate entity (as previously described) that have now expanded beyond their initial "borders" and/or relocated in the case of one of the entities such that these type of operations now hold interests in many "legitimate" entities in various Nations around the globe as well as here in the US. The real question to be asked here is who really owns these type of world renown “mega store”, and similarly styled “family” and/or dictatorial styled entity of the type described in the following photo description  that are used as “fronts” and in whose business the illicit profits

from the “free loaders cause” stealth methods are for their real "Owners" that are described in the post HOW TO IDENTIFY THOSE WHO CONTROL THE, “FREE LOADERS” - UPDATED? This is the real question to be answered and whose interests are such operations really furthering, their shareholders or those of one "behind-the-scenes" "Entitled" type that cleverly hides the true nature of the activities taking place. Not to mention the countless real citizens, legal residents and others either who succumbed to “operation replacement” (as discussed in The Finale/Outcome section of the post PUTTING ON YOUR BEST FACE - EDITED AND UPDATED) or were simply disposed of as documented in the post WHEN SACRIFICING IS IMPLEMENTED BY DECREE - UPDATED for the "furthering" of their “free loaders cause” types with “origin issues” who pay no income taxes in their own identities but only take from this “Land-of-the-Free”.  
In my opinion, this is not the “furthering of business” some consider it to be, as the price paid by many is too high including those in the Conservery Dedication for the benefit of too few with scant regard for those whose lives are sacrificed for the selfish expansion of their business cause, which also can’t be passed on to others, as they typically aren't even owned by those who are "fronting" as the "mogul" and "family" who "supposedly" owns such entities, which they are so “VERY PROUD OF” but yet in reality have no solid "foundations" and they are relying on those of an unsuspecting individual as documented in The Conclusion section of the post THE STRANGE DEATH IF AN ICON - EDITED AND UPDATED.
The answer to the initial question is that becoming the world’s largest, behemoth "mega store" and similar "styled" investment conglomerate entities can be attained when you are supported by the illicit cash owned by former Colonial Power’s Dynastic House and a few "Entitled" types in the "Land of the Free and Home of the Brave" that aren’t even supposed to be available to them, which can't be legally moved around because they it's “non existent,” and who are not known to be their real owners using others as "fronts". THESE “ENTITLED" AND CERTAIN DYNASTIC “HOUSE” TYPES ARE IN A REAL “PICKLE” OVER HOW TO LEGITIMATELY ACCESS THEIR “PRIZED” POSSESSIONS THAT THEY CANNOT EVEN CLAIM BECAUSE OF HOW THEY HAVE BEEN "ESTABLISHED AND STRUCTURED" BASICALLY WITH INCOME DERIVED FROM A SOURCE THAT THEY ARE NOT SO PROUD OF. IF THIS WERE NOT THE CASE THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO CLAIM THESE TYPES OF OPERATIONS AS THEIRS OUTRIGHT INSTEAD OF HIDING IT BEHIND LAYERS UPON LAYERS OF “FICTIONAL” “MOGUL AND FAMILY CREATIONS”, AS WELL AS THE SOLID "FOUNDATIONS" OF AN UNSUSPECTING INDIVIDUAL AND OTHERS WHO WERE SACRIFICED.

The Conclusion:
These “Dynastic Leadership Types from A Certain House and their "Entitled” co-conspirators have erected more screens to protect themselves from being identified with their creation than did Enron the former “behemoth Utility” (now defunct), had in offshore accounts created to hide their sizable debt and as a result, the true state of their business model. Who really owns such behemoth mega store and similar "styled" investment conglomerates either from or are now located in small to medium sized towns in certain Southern and Plain States? It isn’t the "family" and Mogul" types "fronting” for the Dynastic and Entitled Types, carefully hiding to avoid disclosure, in my opinion. This is why my personal situation is so complicated, and the justified debt owed me as documented in the post THE TIME FOR THE “OVERLOOKED” PAYMENT IS FINALLY HERE MR. BUFFETT - EDITED has not been paid because it’s all part of the smokescreen invented by these “Dynastic and Entitled Types who control the “free loaders”, that have invested in the absconding of my identity, history, accomplishments and qualifications (or my solid “foundations”) FOR THEIR CAUSE, WHICH THEY CAN ONLY EXPLAIN BY HIDING BEHIND IMPOSTORS. FURTHERMORE, I NEITHER VOLUNTEERED FOR ANY SUCH ARRANGEMENT NOR SHOULD IT HAVE BEEN DETERMINED FOR ME BY OTHERS. IT’S TIME TO END THIS MASQUERADE AND LET ME MOVE ON AND REFRAIN FROM CREATING NUMEROUS ROADBLOCKS TO KEEP PROTECTING THOSE WHO SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER THAN TO ERECT THEIR “FICTIONAL” EMPIRES BEHIND MY JOURNEY IN THIS LAND OF MY LONG TIME RESIDENCE BECAUSE THEY FELT THAT I COULD BE EASILY DEFRAUDED AND LEFT “STATELESS” AND ALL WOULD EVENTUALLY BELIEVE THOSE SUPPORTING IMPOSTORS BECAUSE OF THEIR VAST RESOURCES, NEVER MIND THE TRACK RECORDS OF SOME OF THEM FOR TREATING THOSE CONSIDERED LOW IN THE TOTEM POLE WITH INDIFFERENCE USING METHODS DESCRIBED IN ITEMS # 6 AND 12 OF THE LISTING IN THE POST “THE “FREE LOADERS CAUSE” “CREDIBILITY”, THIS STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED”, WHICH SHOULD NEVER BE IN EXISTENCE IN THE 21^ST CENTURY. AFTER ALL, WITH TODAY’S ADVANCES, ONE WOULD THINK THAT THESE TYPES WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO FIND MORE MEANINGFUL WAYS TO DERIVE INCOME THAN FROM MAN’S OLDEST "PROFESSION" REINVENTED THAT WAS PRACTICED BY OTHER PRACTITIONERS FOR CENTURIES BASED ON A "FLAWED" MODEL AS DESCRIBED IN THE FOOTNOTE AND GENERALLY IN THE POST ETHICAL TREATMENT OF OTHERS SHOULD ALWAYS BE PRACTICED - EDITED/UPDATED AND AMENDED. IT'S TIME TO END THE DEPENDENCE ON THIS FLAWED MODEL THAT HAS BEEN CONDEMNED IN THE BIBLICAL BOOK OF REVELATION AS PREVIOUSLY DESCRIBED ON THE PAGES OF THIS BLOG IN POSTS SUCH AS ETHICAL TREATMENT OF OTHERS SHOULD ALWAYS BE PRACTICED - EDITED/UPDATED AND AMENDED.
