Introduction:
Webster, describes fair as having eleven (11) different meanings, from: 1) pleasing to the eye, 2) superficially pleasing, 3) clean, pure, 4) not stormy or foul (weather), 5) ample, 6) marked by impartiality, honesty, free from self-interest, prejudices, or favoritism, conforming to established rules, 7) promising, favorable, 8) free of obstacles (archaic), 9) not dark, blond, 10) sufficient not ample and 11) the utmost, for ex. “fair threat to watch (out for) him”. Of these, No, 6) is the meaning of interest, which is what is mean when used on the Pages of this Blog, in part. Some of its synonyms are in part; just and equitable. With the above summary, please follow the outline below for an alternate view of this word.
First in Deuteronomy chapter 32 and verse 4, it states that, “He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.”
Furthermore, by comparison, Ecclesiastes chapter 7 and verse 20 points out, “For there is not a just, man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.” In addition Proverbs 4:18/19 states, “But the path of the just is as shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day,” and verse 19 states, “While the way of the wicked is darkness: they know not at what they stumble.” While in Proverbs chapter 10 and verse 7, it states, “The memory of the just is blessed: but the name of the wicked shall rot.” Verse 20 points out; "The tongue of the just is as choice silver: the heart of the wicked is little worth." Verse 21 also states, “The lips of the righteous feed many: but fools die for want of wisdom,” Verse 22 goes on to state, “The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.” Verse 23, in addition states, “It is as sport to a fool to do mischief: but a man of understanding* (see Footnote) hath wisdom.” Verse 24 points out, “The fear of the wicked, it shall come upon him, but the desire of the righteous shall be granted.” Finally verse 25 reminds, “As the whirlwind passeth, so is the wicked no more; but the righteous is an everlasting foundation.”
In addition, a follow-up review of Proverbs chapter 17, verses 26-28, points out in verse 26, “Also to punish the just is not good, nor to strike princes for equity.” Verse 27 states, ”He that with knowledge spareth his words: and a man of understanding * (see Footnote) is of an excellent spirit.” While verse 28 states, “Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted as wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.”* (see Footnote)
This Biblical viewpoint reminds us that God is the perfect example of what is just (or “fair”) and while we have far to go to measure up, as long as we live lives dependent on God for direction, and remain focused on Him, He will provide us with the strength to live the type of examples that will be remembered as glorifying Him that sets His apart from all others.
Finally, Revelation chapter 15 and verses 3 & 4 state; that the victorious song being sung by all those who overcame their experiences by depending on God (that have two dimensions) symbolizing two different experiences even though they are singing the same song, as they: 1) "sing the song of Moses" the servant of the God" (and represent those who toiled like this servant in the service of God and never physically entered the Promised Land, Israel), 2) "and the song of the Lamb" (representing those who have physically lived in the Promised Land as symbolized by the temple sacrifices that had to be made as a reminder of their freedom from captivity) “saying great and marvelous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou king of kings.” Verse 4 continues; "Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest."
As it turns out, being fair with its Biblically representation by the word just, makes it clear when taken together that ONLY GOD is fair (or just) and without His dependence it’s not possible for us who are marred by sin to exhibit impartiality, honesty, the ability to apply anything completely free from self interest, to demonstrate attitudes completely without prejudice and not showing favoritism. In other words, these qualities are remarkably similar to those criteria depicted as being representative of showing respect for others in the post WHAT IS HONOR (UPDATED)? or basically inclusive of the Commandments nos. 4-10. This outline clearly shows that IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO BE TRULY FAIR (OR JUST) IN OUR UNDERTAKINGS WITHOUT HONORING GOD (nos. 1-3), AND AS AN OUTCOME, SHOWING RESPECT FOR OTHERS, [which is what in affect, being fair is all about, namely, honoring God who alone is fair (or just)]. Therefore IN SUMMATION, IT MUST POINTED OUT THAT WHEN EITHER FAIR (OR FAIRNESS) IS USED ON THE PAGES OF THIS BLOG, IT WILL ALWAYS IMPLY, RESPECT FOR OTHERS AND AS A PREREQUISITE, HONORING GOD.
* Footnote: IT MUST BE NOTED THAT WHILE THE SUBJECT OF "UNDERSTANDING" IS INDICATED AS INVOLVING A CONTINUOUS PROCESS, WHICH IS EXAMINED IN VARIOUS POSTS, FOR A MORE CAREFUL IN-DEPTH EXAMINATION OF WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THIS PROCESS, THE FOLLOW-UP POST WISDOM, UNDERSTANDING AND KNOWLEDGE - INSTRUMENTS FOR LIFE SHOULD BE STUDIED.

Here is the Biblical Viewpoint:
When the word fair is used strictly in the Bible, typically
it’s more associated with meaning No. 1), therefore, for a better comparison
the word just as used in the Bible is being equated to the No 6)
meaning, and the following are excerpts from various passages to provide a
cross-sectional view of how this word is used in this context. First in Deuteronomy chapter 32 and verse 4, it states that, “He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.”
Furthermore, by comparison, Ecclesiastes chapter 7 and verse 20 points out, “For there is not a just, man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.” In addition Proverbs 4:18/19 states, “But the path of the just is as shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day,” and verse 19 states, “While the way of the wicked is darkness: they know not at what they stumble.” While in Proverbs chapter 10 and verse 7, it states, “The memory of the just is blessed: but the name of the wicked shall rot.” Verse 20 points out; "The tongue of the just is as choice silver: the heart of the wicked is little worth." The Implications/Outlook for the Just:
An examination of this subject was followed up in Proverbs
chapter 21 verses 15-31, which revealed the following: from verse 15, “It is
joy to the just to do judgment: but destruction shall be to the workers of
iniquity.” Verse 16, states, “The man that wandereth out of the way of
understanding shall remain in the congregation of the dead.” Verse 17
points out, “He that loveth pleasure shall be a poor man: he that loveth wine
and oil shall not be rich.” Verse 18 states; “The wicked shall be a ransom for
the righteous, and the transgressor for the upright.” Verse 19 reminds, “It is better
to dwell in the wilderness, than with a contentious and angry woman. Verse 20
points out; “There is treasure to be desired and oil in the dwelling of the
wise: but a foolish man spendeth it up.” Verse 21 states; “He that followeth
after righteousness and mercy findeth life, righteousness and honour.” Verse 22
states; “A wise man scaleth the city of mighty and casteth down the strength of
the confidence thereoff.” Verse 23 emphasizes; “Who so keepeth his mouth and
his tongue, keepeth his soul from troubles.” Verse 24 point out, “Proud and
haughty scorner is his name, who dealeth in proud wrath.” Verse 25 states; “The
desire of the slothful killeth him; for his hands refuse to labour.” Verse 26
states; “He covetheth greedily all the day long: but the righteous giveth and spareth
not.” Verse 27 emphasizes; “The sacrifices of the wicked is an abomination: how
much more when he bringeth it with a wicked mind?” Verse 28 points out; “A
false witness shall perish: but the man that heareth speaketh constantly.”
Verse 29 states; “A wicked man hardeneth his face: but as for the upright, he
directeth his way.” Verse 30 clearly emphasizes; “There is no wisdom, nor
understanding* (see Footnote) against the Lord.” Verse 31 makes it clear; “The horse is
prepared against the day of the battle: but safety is of the Lord.” This
passage emphasizes one very important facet about the people of God, who find themselves
on the journey of "understanding" as the post WISDOM UNDERSTANDING AND KNOWLEDGE, INSTRUMENTS FOR LIFE (UPDATED AND AMENDED) emphasizes. It clearly serves as a
reminder that those who stray from the journey, shall end up
spiritually dead, which is a strong warning to remain focused on God, to
overcome the tendency to allow our normal natures to detour us from His leading
in our lives.
Conclusion:
This view reminds us that only God Himself knows who and
where His chosen are as pointed out in Isaiah 45: 20-25, which states in verse
20; “Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, ye that are escaped of
the nations: they have no knowledge that set up the wood of their graven image,
and pray unto a god that cannot save.” Verse 21 states; “Tell ye, and bring
them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from
ancient time? Who hath told it from that time? Have not I the Lord? And there
is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me.
Verse 22 states; “Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: for
I am God, and there is none else.” Verse 23 emphasizes that; “I have sworn by
myself, the word is gone out from my mouth in righteousness and shall not
return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.” Verse 24
points out; “Surely shall one say, in the Lord have I righteousness and
strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him
shall be ashamed.” Finally verse 25 emphasizes; “In the Lord shall all the seed
of Israel be justified, and shall glory.” This passage demonstrates the
consistency pointed out from the beginning, namely that God alone is just and
through Him, His (chosen), will be justified, because there are no exceptions. The
promise made here to God’s chosen can’t be ASSUMED, borrowed,
hijacked, stolen or taken away as the following passage
from Revelation makes it clear.

I, a simple Blogger, find it astounding to believe that any ethically minded individual or operated entity, etc. can close their eyes to the types of practices described in the post, THE LAUNCHING OF THE INITIAL CONSERVERY WEBSITE - UPDATED [outlined in the listing of eleven (11) criteria], wear convenient blindfolds to these kinds of grossly unethical and illegal acts, stick their "ethics" in the "proverbial" sand and support these types of highly unethical and grossly unjust (or UNFAIR) actions and pretend that such individuals supported by an army of unethical politicos (for various reasons that defy honorably attained "credibility"). The ONLY thing that makes any sense is that such types have made expedient decisions at my expense (for ex as depicted in the *FOOTNOTE of the post WHATEVER HAPPENED TO THOSE "SWEEPING CHANGES" SUPPOSED TO OCCUR IN THE ELECTRIC UTILITY INDUSTRY (EDITED/UPDATED)? and are attempting to dictate and intimidate, identities, accomplishments, histories and qualifications for those who have assumed and "painted on" identities through dictatorial and continued expedient measures and actions. This cannot be allowed to stand in the face what's honorable and respectful for God and as a by product, others. Especially when such are claiming to be representative of He God of creation, who by their very actions show scant regard for the "heredity's" intrinsic principles, the claim to be theirs. There is no way that those using such methods are the true representatives of a heredity involving the 3rd tribe. This is a grossly offensive, measure because it implies God, who by His understanding created the heavens is imperfect and makes mistakes as we do, this is very bad and disrespectful representation of our Creator, who, we cannot fool, regardless of the number of supporters they, have for their cause, because it's expedient for them to act in such a manner, as well.
